herefore may be left to the operator discretion if primary endostapling is applied at EVAR. Freedom from complications such as migration and endoleakage in the intermediate term suggests a higher level of 'tolerance' to aortic neck dilatation with primary endostapling. We would therefore suggest routine usage of EndoAnchors at EVAR when not otherwise contraindicated. Background Anisakiasis is an emerging zoonosis caused by the fish parasitic nematode Anisakis infecting the gastrointestinal tract. Case presentation We describe a case of a 58-year-old woman diagnosed with gastro-allergic anisakiasis, in which the patient developed an acute food-induced IgE-mediated hypersensitivity reaction as well as concurrent gastro-intestinal manifestations after consumption of raw fish. The patient presented with epigastric pain, anaphylaxis and acute dysphagia caused by eosinophilic oesophagitis. Discussion Anisakis allergy should be considered as causative agent in patients presenting with acute urticarial rash, anaphylaxis and/or abdominal manifestations, especially when symptoms occur after consumption of seafood. Moreover, eosinophilic oesophagitis may be a rare but important complication of Anisakis infection. Endoscopic evaluation with esophageal biopsies should therefore be considered if suggestive symptoms are present. Patients with confirmed gastroallergic anisakiasis are advised to properly freeze or cook fish prior to consumption, although caution is advised, since heat-stable allergen proteins have been described. An adrenaline auto-injector should be prescribed. The current research describes an alternative test method to evaluate the impact of food properties and compound characteristics on migration from paperboard to food. Tightly sealed bottles containing paperboard spiked with surrogate components as a donor, together with modified polyphenylene oxide (MPPO or Tenax®) or one of the nine considered foods as a receptor, were stored at 22°C. Instead of analysing the receptor, migration from donor to receptor was followed up by evaluating the recovery of surrogates from the donor over time, thus avoiding challenges in the analysis of the foods as such. Free fat content affected the migration more than the specific surface area of the food, reaching a plateau at fat contents >8.1%. Monocrotaline molecular weight The highest migration was observed to fatty foods such as biscuits (8% to 25% fat) and chocolate (40% fat). Intermediate migration occurred to starchy and particulate foods such as egg-based wheat pasta (2.6% fat), wheat flour (1% fat) and rice flour (0.5% fat). Low migration occurred in the case of paperboard in contact with wheat pasta (0.4% fat). Native starch was found to be more sensitive to migration than gelatinised starch. Volatility was identified as the most important characteristic of the migrating compounds. MPPO was considered as a suitable surrogate for dry foods as it did not underestimate migration in any case. However, for low-fat foods such as wheat pasta, clear overestimations could occur, but only for volatile surrogates with vapour pressure over 1.45 mTorr.Over the past three decades, research on the established linkages between solid waste management and psychological models has progressed rapidly. This informs statutory bodies that wish to design an effective solid waste management system. To further address this crucial task, this paper examined the existing literature on behavioral approaches applied to the study of solid waste. Through a systematic literature review approach, we identified, analyzed, and synthesized available literature across various geographical regions. Based on an analysis of 80 articles, we found that high-income countries (61%) are overrepresented in the existing literature, in which the USA (44%) has contributed the most. Most articles targeted recycling behavior (59%) by applying individual behavior theories (90%), in which the theory of planned behavior was widely tested (46%). In addition, 65% of the articles conducted model testing and 51% conducted empirical studies, revealing a dearth of evaluation studies in the literature. Cions, and policies in developing countries, where there is a higher need for strict environmental regulations focused on sustainability. Background e-Mental health is an established field of exploiting information and communication technologies for mental health care. It offers different solutions and has shown effectiveness in managing many psychological issues. Introduction The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has critically influenced health care systems and health care workers (HCWs). HCWs are working under hard conditions, and are suffering from different psychological issues, including anxiety, stress, and depression. Consequently, there is an undeniable need of mental care interventions for HCWs. Under the circumstances caused by COVID-19, e-health interventions can be used as tools to assist HCWs with their mental health. These solutions can provide mental health care support remotely, respecting the recommended safety measures. Materials and Methods This study aims to identify e-mental health interventions, reported in the literature, that are developed for HCWs during the COVID-19 pandemic. A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA protocol by searching the following digital libraries IEEE, ACM, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and PubMed. Results and Discussion Eleven publications were selected. The identified e-mental health interventions consisted of social media platforms, e-learning content, online resources and mobile applications. Only 27% of the studies included empirical evaluation of the reported interventions, 55% listed challenges and limitations related to the adoption of the reported interventions. And 45% presented interventions developed specifically for HCWs in China. The overall feedback on the identified interventions was positive, yet a lack of empirical evaluation was identified, especially regarding qualitative evidence. Conclusions The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance and need for e-mental health solutions for HCWs.
