Second, for the ensemble of classification trees, we applied the package randomForest and Adabag (bagging and boosting) in R. Results proposed high levels of psychopathy and Machiavellianism are more likely to be related to sexual cyberbullying behaviours. Organizations could use the tool proposed in this research to develop internal policies and procedures for detection and deterrence of potential cyberbullying behaviours. By raising awareness about cyberbullying behaviour including its conceptualisation and measurement in training courses, organizations might build an organizational culture based on a respectful workplace without sexual cyberbullying behaviours. © 2020 The Authors.Viral infections are responsible for many illnesses, and recent outbreaks have raised public health concerns. Despite the availability of many antiviral drugs, they are often unsuccessful due to the generation of viral mutants and less effective against their target virus. Identifying novel antiviral drugs is therefore of critical importance and natural products are an excellent source for such discoveries. Coumarin is one such natural compound that is a potential drug candidate owing to its properties of stability, solubility, and low toxicity. There are numerous evidences showing its inhibitory role against infection of various viruses such as HIV, Influenza, Enterovirus 71 (EV71) and coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16). The mechanisms involve either inhibition of proteins essential for viral entry, replication and infection or regulation of cellular pathways such as Akt-Mtor (mammalian target of rapamycin), NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells), and anti-oxidative pathway including NrF-2 (The nuclear factor erythroid 2 (NFE2)-related factor 2). This review summarizes the present state of understanding with a focus on coumarin's antiviral effect and their possible molecular mechanisms against Influenza virus, HIV, Hepatitis virus, Dengue virus and Chikungunya virus. © 2020 Published by Elsevier Ltd.The impact of particulate matter on the ambient air quality of Landmark University Farm was assessed using deposition fluxes of Trace elements (TEs) in the airshed of the farm. Deposition gauges were employed to collect both dry and wet deposition samples of particulate matter between 2018 and 2019. Elemental compositions of particulates collected during the sampling period were analyzed using Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (ED-XRF). The deposition fluxes of crustal and anthropogenic trace elements were also determined using standard methods. Results showed that in dry season, iron has the highest mean concentration (3283.61 mg/kg), while chromium has the lowest (0.023 mg/kg). On the other hand, in wet season, silicon and nickel have the highest and lowest mean concentrations of 159.34 mg/kg and 0.01 mg/kg respectively. Although the concentrations of these metals were higher in the dry season than wet season, there was no statistical significant difference between the mean concentrations of the elements measured in each season of the year (p > 0.05). The compositions of some of the elements in the particulate matters were found to be far above the recommended exposure limits prescribed by OSHA. The study concluded that the elemental composition of particulate matter in the airshed of the University Farm adversely impacts the ambient air quality of the Community. © 2020 The Author(s).In this study, we analyzed option pricing of rainfall derivatives based on stochastic daily rainfall model. We used Markov Chain Analogue Year model (MCAY) in order to describe occurrence process of daily rainfall. We have included the Analogue Year (AY) component in the Markov Chain (MC), which is a new component incorporated in this study and pricing rainfall derivatives. The inclusion of AY in the MC, provides excellent description of the occurrence process of daily rainfall. The amount of daily rainfall on wet days is obtained using Mixed Exponential distribution because it has the advantage of a better representation of extreme events. Combining the occurrence and amount model, we obtained Markov Chain Analogue Year Mixed Exponential model (MCAYMEM). Daily rainfall data from 2005 to 2017 were taken from Ethiopia National Meteorology Agency (ENMA) in order to assess the model performance. Based on the results of the daily rainfall models, we calculated an option price for different months. The price calculated using MCAYMEM gave an excellent result compared to the price calculated using MCMEM. This accuracy is mainly because of AY component included in the MC in the modeling of occurrence process. © 2020 The Author(s).Background Syrian Sumac, scientifically defined as Rhus coriaria, is a commonly used spice powder in the Middle East. Rhus coriaria has been shown to contain numerous compounds that have a substantial role in the food industry and in homeopathic therapy. From the retardation of oxidative processes to the treatment of fungal and bacterial infections and many more, these compounds are of great importance in improving human health and economy. Scope and approach Several studies have been done to explore the benefits and potential uses of Rhus coriaria. In the following review, the relevant phytochemical and biological research available on Rhus coriaria have been explored. A comprehensive account of its healing activity is shown. Also presented are its phytochemical components which have medicinal, nutritional and industrial significance. Key findings and conclusions Sumac has been studied for its use as an antibacterial, antioxidant, colorant, food and animal feed supplement, steel inhibitor in sea water and much more. Its antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties make it a great and versatile tool to be used in the food industry, where it can be used as an efficient food preservative and natural, harmless food additive. © 2020 The Author(s).Food producing animal is a global challenge in terms of antimicrobial resistance spread. Extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing Enterobacteriaceae are relevant opportunistic pathogens that may spread in many ecological niches of the One Health approach as human, animal and environment due to intestinal selection of antimicrobial resistant commensals in food production animals. read more Cattle production is a relevant ecological niche for selection of commensal bacteria with antimicrobial resistance from microbiota. Enterobacteriaceae show importance in terms of circulation of resistant-bacteria and antimicrobial resistance genes via food chain creating a resistance reservoir, setting up a threat for colonization of humans and consequent health risk. ESBL-producing Enterobacteriaceae are a threat in terms of human health responsible for life threatening outbreaks and silent enteric colonization of community populations namely the elder population. Food associated colonization is a risk difficult to handle and control.
