Heart failure (HF) is a clinical syndrome caused by ventricular insufficiency. In order to further explore the biomarkers related to HF, we apply the high-throughput database.
The GSE21610 was applied for the differentially expressed gene (DEG) analysis. The Database for Annotation, Visualization, and Integrated Discovery (DAVID) was performed to assess Gene ontology (GO) and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses. The Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was used for gene expression profile GSE21610. The Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network and modules were also constructed for research. These hub gene function pathways were estimated in HF progression.
We have identified 434 DEGs in total, including 304 downregulated DEGs and 130 upregulated DEGs. GO and KEGG illustrated that DEGs in HF were significantly enriched in G protein-coupled receptor binding, peroxisome, and cAMP signaling pathway. GSEA results showed gene set GSE21610 was gathered in lipid digestion, defense response to fungus, and intestinal lipid absorption. Finally, through analyzing the PPI network, we screened hub genes CDH1, TFRC, CCL2, BUB1B, and CD19 by the Cytoscape software.
This study uses a series of bioinformatics technologies to obtain hug genes and key pathways related to HF. These analysis results provide us with new ideas for finding biomarkers and treatment methods for HF.

Meanwhile, the occurrence rate of breast cancer (BRCA) in China steadily increased. Exploring the prognostic value of MRPL genes in BRCA could provide novel biomarkers for BRCA. In this study, to identify prognosis-related genes in breast cancer, the P value and the hazard ratio (HR) of all genes are analyzed with TCGA database. We revealed higher expression level of CEL, PGK1, WNT3A, USP41, LINC02037, PCMT1, LRP11, MCTS1, TCP1, TMEM31, STK4-AS1, STXBP5, LOC100287036, SLC16A2, MRPL13, DERL1, and TARS was correlated to shorter OS time in BRCA. However, higher expression level of JCHAIN, KLRB1, and TNFRSF14 was correlated to longer OS time in BRCA. The further analysis demonstrated MRPL13 was overexpressed in BRCA. Subtype analysis showed that MRPL13 was overexpressed in luminal, HER2-positive BRCA, and TNBC samples and was highest in TNBC samples. Moreover, we revealed higher expression of MRPL13 was significantly correlated to shorter OS time and higher TMB levels in BRCA. Pan-cancer analysis further revealed the prognostic value of MRPL13 in human cancers. MRPL13 expression was significantly increased in multiple human cancers, such as bladder cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, and prostate cancer. Pan-cancer TMB and overall survival time showed dysregulation of MRPL13 is significantly related to the OS and TMB levels in various cancers. These results further proved that MRPL13 may be a pan-cancer biomarker for predicting prognosis and the response to immunotherapy. To provide direction for clinical application and pharmaceutical exploitation, the in vitro activity of sulbactam compounds and PIP/TAZ 8 1 against clinical isolates of Gram-negative bacteria (GNB, n = 976) was evaluated according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) 2019. By minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs), the resistance rate of all GNB to AMP/SBT 2 1 (56.9-100%) was significantly higher than other drugs, except the resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii (Aba, n = 204) to piperacillin/tazobactam (PIP/TAZ 8 1, 78.4%) which was close to it (76.5%). Additionally, the resistance rate of Aba to other compounds except AMP/SBT 2 1 differed greatly, but that of Klebsiella pneumonia (Kpn, n = 205) varied rarely. In addition, Escherichia coli (Eco, n = 204) and Kpn demonstrated low and high resistance rates, respectively. Compared with cefoperazone/sulbactam (CPZ/SBT 2 1), PIP/TAZ 8 1 had advantage in anti-Eco (RR = 0.5and OR = 2.17) and anti-Kpn activity (RR = 0.88and OR = 1.27), ll species of bacteria analyzed was weaker than the controls.
To observe the effects of psychological intervention on the perioperative quality of life and serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and free PSA (FPSA) levels in patients with prostate cancer treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
A total of 208 prostate cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into a study group with 104 cases and a control group with 104 cases. The control group received a plan of basic nursing combined with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and the study group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. Negative emotion, pain degree, quality of life, maximum urine flow rate, residual urine volume, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. The levels of PSA and FPSA and the long-term efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.
After nursing, Hamilton Anxiety Scalife.
Psychological intervention combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of prostate cancer can effectively improve the patient's psychological state, reduce the degree of pain in patients, improve the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients, and significantly reduce serum PSA and FPSA levels, which could lead to a prolonged life.During endodontic treatment, eliminating microorganisms from the root canals should be considered with utmost importance. Before filling the canal, every effort should be made to ensure optimal shaping and adequate disinfection of the root canal system. This systematic review aimed to compare the efficacy of herbal agents with sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) in reducing the microbial load while used as a root canal irrigant. The research question in the present study was to assess "Is there a significant difference in reducing microbial load comparing sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and herbal agents." Electronic databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science) were searched from their start dates to November 2020 using strict inclusion and exclusion criteria and reviewed following PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. Only in vitro studies comparing herbal agents with NaOCl regarding antimicrobial efficiency were included. Two reviewers independently assessed the included article. 825 articles were obtained from an electronic database. Twenty papers were included for review of the full text. Eleven papers were excluded because they did not meet the inclusion criteria. Finally, nine articles were included in the systematic review. The present systematic review was at the in vitro level; therefore, the result cannot translate the exact clinical conditions. This systematic review concludes that herbal agents cannot be used as a main irrigant for canal disinfection.Background. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic disease in which the column is the main lesion. It is caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, mainly involving the axial skeleton, resulting in column rigidity and difficulty in movement, and there may be different degrees of eye, lung, cardiovascular, kidney, and other organ damage. Long-term treatment lacks in ankylosing spondylitis. Wenbu Zhibi granule (WZG) is a prescription handed down from the history of Chinese medicine for thousands of years, which is used to treat the pain of patients with AS and to prevent the further development of the disease. However, there is no scientific evidence based on clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of WZG for ankylosing spondylitis. Methods/Design. We will conduct a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the WZG in the treatment of AS. We will randomly assign 100 patients with active AS to two groups, treated for 16l registration ClinicalTrials.gov ID https//clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/ChiCTR2000041010. Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction (TDXD) has been shown to have a therapeutic effect on heart failure (HF). Nevertheless, its molecular mechanism for treating HF is still unclear.
TDXD and HF targets were collected from the databases, and protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis and enrichment analysis were performed on the overlapping targets. Then, AutoDock was employed for molecular docking. Finally, we used the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) ligation to induce HF model rats for in vivo experiments and verified the effect and mechanism of TDXD on HF.
Network pharmacological analysis showed that the main active components of TDXD in treating HF were quercetin, kaempferol, beta-carotene, isorhamnetin, and beta-sitosterol, and the core targets were IL-6, VEGFA, TNF, AKT1, and MAPK1. Multiple gene functions and signaling pathways were obtained by enrichment analysis, among which inflammation-related, PI3K/Akt, and MAPK signaling pathways were closely related to HF. Furthermore, the molecular docking results showed that the core targets had good binding ability with the main active components.
