A dental implant is an idyllic mode of operandi for oral rehabilitation for complete and partially edentulous patients. The success of an implant is based on the health of its surrounding tissues. Therefore, the biological and clinical aspects of implant prosthesis and their surrounding tissues must persist to be investigated. A two-year retrospective clinical-radiological study was conducted to estimate peri-implant soft and hard tissue revolutionization after the placement of implants. A clinical-radiological investigation was carried out to determine the amount of soft and hard tissue revolutionization that occurred following the implantation of 200 implants. From October 2020 to March 2021, the research was carried out in the College of Dentistry at King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia. It was decided to conduct this study using a retrospective clinical record, which involved gathering information about patients who had previously received dental implants within the previous two years. Plaque index (PI), gingival index (GI), bleeding index (BI), peri-implant probing depth (PD), and peri-implant crestal bone level were measured at baseline and three months after implant placement in adult patients ranging in age from 20 to 50 years. The results were compared to the full-mouth index (FMI). Ethical clearance and written informed consent were obtained from all the study participants. The statistical analysis was done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS-23.0 version) (IBM; Chicago). The present study concluded that plaque accumulation, gingival bleeding, and probing depth were increased around implants during the follow-up, but it would not affect crestal bone loss. Still, it is essential to conduct a similar study with a larger sample size and a long follow-up period to give more precise results.Medical text data records detailed clinical data; named entity recognition is the basis of text information processing and an important part of mining valuable information in medical texts. The named entity recognition technology can accurately identify the information needed in medical texts and help medical staff make clinical decision-making, evidence-based medicine, and epidemic disease monitoring. This paper proposes a hybrid neural network medical text named entity recognition model. First, a coding method based on a fully self-attentive mechanism is proposed. The vector representation of each word is related to the entire sentence through the attention mechanism. It determines the weight distribution by scoring the characters or words in all positions and obtains the position information in the sentence that needs the most attention. The encoding vector at each position is integrated with the context information of full sentence, which solves the ambiguity problem. Second, a multivariate convolutional decoding method is proposed. This method can effectively pay attention to the characteristics of medical text named entity recognition in the decoding process. It uses two-dimensional convolutional decoding to associate the current position word with surrounding words to improve decoding efficiency while extracting features from the logic of the preceding and following words. Using the same number of convolution kernels as the entity category, it can effectively extract effective features from the label dimension. Besides, according to the characteristics of the named entity recognition task, a special mixed loss is designed. The experimental results verify that the proposed method is effective, and it is improved compared with some existing medical text named entity recognition methods.We evaluate the effect of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation combined with intraaortic balloon pump mechanical circulatory support for patients with cardiogenic shock complicating acute myocardial infarction during the PCI process. Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation combined with intraaortic balloon pump hemodynamic support during the percutaneous coronary intervention process for patients with cardiac shock complicating acute myocardial infarction might play a complementary role. Yet, evidence of application of both devices at the same time remains unclear. Patients with cardiogenic shock complicating myocardial infarction who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were screened. Those who were under hemodynamic support of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation combined with intraaortic balloon pump were enrolled as the ECMO&IABP group, and the patients only under support of intraaortic balloon pump were enrolled as the IABP group. The differences of clinical prognosis between the two groups were compared. A total of 39 patients were enrolled into the study 10 were in the ECMO&IABP group and 29 in the IABP group. The aim of this study is to explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with WeChat platform education on patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Eighty-eight UAP patients undergoing PCI in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were chosen as the study subjects and were grouped according to the intervention methods. Specifically, patients receiving routine treatment only were included as the control group (CG) and those receiving cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with WeChat platform education based on the routine treatment were included as the study group (SG), with 44 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after intervention.

Compared with CG, SG achieved notably better biochemical indexes of TC, TG, FBG, FIB, LDL-c, and HDL-c after 12 months of intervention (

< 0.05), lower systolic pressure (SBP), and diastolic pressure (DBP) after intervention (

< 0.05), and higher scoreiac rehabilitation therapy combined with WeChat platform education intervention measures for UAP patients after PCI can effectively control the biochemical indexes such as blood lipid and blood glucose, improve the cardiac function, stabilize the disease condition, lower the recurrence rate, and reduce the incidence of other cardiac adverse events.

The apoptosis of nucleus pulposus (NP) cells reduces the number of nucleus pulposus cells in intervertebral disc tissue, resulting in intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD). MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an important regulatory role in abnormal cell proliferation and apoptosis.

The miR-27a-3p expressions in degenerative NP tissue and cells were measured via qPCR. The impacts of miR-27a-3p on the proliferation and apoptosis of human NP cells were evaluated by flow cytometry assays, MTT assays, and western blot analyses. In addition, target scan and luciferase reporter assay were applied to confirm that RASSF5 was directly binding to miR-27a-3p. Western blot was applied to assess the relationship between miR-27a-3p, RASSF5 and MST1/LATS1, and RAS/RAC1 signaling pathway.

MiR-27a-3p was downregulated in degenerative NP tissues and cells by comparison with the control group. MiR-27a-3p overexpression enhanced cell proliferation and suppressed apoptosis of NP cells, while the above factors showed an opposite tendency after in the miR-27a-3p inhibitor group.
