Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slowly roasted to give the aromas of creamy milk chocolate and delicate citrus for a gentle, easy-going style. If you're pressed pause during a hectic weekday or winding down on the weekend, a bit of this mellow roast goes a long way to relax your body and mind.

Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to taste. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as this can result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with the sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft mouth feel that caresses the palate. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winters day spent on the sofa with a good book and a warm hug from the family. To brew the coffee, first heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just been boiled. Coffeee for four minutes, take a plunge and relax.
