A compatible pattern was found for an early ERP component (150-200 ms) after the observed response, with a larger negativity for error than correct responses in the true-belief and the reverse pattern in the false-belief condition, but only in highly empathic participants. We conclude that empathy facilitates the formation of expectations regarding the actions of others. To support radiology departments in developing a programme of clinical audit, the ESR developed a Guide to Clinical Audit and an accompanying audit tool in 2017, with an expanded second edition released in 2019 and published under the name of Esperanto - ESR Guide to Clinical Audit in Radiology and the ESR Clinical Audit Tool, 2019. Audits represent specific aspects at a certain point in time, usually with retrospective evaluation of data. Key performance indicators (KPIs), on the other hand, are intended to enable continuous monitoring of relevant parameters, for example to provide warnings or a dashboard. KPIs, which can, for example, be recorded automatically and visualised in dashboards, are suitable for this purpose. This paper will discuss a selection of indicators covering different areas and include suggestions for their implementation.
Peritoneal dissemination associated with the postoperative recurrence of breast cancer is relatively low (3-6%). Although the prognosis of patients with peritoneal metastasis is generally short (7-26months), we experienced a unique case in which complete remission was achieved for more than 6years with endocrine therapy alone.
An 81-year-old woman presented an upper abdominal tumor and loss of appetite. Computer tomography (CT) scan revealed a tumor in the duodenum and the head of pancreas, which malignant lymphoma was suspected. The exploratory laparotomy demonstrated a tumor located in the greater curvature of the pylorus to the transverse colon, and peritoneal dissemination. Because of the previous history of breast cancer 11years ago and the immunopathological findings, recurrence of breast cancer was diagnosed. Lung metastasis was also detected postoperatively and the endocrine therapy using letrozole was introduced. After a year, CT scan confirmed complete remission from the metastasis. find protocol Two years later, tumor markers fell within the normal limit.

A rare case of late-phase metachronous peritoneal metastasis of the breast cancer where complete remission was obtained by a single endocrine agent was presented.Vertical gate-all-around field-effect transistors (vGAAFETs) are considered as the potential candidates to replace FinFETs for advanced integrated circuit manufacturing technology at/beyond 3-nm technology node. A multilayer (ML) of Si/SiGe/Si is commonly grown and processed to form vertical transistors. In this work, the P-incorporation in Si/SiGe/Si and vertical etching of these MLs followed by selective etching SiGe in lateral direction to form structures for vGAAFET have been studied. Several strategies were proposed for the epitaxy such as hydrogen purging to deplete the access of P atoms on Si surface, and/or inserting a Si or Si0.93Ge0.07 spacers on both sides of P-doped Si layers, and substituting SiH4 by SiH2Cl2 (DCS). Experimental results showed that the segregation and auto-doping could also be relieved by adding 7% Ge to P-doped Si. The structure had good lattice quality and almost had no strain relaxation. The selective etching between P-doped Si (or P-doped Si0.93Ge0.07) and SiGe was also discussed by using wet and dry etching. The performance and selectivity of different etching methods were also compared. This paper provides knowledge of how to deal with the challenges or difficulties of epitaxy and etching of n-type layers in vertical GAAFETs structure.

F]FDG PET/CT using volume-based indices was evaluated to assess the disease activity and response to therapy in patients with immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD).
A total of 17 patients with IgG4-RD were examined with [
F]FDG PET/CT before and during treatment. The lesion boundary was determined using a fixed threshold of standardized uptake value (SUV) ≥ 2.5. The highest maximum SUV (SUVmax) among all affected lesions was calculated for individual patients. We summed metabolic tumor volume (MTV) and total lesion glycolysis (TLG) of each affected lesion to generate a total MTV and total TLG. PET results were compared with those of serum IgG4 and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels.
The mean number of involved organs per patient was 3.8 as determined by [
F]FDG uptake. The number of involved organs, total MTV and total TLG were significantly correlated with IgG4 (P = 0.046, < 0.001, < 0.001, respectively) and sIL-2R (P < 0.001, = 0.031, 0.031, respectively). According to the clinical assessments for therapy response, all patients were classified as improved. The SUVmax, total MTV, and total TLG during therapy were all significantly lower than those before therapy (all P < 0.001).
