Based on a review process important studies have been identified and analyzed. The content analysis of these studies synthesized existing information about the types of disruptions, their impact on supply chains, resilience methods in supply chain design and recovery strategies proposed by the studies supported by cost-benefit analysis. Our review also examines the most popular modeling approaches on the topic with indicative examples and the IT tools that enhance resilience and reduce disruption risks. Finally, a detailed future research agenda is formed about SC disruptions, which identifies the research gaps yet to be addressed. The aim of this study is to amalgamate knowledge on supply chain disruptions which constitutes an important and timely as the frequency and impact of disruptions increase. The study summarizes and builds upon the knowledge of other well-cited reviews and surveys in this research area.Autolytic debridement can accelerate wound healing by removing necrotic tissue. A hydrogel was fabricated from an aqueous solution of gelatin, sodium alginate and carboxymethylcellulose sodium by radiation-induced cross-linking at room temperature, which was aiming at the application of debridement glue paste. The swelling ratio of the debridement glue paste is 30 times to its dry weight, when the weight ratio of gelatin/sodium alginate/carboxymethylcellulose sodium was 222 and the absorbed dose was 20 kGy, with dose rate of 20 Gy/min. The extrusion and compressive assay have confirmed that it possessed stable mechanical strength, and the weight ratio had little effect on the molecular structure by FTIR and TGA. Cell culture experiments demonstrated the debridement glue pastes with the cytotoxicity of grade 0 or 1 (biosafe). The debridement glue paste group could remove the necrotic tissue within 4 days and showed complete wound healing within 18 days; comparatively, the control group without treatment removed the necrotic tissue within 10 days and showed complete wound healing within 26 days in animal experiments using rabbit scald model. Histologic analysis exhibited that more granulation tissue was observed in debridement glue paste. The result of this study suggested that debridement glue pastes had excellent biocompatibility, could selectively remove necrotic tissue, induced granulation tissue formation and accelerated the wound healing.Population-level health outcomes and measures of well-being are often described relative to broad racial/ethnic categories such as White or Caucasian; Black or African American; Latino or Hispanic; Asian American; Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander; or American Indian and Alaska Native. However, the aggregation of data into these groups masks critical within-group differences and disparities, limiting the health and social services fields' abilities to target their resources where most needed. While researchers and policymakers have recognized the importance of disaggregating racial/ethnic data-and many organizations have advocated for it over the years-progress has been slow and disparate. The ongoing lack of racial/ethnic data disaggregation perpetuates existing inequities in access to much-needed resources that can ensure health and well-being. In its efforts to help build a Culture of Health and promote health equity, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation has supported activities aimed to advance the meaningful disaggregation of racial/ethnic data-at the collection, analysis, and reporting phases. This special issue presents further evidence for the importance of disaggregation, the technical and policy challenges to creating change in practice, and the implications of improving the use of race and ethnicity data to identify and address gaps in health. In this study, we draw on moral cleansing theory to investigate the consequence of unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) from the perspective of the actors. Specifically, we hypothesize that after conducting UPB, people may feel guilty and tend to cleanse their wrongdoings by providing suggestions or identifying problems at work (i.e., prohibitive and promotive voice). Abivertinib datasheet We further hypothesize that the above relationship is moderated by the actor's moral identity symbolization. We conducted three studies, including experiment and surveys, to test our hypotheses. Results of these studies show consistent support to our hypotheses. In particular, individuals reported more felt guilt after conducting UPB, and they tended to compensate with more prohibitive and promotive voice subsequently. In addition, the indirect relationship from UPB acting to both voice behaviors via felt guilt was stronger for people with a high level of moral identity symbolization. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.Although employment can provide older people with both financial and nonfinancial rewards, it is questionable whether those benefits extend to all older workers, particularly those with physically demanding jobs. This study aimed to examine whether the perceived level of physical demands placed on older workers 55 or older is significantly associated with their cognitive function. Using the Health and Retirement Study (HRS) 2010 wave, we analyzed two domains of cognition verbal episodic memory and reasoning. After controlling for demographics and risk factors for age-related cognitive deterioration, the perceived level of physical demands placed on older workers was still significantly and negatively linked with both memory and reasoning domains of cognition. Older workers with more physically demanding jobs tended to have poorer cognitive function. Further longitudinal studies are needed to confirm this relationship.
