Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations applied.
For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or rings. This allows you to swap the item for another similar item with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources will not be refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item for example, increasing its damage.
Players can reroll their equipment into three attributes: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that weapons and melee attacks, while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To make them, you need a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next success result is repeated. This helps to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.
As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones which increase the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. item upgrading can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. It's an excellent choice for those who wish to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. However, there are numerous ways to obtain them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It's done by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in that area. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component also requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Once players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.
An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools in order to provide an additional benefit or benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs, which can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.
Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor) the level of the item and the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will add an item in your inventory once you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close to finishing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
