Objective To understand the current status of clinical guidelines and consensus for lung cancer chemotherapy, evaluate and analyze the quality of lung cancer chemotherapy treatment guidelines, and provide references for the revision and improvement of lung cancer chemotherapy clinical decision-making and guidelines. Methods Search Pubmed, EMbase, Cochrane Library (Cochrane Library), China Knowledge Network, Wanfang Database, China Biomedical Literature Database and other related databases and clinical practice guidelines related to lung cancer chemotherapy, and screen the literatures according to the established inclusion exclusion criteria. Use the appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluation Ⅱ (AGREE Ⅱ) and reporting items for practice guidelines in healthcare (RIGHT) tools to compare and evaluate the quality of the included guides and the level of reporting specifications. Results A total of 14 guidelines were included. The assessment results of AGREE Ⅱ showed that the average score of scope and pururther developments of high-quality clinical practice guidelines and guidelines consistent with our country's actual situation are needed.Objective To explore the learning curve of central pancreatectomy (CP) and provide an excellent reference for surgeons to get the point of this operation. Methods Clinical data of 73 patients who underwent CP in the same operation team from January 2006 to January 2018 were collected and retrospectively analyzed by the moving average method (MAM) and the cumulative sum method (CUSUM). Data was analyzed by statistical package for social science (SPSS) software. Results According to the MAM and CUSUM curves, the learning process of CP could be divided into two stages. At the first stage (n=1-11), the median operation time was 340 minutes and the median intraoperative hemorrhage was 400 ml. In the second stage (n=12-73), the median operation time was 213 minutes and the median intraoperative hemorrhage was 100 ml. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusions CP can be mastered after 11 cases of exercises. In the first 11 operations, surgeons should get familiar with the operation process, respond actively to emergencies and accumulate experience to gain this surgical technique fast.Objective To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) integration and prognosis of cervical cancer patients. Methods The data of 82 patients with cervical cancer treated in the Radiotherapy Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from October 2004 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into poor prognosis group (recurrence or metastasis after surgery and adjuvant radiotherapy) and good prognosis group based on a propensity score matching strategy.The HPV integration of the two groups were detected by whole exome sequencing to determine whether the integration sites were located in the common fragile sites (CFSs). MitoSOX Red in vitro HPV integration and integration into CFSs were compared between the two groups. Results Among the enrolled 82 patients, 37 were divided in poor survival group and 45 in good survival group. A total of 90 integration breakpoints were identified, 30 of them occurred in poor prognosis group and 60 occurred in good prognosis group. In the poor prognosis group, HPV integration occurred in 20 patients, 13 of them were inserted in CFSs of 11 patients, and the numbers in good prognosis group were 26, 17, 11, respectively. There were no significantly statistical differences in the number of HPV integration events (P=0.289), HPV integration patients (P=0.735), CFSs integration events (P=0.427), and CFSs integration patients (P=0.591) between the two groups. In poor prognosis group, more CFSs integration events occurred in patients with metastasis than those in patients with only local recurrence (9 vs 2, P=0.003). Conclusions No significant differences are observed in HPV integration and HPV integration into CFSs between cervical cancer patients with different prognoses. HPV integration into CFSs may be associated with distant metastasis.Objective To explore the potential mechanism of sorafenib resistance associated long non-coding RNA (lncRNA-SRLR) promoted invasion and metastasis in U2OS osteosarcoma cells. Methods We transfected U2OS cells with negative control lentivirus (LV-NC) or lncRNA-SRLR overexpressed lentivirus (LV-over/SRLR) particles. LV-NC and LV-over/SRLR stable transfected cells (U20S/NC and U20S/SRLR) were selected by primary cell culture medium containing puromycin. The mRNA expressions of lncRNA-SRLR and procollagen-lysine, procollagen-lysine 2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 2 (PLOD2) were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The effect of lncRNA-SRLR on the invasion of U2OS cells were determined by wound-healing assay and Transwell migration assay. The effect of SRLR on the interleukin-6 (IL-6) secretion of U2OS cells was evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analysis. The subcellular distribution of SRLR in U2OS cells was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)l axis.Objective To estimate cancer incidence and mortality of kidney and unspecified urinary organs in China using cancer registry data in 2015. Methods The cancer registry data from 501 local cancer registries in China were collected, checked and assessed based on the criteria of data quality control of the National Central Cancer Registry of China (NCCRC), and data from 368 registries were qualified for the analysis. Cancer incidence and mortality rates of kidney and unspecified urinary organs stratified by geographical location (eastern, middle, western areas), gender, age groups were calculated. Population data of 2015 was used to estimate the cancer cases and deaths of kidney and unspecified urinary organs in China. Chinese standard population in 2000 and Segi's world population were used for the calculation of age-standardized incidence and mortality rates.
