8 % and very unhealthy, in 3.4 %. Girls had poorer scores in physical activity (p < 0.001), and boys, in new technologies, although it was not significant.
The final instrument was valid, reliable, and easily administered to assess modifiable behaviors in adolescents. The inclusion of technologies and environment helps to adapt the questionnaire to current changes. The greatest deficit was observed in the technology use and physical activity domains; and girls were more sedentary.

From an infectious perspective, children and adolescents were not highly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, social isolation measures have deeply changed their lifestyle, which is believed to have a psychological impact on them. The objective was to assess the impact of COVID-19 lockdown on the emotional health of children and adolescents attending primary or secondary school.
Parents of children and adolescents from San Carlos de Bariloche participated in the study. Adults' perception of the emotional and behavioral impact of lockdown on children and adolescents, changes in sleeping habits, screen use, sports-related activities, eating, and medical consultations, was assessed.
A total of 267 parents were included. Of them, 96.3 % noticed emotional and behavioral changes. The most common ones were that their children were more bored (76.8 %), more irritable (59.2 %), more reluctant (56.9 %), and angrier (54.7 %). It was observed that they woke up and went to bed later, and slept 30 minutes more. Moreover, leisure screen use increased by 3 hours on weekdays. Time dedicated to physical activities did not change, but the type of activities did swimming and team sports were replaced by biking, walking, and skiing.
COVID-19 lockdown affected the emotional health and habits of children and adolescents. Boredom, irritability, and reluctance were more present during lockdown. The possibility of doing outdoor physical activities allowed them to keep practicing sports.

There is little evidence regarding the influence of emotional variables on breastfeeding among mothers of very low birth weight infants (VLBWIs). The objective of this study was to measure breast milk production (BMP) at two points in time during neonatal hospitalization and its association with anxiety, depression, and breastfeeding self-efficacy levels among mothers of VLBWIs.
Prospective, observational, and multicenter study in mothers of VLBWIs (500-1500 g) from 9 NEOCOSUR Network centers. BMP was obtained by measuring the amount extracted by each mother. The STAI scale was used for anxiety, the BDI scale for depression, and the ALMA pilot scale for selfefficacy. They were administered at 14 days of life and at 36 weeks of postmenstrual age. The biosocial characteristics of mothers and neonates were also recorded.
A total of 118 mothers participated. Mean BMP was 169 mL (standard deviation [SD] ± 132.4) at 14 days and 285 mL (SD ± 266.9) at 36 weeks, and it was significantly associated with the perception of breastfeeding self-efficacy (p < 0.001), which was maintained during hospitalization. There was a lower production trend among mothers with higher depression indices at 14 days of life, but not at 36 weeks. No association was observed between BMP and anxiety. No consistently significant associations were observed with biosocial variables.
BMP was positively associated with breastfeeding self-efficacy; no association was observed with anxiety and depression among mothers of VLBWIs.

High-flow vascular malformations of the brain are uncommon in pediatrics.
The objective of this study is to establish the differences among these pathologies and group them by age at onset, clinical manifestations, and angioarchitecture.
This was a retrospective and observational study. The medical records, imaging studies, and procedure protocols of patients seen at Hospital J. P. Garrahan diagnosed with vascular malformations of the brain between January 2010 and January 2020 were analyzed.
A total of 183 patients met the inclusion criteria. It was possible to identify 131 patients with arteriovenous malformations with a nidus (AVMs) and 52 with direct fistulas (without a nidus), including 19 vein of Galen aneurysmal malformations, 23 pial fistulas, and 10 dural fistulas. The average age of patients was 105 months for AVMs, 1.7 months for vein of Galen aneurysmal malformations, 60.5 months for pial fistulas, and 41 months for dural fistulas.
Based on their angioarchitecture, high-flow vascular malformations of the brain presented a nidus (AVMs) or direct fistulas (vein of Galen aneurysmal malformations, pial fistulas, and dural fistulas). AVMs were observed in early childhood, especially due to intracranial hemorrhage. Direct fistulas occurred in the first stage of life, commonly with heart failure.

Follicular lesions of the thyroid with papillary carcinoma nuclear characteristics are classified as infiltrative follicular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma-FVPTC (IFVPTC), encapsulated/well demarcated FVPTC with tumour capsular invasion (IEFVPTC), and the newly described category "non-invasive follicular thyroid neoplasm with papillary-like nuclear features" (NIFTP) formerly known as non-invasive encapsulated FVPTC. This study evaluated whether computerized image analysis can detect nuclear differences between these three tumour subtypes.
Slides with histological material from 15 cases of NIFTP and 33 cases of FVPTC subtypes (22 IEFVPTC, and 11 IFVPTC) were analyzed using the
image processing program. Tumour cells were compared for both nuclear morphometry and chromatin textural characteristics.
Nuclei from NIFTP and IFVPTC tumours differed in terms of chromatin textural features (grey intensity) mean (92.37 ± 21.01
72.99 ± 14.73, p = 0.02), median (84.93 ± 21.17
65.18 ± 17.08, p = 0.02), standard deviation (47.
