Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to bring balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It's a perfect match for lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Don't stir or stir your coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.
