There was also a problem in that the PCR amplification of some SRK alleles was difficult because of their sequence diversity in the naturalized populations, as occurs in cultivars. Our results suggest that the exchange of S alleles between cultivars and naturalized populations occurs and that S alleles in naturalized populations are highly diverse. The methodology established in our study should be applicable to other self-incompatible species to dissect the diversity of S allele distribution in naturalized populations.Extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma is a rare event, and extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma of the thyroid gland is even rarer. It has non-specific clinical manifestation and difficulty in early diagnosis. The diagnosis mainly depends on histology and immunohistochemistry. It possesses the features of high malignancy, high rate of local recurrence, and distant metastasis. GSK3368715 cell line Currently, the aggressive multimodal treatment contains surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy. This study presented a case of extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma arising in the thyroid gland of a 30-year-old woman, who presented with supraclavicular mass and sense of dysphagia obstruction in Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University in 2018. Imaging studies demonstrated a cystic-solid mass in inferior of the left leaf of thyroid gland and in the posterior of the trachea and esophagus. The patient underwent localized tumor resection. The pathological diagnosis revealed that it was a small round cell tumor, and the immunohistochemistry results were considered to be extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma. Subsequently, the patient was given chemotherapy and local radiation therapy. There was no evidence of tumor recurrence or metastasis.Lymphoma is one of the most common malignant tumor of the hematologic system. The genome instability is not only an important molecular basis for the development of lymphoma, but also has important value in the diagnosis and prognosis of lymphoma. There are 2 types of genome instability Microsatellite instability (MSI/MIN) at gene level and chromosomal instability at chromosome level. Through the study on genes associated with lymphoma, the unstable genes associated with lymphoma could be found, meanwhile the mechanism of its occurrence and development of lymphoma could be explored, and the important basis of molecular biology could also be provided in the field of current hot lymphoma precision medical research.Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) can effectively inhibit the growth of EGFR-dependent mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Unfortunately, NSCLC patients often develop severe drug resistance after long-term EGFR-TKI treatment. Studies have shown that the disorder of energy metabolism in tumor cells can induce EGFR-TKI resistance. Due to the drug action, gene mutation and other factors, tumor cells undergo metabolic reprogramming, which increases the metabolic rate and intensity of tumor cells, promotes the intake and synthesis of nutrients (such as sugar, fat and glutamine), forms a microenvironment conducive to tumor growth, enhances the bypass activation, phenotype transformation and abnormal proliferation of tumor cells, and inhibits the activity of immune cells and apoptosis of tumor cells, ultimately leading to drug resistance of tumor cells to EGFR-TKI. Therefore, targeting energy metabolism of NSCLC may be a potential way to alleviate TKI resistance.RNA methylation is of great significance in the regulation of gene expression, among which the more important methylation modifiers are N6-methyladenosine (m6A) and 5-methylcytosine (m5C). The methylation process is mainly regulated by 3 kinds of proteins methyltransferase, demethylase, and reader. m6A, m5C, and their related proteins have high abundance in the brain, and they have important roles in the development of the nervous system and the repair and remodeling of the vascular system. The neurovascular unit (NVU) is a unit of brain structure and function composed of neurons, capillaries, astrocytes, supporting cells, and extracellular matrix. The local microenvironment for NVU has an important role in nerve cell function repair, and the remodeling of NVU is of great significance in the prognosis of various neurological diseases.
To analyze the cost-effectiveness of the Morse Fall Scale by clinical big data for nurses in the prevention of falls in hospitalized patients.
A total of 59 358 hospitalized patients, who came from the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University in 1 year before nurses were trained by the Morse Fall Scale, served as a control, including 26 862 males and 32 496 females. While the 66 203 hospitalized patients served as an observation group in 1 year after nurses were trained by the Morse Fall Scale, including 29 881 males and 36 322 females. The time spent by clinical nurses in the fall-risk assessment and the fall number were recorded in the 2 groups, and the relationship was analyzed between the Morse Fall Scale assessment and the clinical ending along with the labor cost of nursing. The cost-effectiveness was analyzed. In addition, the incidence of fall in the observation group was compared between the falling high-risk patients and the non-high-risk patients.
The Morse Fall Scale showed that th level and efficiency of fall prevention.
The evaluation of the Morse Fall Scale has a certain effect, but it is limited in the prevention of falls in adult hospitalized patients, and the cost-effectiveness analysis is not good. It is recommended to implement the intervention measures for high-risk patients after the assessment, which may improve the management level and efficiency of fall prevention.
To understand the influence of medical insurance policy reforms in Guangxi on the hospitalization expenses of breast cancer patients by analyzing the composition and changing trend in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment expenses in the Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital, and to provide the evidence for the improvement of medical insurance policy reform.
A total of 3 950 breast cancer patients were collected from 2014 to 2017 and analyzed. Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple linear regression model were used to discuss the breast cancer related epidemiology and analyze the composition of hospitalization expenses and its influential factors.
The median hospitalization cost of breast cancer patients in our hospital from 2014 to 2017 was 29 266.94 Chinese Yuan. Single factor analysis showed that the impact of year, hospitalization days, age, payment method, tumor stage, and treatment method on hospitalization cost was significant (all
<0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the power of influential factors of hospitalization costs arranged descending from 2014 to 2017 as follows hospitalization days, treatment methods, payment method, tumor staging, and age.
Reasonably controlling hospitalization days and actively promoting the integration of urban and rural medical insurance can effectively reduce the economic burden for breast cancer patients.

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "promoting the equalization of basic public services". The utilization of basic public health services by the floating population is an important indicator to measure the equalization of basic public health services. This study aims to understand the intergenerational differences in the utilization of basic public health services between the older generation and the new generation of floating population, and to analyze the influential factors.
We employed the personal questionnaire (A) of the national health and family planning dynamic monitoring survey on floating population in 2017. Pearson Chi-square test, bi-grouping logistic regression, and Poisson regression were applied to analyze the basic situation of the floating population and the intergenerational differences in the use of basic public health services between the new and old generations.
The proportions of the new generation and tn according to the characteristics of generations.
Although the coverage of basic public health services for the two generations of floating population is obviously different, the utilization of basic public health services of the floating population is still at a low level both in the new generation and in the old generation. There is an urgent need to improve the utilization of public health services for the whole floating population according to the characteristics of generations.
The rapid growth of health expenditure has always been the focus of health policy. This study aims to project health expenditure in Shanghai and to carry out policy simulations on the impact of chronic disease prevention programs on health costs in the Healthy Shanghai Initiative.
Based on the Shanghai health accounts, component-based model was used to project Shanghai total health expenditure of 2020-2035, and the policy stimulation was implemented.
In 2020-2035, Shanghai's health expenditure is expected to grow continually, the proportion of total health expenditure in GDP will exceed 8.00% in 2023, reach 9.00% in 2025, and 10.03% in 2035. The proportion of current health expenditure in GDP will exceed 8.00% in 2024 and reach 9.55% in 2035. The chronic disease prevention plan help saving the medical expenditure of respiratory diseases, endocrine system diseases, and circulatory system diseases, accounting 3.28% to 10.58% of total health expenditure.
The sustainability of health financing in Shanghai is facing challenges under the new normal of economy. It is necessary to promote the prevention and control of chronic diseases and strengthen cost control from both the supply and demand sides.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a kind of spherical DNA virus, which is related to many factors such as immune status and pregnancy. Due to the decrease of immunity, pregnant women are more likely to have HPV infection, which causes serious imbalance of vaginal microecology and is not beneficial to pregnancy outcome. Therefore, this study focuses on the impact of HPV infection on vaginal microecology and maternal and neonatal outcomes.
A total of 140 pregnant women with HPV infection during pregnancy, who received obstetric examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from November 2017 to July 2019, were selected as a HPV infection group, and 150 normal pregnant women with HPV negative in the same period were selected as a control group. Vaginal secretions were collected from all the pregnant women at 28-34 weeks of gestation to evaluate vaginal pH, cleanliness and microecological status, and to record pregnancy outcomes for all pregnant women.
The proportions of vaginal pH>4.
