Based on the proportions of 22 types of infiltrated immune cell subpopulations calculated by cell-type identification by estimating relative subsets of RNA transcripts (CIBERSORT), the TME was classified by K-means clustering and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were determined. A combination of the elbow method and the gap statistic was used to explore the likely number of distinct clusters in the data. The ConsensusClusterPlus package was utilized to identify radiomics clusters, and the samples were divided into two subtypes. On meta-regression of all histological types, the percentage of patients with lymph node metastasis in the lymphadenectomy group was not found to influence the effect size. Study design Retrospective cohort study. Methods Patients with definite unilateral Menière's disease (n = 35) diagnosed according to 2015 Barany Criteria were included. Three-dimensional real inversion recovery (3D-real-IR) MRI was executed 24 h after intratympanic gadolinium injection to assess the presence and degree of endolymphatic hydrops. Boredom, cravings for sweet/savory foods, and high sleepiness ratings related to high risk of increasing unhealthy eating and sedentary behavior and decreasing physical activity and healthy eating.
