cess to healthcare, and the findings indicate opportunities for further research on the contributions of interpreters, diplomatic and business networks, and new technologies, and on the growth of new forms of mediation in domestic and overseas settings. Objective To explore the possibility and mechanism of targeted blocking SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathway using three antagonists TN14003, T140, and AMD3100 in vivo, and to investigate the function of three antagonists in delay degeneration process of articular cartilage. Methods Ninety-six male Duncan-Hartley guinea pigs (6 months old) were divided into groups A, B, C, and D randomly. Alzet trace pump was implanted in the back subcutaneous tissue of pigs in group A, and TN14003 with concentration of 180 μg/ml was pumped every day. Alzet trace pump was implanted in the back subcutaneous tissue of pigs in group B, and T140 with concentration of 180 μg/ml was pumped every day. Alzet trace pump was implanted in the back subcutaneous tissue of pigs in group C, and AMD3100 with concentration of 180 μg/ml was pumped every day. Hartley guinea pigs in group D remained untreated as the blank control group. At 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks of treatment, 5 to 8 animals in each group were randomly chosen for blood collection icantly lower than group D, and there was statistically significant (P less then 0.05). The mRNA levels of type II collagen, aggrecan in group A were significantly more than group B; those of group B were significantly more than group C, which was significantly more than group D, and the difference was statistically significant (P less then 0.05). H&E staining result cartilage of group C was more significantly degenerative than other groups. Conclusions The three antagonists can target SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathway in vivo, reduce the expression and secretion of MMP-3, MMP-9, and MMP-13 in cartilage tissue, and reduce the degradation of collagen II and aggregating proteoglycan, thus delaying the degeneration of articular cartilage, of which TN14003 has the strongest regulatory effect. Targeted blockade of SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathway by TN14003 in vivo delays articular cartilage degeneration more effectively than T140 and AMD3100.Background PTV concept is presumed to introduce excessive and inconsistent GTV dose in lung stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT). That GTV median dose prescription (D50) and robust optimization are viable PTV-free solution (ICRU 91 report) to harmonize the GTV dose was investigated by comparisons with PTV-based SBRT plans. Methods Thirteen SBRT plans were optimized for 54 Gy / 3 fractions and prescribed (i) to 95% of the PTV (D95) expanded 5 mm from the ITV on the averaged intensity project (AIP) CT, i.e., PTVITV, (ii) to D95 of PTV derived from the van Herk (VH)'s margin recipe on the mid-ventilation (MidV)-CT, i.e., PTVVH, (iii) to ITV D98 by worst case scenario (WCS) optimization on AIP,i.e., WCSITV and (iv) to GTV D98 by WCS using all 4DCT images, i.e., WCSGTV. These plans were subsequently recalculated on all 4DCT images and deformably summed on the MidV-CT. The dose differences between these plans were compared for the GTV and selected normal organs by the Friedman tests while the variability was compa to other PTV-free concept in lung SBRT. GTV D50 renormalization effectively harmonizes the target dose among patients and SBRT concepts of geometric uncertainty management. Background In West Bengal, according to the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-4) 2015-16, undernutrition and anemia are particularly common among scheduled tribe women and children. The purpose of this research is to assess the nutritional status of Adivasi mothers and child feeding patterns, relevant for clinical practice and the design of future preventive actions. These baseline characteristics were obtained in the scope of a feeding trial aimed at improving the hemoglobin concentration of the index child (6-39 months). Methods In February 2015, the baseline survey was conducted in 21 tribal villages. In total, 288 mothers and 307 children were recruited for their hemoglobin levels (HemoCue Hb201+), as well as anthropometric indices height/length, weight and MUAC. By questionnaire-based interview aspects on child feeding practices, childcare, family scheduling, and prenatal care were elucidated. Results The majority of mothers belong to the Santal tribe (93.8%). Nearly half of mothers suffered from under infants aged 6 to 11 months. Conclusion The maternal nutritional status was poor and showed interrelations with the nutritional status of the index child. Inadequate feeding and caring practices were common. In particular the younger age group ( less then 12 months) was found at risk of being offered inadequate CF, which needs to be tackled by future programs. Trial registration The trial was retrospectively registered at the German Clinical Trials Register on the 1st July 2019 (DRKS00017388).Background The autoimmune disease rheumatoid arthritis (RA) affects approximately 1% of the global population. RA is characterized with chronic joint inflammation and often associated with chronic pain. The imbalance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory macrophages is a feature of RA progression. Glial cells affecting neuronal sensitivity at both peripheral and central levels may also be important for RA progression and associated pain. Furosemide inhibitor Genetic variants in the T cell death-associated gene 8 (TDAG8) locus are found to associate with spondyloarthritis. TDAG8 was also found involved in RA disease progression and associated hyperalgesia in the RA mouse model. However, its modulation in RA remains unclear. Methods To address this question, we intra-articularly injected complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) into TDAG8+/+, TDAG8-/- or wild-type mice, followed by pain behavioral tests. Joints and dorsal root ganglia were taken, sectioned, and stained with antibodies to observe the number of immune cells, macrophages,n, but glial activation is also required for the chronic phase of RA pain. Background To investigate associations between long-term shoulder loading and sagittal spino-pelvic morphology in Chinese farmers from radiology evidences. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 463 back pain patients who attended outpatient and inpatient departments of two hospitals from January 2016 to December 2018, and who had long, standing lateral X-rays according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. One hundred eighty-four of them were farmers with a long history of heavy shoulder loading for over 20 years in their young age, while others were office workers with no reported long-term shoulder loading history. The following parameters were measured by three researchers independently and then analyzed statistically thoracic kyphosis (TK), lumbar lordosis (LL), thoracolumbar kyphosis (TLK), T9 sagittal offset (T9SO), T1 sagittal offset (T1SO), sacral slope (SS), pelvic incidence (PI), pelvic tilt (PT), C7 tilt (C7T), spino-pelvic angle (SSA), and sagittal vertical axis (SVA). Results The "Loading group" included 86 males and 98 females with average age 73.
