IOS and MOS produced mainly 20-25-kDa and 20-17-kDa MLC degradation products, respectively. In conclusion, oxidation caused cross-linking in MHCs or MLCs through disulfide bonds, but the extent of such cross-linking was oxidant dose-dependent and specific to each oxidizing system. LED lamps have already conquered the market of general lighting. This new product will generate a substantial flow of e-waste requiring studies for the correct management, especially concerning recycling alternatives. This study proposes a material characterization of all the tubular and bulb LED lamp components (carcass, LEDs, printed circuit board and LED module). After manual disassembling, polymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and the metals by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and acid leaching followed by ICP-OES analysis. By the novelty of separating and characterizing the LED lamp's components, a process which has not yet been studied, the results allow for a better interpretation of the different materials distribution within the lamps which is essential to improve the efficiency of a recycling route. To exemplify, the element gallium, which has a recycling appeal from the LEDs, is present in a larger quantity in the printed circuit boards. The study also provides an analysis of the materials recycling rates and economic values, and the comparison with the concentration of natural ores. Thus, it was possible to discuss about target components and materials and the recycling alternatives for each component. LED lamps contain interesting materials, with even higher concentrations than natural ores, such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, tin and gallium. If recycled, tubular lamps and bulb lamps would have the economic recovery of USD 2405.99 and USD 2595.02 per ton, respectively. The gold was found to be the most valuable material, and the LEDs the most valuable component of the LED lamps. In this paper, the synchronization problems of an array of coupled neural networks with mixed impulses are considered. Here mixed impulses contain desynchronizing delay-free impulses, synchronizing delay-free impulses, desynchronizing delayed impulses and synchronizing delayed impulses. A novel concept named average delayed impulsive gain is proposed to quantify the effects of mixed impulses. Besides, we establish a delayed impulsive differential inequality which extends famous Halanay inequality, and apply it to study the synchronization problems of delayed neural networks with mixed impulses. It is interesting to notice that both delay-free impulses and delayed impulses can contribute to the synchronization of coupled neural networks. Meanwhile, we also discuss the synchronization of neural networks only with delay-dependent impulses. Some sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the exponential synchronization of delayed neural networks. Finally, some numerical examples are provided to illustrate the validity and superiority of the obtained results. A selective, new, rapid and nondestructive Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopic assay has been developed for simultaneous determination of Memantine hydrochloride and Amisulpride in human plasma and their pharmaceutical formulations without interference from common dugs excipients. A binary mixture of ME and nonselective β-blocker namely; carvidalol has been determined the solid-state by FTIR spectroscopy for the first time. The linear range had been extent from 1.0 to 8.0 and 1.0 to 10.0 μg/mg, for ME and AMS respectively. The detection limits were 0.29 and 0.23 μg/mg while quantitation limits were 0.90 and 0.71 μg/mg for ME and AMS respectively. The developed assay has been validated according to ICH & USP recommendations and successfully applied for quantitative determination of selected drugs in biological fluid. The quality of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) in the market is uneven due to the problems of dyeing and adulteration of safflower, and there is no perfect standard for the classification of quality grade of safflower at present. In this study, computer vision (CV) and near-infrared (NIR) were combined to realize the rapid and nondestructive analysis of safflower. First, the partial least squares discrimination analysis (PLS-DA) model was used to qualitatively identify the dyed safflower from 150 samples. Then the partial least squares (PLS) model was used for quantitative analysis of the hydroxy safflower yellow pigment A (HSYA) and water extract of undyed safflower. Herein, the discrimination rate of PLS-DA model reached 100%, and the residual predictive deviation (RPD) values of the PLS models for HSYA and water extract were 2.5046 and 5.6195, respectively. It indicated that the rapid analysis method combining CV and NIR was reliable, and its results can provide important reference for the formulation of safflower quality classification standards in the market. Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) was studied for the detection of varying degrees of damage in wheat kernels caused by Fusarium head blight (Gibberella zeae), a major disease in wheat worldwide. A total of 810 wheat kernel samples were collected from a field trial with the three levels of Fusarium infection, healthy, moderate, and severe. Hyperspectral image of the wheat kernels was acquired over a wavelength range of 400-1000 nm. The raw spectral data were pre-processed, and then the optimal wavelengths were selected using principal component analysis (PCA), successive projection algorithm (SPA) and random forest (RF). The image features were extracted based on the optimal wavelengths, and then the spectral features and image features were combined as fusion features. Support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF) and naive Bayes (NB) were employed to build the classification models to identify the degrees of Fuasrium damage based on spectral and fusion features. The best performance was obtained by using the SPA-RF method to select the optimal wavelengths and corresponding image features, with a classification accuracy of 96.44%. garsorasib The method developed from this study can provide a more effective way to identify the degrees of Fusarium damage in wheat kernels.
