Slot missions can be a great method to obtain weapons, equipment and much more. They're not easy to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets you to bring pistols into a mission. Some players utilize this slot to achieve certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Others simply prefer to have the extra pistol as a gap closer. When using this slot, it's important to keep in mind that you'll need to click on the corresponding pistol category button, such as the slot 2 alternative for machine guns, in order to select the appropriate category. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are in use, making it simpler to use. This combo can also trigger a damage tick from Concealed Weapon every 10 seconds so long as it is slotted.

Slot for Smuggled Items

The smuggled items slot is a good feature for allowing players to bring in tools and weapons, however it could benefit from a more streamlined option. It's currently shaped like an a gun, which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled item slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slot can house many different items, ranging from small concussion devices to explosives that are weapon-grade. These items are covertly stashed in inconspicuous places around the map, and can be found at any time. Smuggled items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small items within the scenery or objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature that is available in episodic missions that lets players gain access to different starting points, smuggled items and gear slots ahead of their entry into the map. As players advance through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning expand. This lets players plan the perfect mission for each challenge.





Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will notice their gear slots quickly get full, resulting in the frequently-repeated "Your Gear Slots are Full" message which prevents Max from acquiring new equipment until the old items are cleared or a larger space is obtained. The solution is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which offer more inventory space in exchange for fulfilling challenging missions. Since a lot of these challenges are missed and are scattered around the world, it may take some time to obtain the most inventory slots in the game.

Each player has up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. Rain Bet must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to a Break-In. Each gear item (except the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like Grenades of the same type) only has one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups across the map. These locations let you keep items that don't fit in your weapon or gear slot. You can get them back later.

These pickups are particularly useful if you have to pass through a frisk at the end of the game, or if you are carrying a weapon that would otherwise cause suspicion. You can only conceal one item per game at a pickup location for agencies.

This DLC adds new contracts to security and asset protection to the agency. To begin these missions just talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Once you have reached the marker you can identify a crowd upon arrival.
