average bootstrapped Malmquist productivity indices of 1.009 in Anhui Province. Among the declined provincial Malmquist productivity indices, the effch, techch, and sech indices are vital causers of the overall decline of the provincial Malmquist productivity indices. Ultimately, based on all these quantitative estimates and findings, we put forward the following concluding remarks with policy implications and corresponding strategies.Gatekeeper trainings have been increasingly utilized in response to rising suicide rates in youths. However, the extent to which common factors inherent to gatekeeper trainings impact training outcomes is largely understudied. As such, the present study explored how factors such as training size and trainer engagement abilities influenced trainee participation and outcomes (i.e. changes in attitudes, perceived behavioral control (PBC), and knowledge regarding suicide prevention). All trainees participated in a gatekeeper training; trainers were not randomly assigned. Mediation and moderation analyses were completed using the PROCESS macro for SPSS (Hayes in Introduction to mediation, moderation, and conditional process analysis a regression-based approach, Guilford Press, New York, 2013). Trainee participation in a training was examined as a mediator of the relationship between the training size and training outcomes, while trainer engagement was examined as a moderator of the relationship between size of training and trainee participation. Size of training was significantly related to lower changes in participant knowledge, along with lower trainee participation in gatekeeper trainings. Trainee participation significantly mediated the relationship between size of training, attitudes, and PBC. Additionally, trainer engagement significantly moderated the association between size of training and trainee participation. The results of this study suggest that general gatekeeper training-related variables may influence participant outcomes, specifically through trainee participation. In this study, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations have been performed to explore the variation of ion density and electric potential due to electrode surface modification. Two different surface morphologies, having planer and slit pore with different conditions of surface charge, have been studied for graphene-MnO2 surface using LAMMPS. For different pore widths, the concentration of ions in the double layer is observed to be very low when the surface of the graphene-MnO2 electrode is charged. With a view to identify the optimal pore size for the simulation domain considered, three different widths for the nano-slit type pores and the corresponding ion-ion interactions are examined. Though this effect is negligible for pores with 9.23 and 3.55 Å widths, a considerable increase in the ionic concentration within the 7.10 Å pores is observed when the electrode is kept neutral. The edge region of these nano-slit pores leads to effective energy storage by promoting ion separation and a significantly higher charge accumulation is found to occur on the edges compared to the basal planes. For the simulation domain of the present study, partition coefficient is maximum for a pore size of 7.10 Å, indicating that the ions' penetration and movement into nano-slit pores are most favorable for this optimum pore size for MnO2-graphene electrodes with aqueous NaCl electrolyte. Graphical Abstract The importance of understanding the commercial feasibility of supercapacitor material has made qualitatively predicting the optimized electrode structure one of the main targets of energy related researches. While great progress has been made in recent years, a coherent theoretical picture of the optimized electrode structure remains elusive. This article discusses the most favorable design of supercapacitor electrode for ion-electrode interaction.Planctomycetes is a phylum of environmentally important bacteria, which also receive significant attention due to their fascinating cell biology. Access to axenic Planctomycete cultures is crucial to study cell biological features within this phylum in further detail. In this study, we characterise three novel strains, Mal52T, Pan258 and CA54T, which were isolated close to the coasts of the islands Mallorca (Spain) and Panarea (Italy), and from Monterey Bay, CA, USA. The three isolates show optimal growth at temperatures between 22 and 24 °C and at pH 7.5, divide by polar budding, lack pigmentation and form strong aggregates in liquid culture. Analysis of five phylogenetic markers suggests that the strains constitute two novel species within a novel genus in the family Planctomycetaceae. The strains Mal52T (DSM 101177T = VKM B-3432T) and Pan258 were assigned to the species Symmachiella dynata gen nov., sp. nov., while strain CA54T (DSM 104301T = VKM B-3450T) forms a separate species of the same genus, for which we propose the name Symmachiella macrocystis sp. nov.Corticotroph carcinomas and aggressive corticotroph tumors can be resistant to conventional therapy, including surgery, radiotherapy, and medical treatment. Recent evidence suggests that temozolomide (an oral alkylating agent) administered with capecitabine (pro-drug of 5-fluorouracil) may improve progression-free survival in patients with high-risk corticotroph tumors and carcinomas. This led to the use of capecitabine and temozolomide (CAPTEM) in two patients, one with a corticotroph carcinoma and the other with an aggressive corticotroph tumor, as well the in vitro analysis of capecitabine and 5-fluorouracil on cell growth and hormone production. Both patients had previous surgical and radiation therapy. The first patient developed leptomeningeal spread 2 years after his radiation treatment. He had 12 cycles of CAPTEM, which resulted in tumor control associated with clinical and radiological improvement. Twenty-seven months later, CAPTEM was restarted for disease recurrence with ongoing tumor response. The second patient had a rapid tumor regrowth 2 years after his third surgical resection. He was treated with 12 cycles of CAPTEM, which led to tumor shrinkage with no tumor regrowth 22 months after cessation of therapy. Experiments using mouse ACTH-producing pituitary tumor AtT20 cells demonstrated that treatment with 5-fluorouracil in combination with temozolomide had an additive effect in reducing cell viability and ACTH production in the culture medium. Our patients and experimental data in AtT20 cells support CAPTEM as a potential treatment option for aggressive corticotroph tumors and carcinomas. find more However, a prospective clinical trial is required to determine whether CAPTEM is superior to temozolomide in the treatment of these tumors.
