Blockchain technology is essentially a decentralized database maintained by relevant parties and has been widely used in various scenarios such as logistics and finance. In terms of applications in the medical field, it is becoming more and more important because the patient's symptoms may be related to a certain vaccine. Whether the patient has been vaccinated with this vaccine will lead to different diagnostic results by the doctor. However, in the current vaccination environment of many regions, the vaccination record (VR) can only be kept in the patient's vaccination booklet, which is easy to lose or destroy. Therefore, the doctor needs to retrieve the patient's VR through a centralized database maintained by the government, which is time-consuming and will increase the medical risk. This study proposes a traceable blockchain-based vaccination record storage and sharing system. In the proposed system, the patient gets the vaccination at any legal clinic and the VR can be saved accompanied by the signature into the blockchain center, which ensures traceability. When the patient visits the hospital for treatment, the doctor can obtain the detail of the VR from the blockchain center and then make a diagnosis. The security of the proposed system will be protected by the programmed smart contracts. Through mutual authentication, our system can also provide and guarantee data integrity and nonrepudiation. Moreover, the proposed system has resistance to replay and man-in-the-middle attacks, and the performance is good.In this article, we have explored the establishment of multiple parameter reference intervals for different age groups in Qingdao, China. According to the age of subjects, the healthy adult population of different ages in Qingdao was randomly selected as the research object. According to the age of subjects, they were divided into 18-24-year-old, 25-39-year-old, 40-49-year-old, 50-64-year-old, and >65-year-old groups, respectively. The sample size of each age group was 120 male and female samples, and 60 male and female samples of >65-year-old subjects were selected. The data of subjects were collected, a questionnaire survey was completed, serum samples were collected, and the parameters of male and female groups of different ages in Qingdao were compared. The parameters of the male and female groups were compared in the same age group. The reference intervals of parameters of the male and female groups were compared in different ages. There were significant differences in the levels of FBG, AST, BUN, Cr, Hb, FT3, TT3, FT4, TT4, VB12, PROG, CYFRA 21-1, and SCC among men of different ages (P 65 years old were significantly higher than those in females (P less then 0.05). The reference intervals of various parameters are different among different ages and genders. The establishment of multiparameter reference intervals for different age groups in Qingdao, China, is of great significance for the early diagnosis and evaluation of various diseases in Qingdao, China, so as to reduce the missed diagnosis rate of diseases and improve people's quality of life.
The aim of this study is to explore the effect of conventional nursing combined with bedtime oculomotor training on sleep quality and body immune of advanced lung cancer patients.
By means of a retrospective study, 120 advanced lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subject and divided into the intervention group (PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) score≥10 points,
= 60) and the control group (PSQI score<10 points,
= 60). Conventional nursing was performed to the control group, and an eye movement exercise before sleep was added additionally in the intervention group, 30 min each time, once a day, and 5 times a week for 3 months, so as to compare their sleep quality, body immunity indexes, negative emotion scores, adverse reaction rate (ARR), quality of life, and satisfaction with nursing.
After nursing, the intervention group obtained a significantly lower PSQI score (5.54 ± 1.23 VS 7.98 ± 1.65,
< 0.05), better body immunity indexes (
< 0.001), lower negative emotion scores (
< 0.05), lower ARR (
< 0.05), better quality of life (
< 0.001), and higher satisfaction with nursing (
< 0.05) than the control group.
Combining conventional nursing with the eye movement exercise before sleep can alleviate negative emotions, improve the sleep quality, promote body immunity, and reduce the ARR, which is more satisfying to patients and should be applied and promoted in practice.

Recently, deep learning models, mainly multilayer perceptron and convolutional neural networks, have gained popularity for being applied on this type of datasets. This paper aims to analyze the performance of deep learning models on different types of cancer gene expression datasets as no such consolidated work is available. For this purpose, three deep learning models along with two feature selection method and four cancer gene expression datasets have been considered. It has resulted in a total of 24 different combinations to be analyzed. Out of four datasets, two are imbalanced and two are balanced in terms of number of normal and cancer samples. Experimental results show that the deep learning models have performed well in terms of true positive rate, precision, F1-score, and accuracy.Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignancy with high mortality, especially in HCC patients with brain metastases (BMS). However, few studies have investigated the risk factors for BMS among HCC patients based on large-scale population. The study involved clinical data of 36,091 patients who met the inclusion criteria from the SEER database, from 2004 to 2016. Univariate analysis and multifactor logistics regression analysis was used to analyze risk factors affecting BMS among HCC patients. This study revealed that BMS occurred in 108 of 36,091 patients, with an incidence of 0.33%. Median survival was 7 months for patients with BMS, but 12 months for patients without BMS. Univariate analysis showed that pathological low differentiation and undifferentiation, lymph node metastasis, no surgical treatment, and no chemotherapy and radiotherapy increased risk of BMS (P less then 0.05). Multivariate analysis suggested that no surgical treatment and no chemotherapy or radiotherapy were independent risk factors for BMS (P less then 0.001). Our findings highlighted that the independent risk factors for BMS were no surgical treatment, no chemotherapy, and no radiotherapy. For athletes who are eager for success, it is difficult to obtain their own movement data due to field equipment, artificial errors, and other factors, which means that they cannot get professional movement guidance and posture correction from sports coaches, which is a disastrous problem. To solve this big problem, combined with the latest research results of deep learning in the field of computer technology, based on the related technology of human posture recognition, this paper uses convolution neural network and video processing technology to create an auxiliary evaluation system of sports movements, which can obtain accurate data and help people interact with each other, so as to help athletes better understand their body posture and movement data. The research results show that (1) using OpenPose open-source library for pose recognition, joint angle data can be obtained through joint coordinates, and the key points of video human posture can be identified and calculated for easy analysis. (2) The movembe considered to have achieved certain success; the follow-up system test and operation work need further optimization and research by researchers.
The clinical influence of the preoperative and postoperative therapies for recovery after the joint replacement surgery is still questionable. This study of systematic review and meta-analysis focuses on analyzing the clinical effects of preoperative rehabilitation among the patients who are planning to opt for joint replacement surgery for enhanced results.
Randomized clinical trials were selected where preoperative therapeutic exercises were performed by adults for preoperative rehabilitation in patients who were planning for replacement surgery for better outcomes and identified through databases and screening. Two reviewers were responsible for extracting appropriate studies, relevant data, assessing the risks, therapeutic validity, etc.
. We performed random-effects meta-analysis for calculation of risk ratios and odds ratios, for knee and hip surgery cases. Analysis of length of hospital stay, short-term-based recovery period during hospital stay, total hip replacement functional recovery during hn difference was 0.38 and (0.20-0.57) was the 95% CI in hip surgery pain analysis and in knee surgery, 0.00 was the standardized mean difference and (-0.18-0.19) was the 95% CI.
Long-term outcomes were not affected by the preoperative rehabilitation. Though there was a slight improvement in early postoperative pain, this is not much of clinical significance.

PU foams or PUFs are the most commonly used polyurethanes. These are materials of low density and low thermal conductivity that make them highly suitable for thermal insulating applications. Most of the synthesis of PUFs is still based on the petrochemical industry. There are issues associated with the oil industry, such as environmental pollution, sustainability, and market instability. More recently, we have experienced the COVID-19 pandemic which has destroyed the global supply chain of raw materials. Such sudden disruption of the supply chain affects the global economy. To eliminate the reliance on special ingredients, it is important to find and produce alternate and domestic raw materials. Vegetable oils are organic, cost-effective, and economically viable and present in abundant amounts. The oil consists of triglycerides. It can be functionalized to provide polyol for PU foam synthesis. Herein, we review the literature on factors influencing the properties of PUFs depending on polyols from vegetable oil as well as present a glimpse of the conversion of vegetable oils into polyols for PUF synthesis.
