There was a significant correlation between inflow jet patterns evaluated by CFD and 4D flow MRI (p=0.008). Moreover, there was a strong correlation between the inflow rate ratios evaluated by CFD and 4D flow MRI (r=0.801; p <0.001). Furthermore, there was a moderate correlation between the velocity ratios measured by CFD and 4D flow MRI (r=0.559; p=0.008).

Therefore, we investigated the role of anxiety, depressive, and other mental disorders for levels and longitudinal changes of COVID-19-related fear, anxiety and depressive symptoms during the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany. In a longitudinal observational design with four assessment waves from March, 27th until June, 15th 2020, a total of 6,551 adults from Germany was assessed. 4,175 individuals participated in one, 1,070 in two, 803 in three, and 503 in all four waves of data collection. Multilevel analyses revealed that across all assessment waves, COVID-19-related fear, anxiety, and depressive symptoms were significantly higher in individuals with vs. without anxiety, depressive, and other mental disorders. All symptoms decreased on average over time, and this decrease was significantly stronger in individuals with vs. without anxiety disorders, and particularly driven by individuals with generalized anxiety disorder. Our findings suggest that individuals with mental disorders, especially anxiety disorders - and in particular those with a generalized anxiety disorder - seem to be vulnerable to experience psychological strain in the context of the pandemic, might likely overestimate potential threat, and should be targeted by preventive and therapeutic interventions.One of the underestimated consequences of marine litter presence on marine environment is the transportation of fouling species on detritus - a process known as rafting. We undertook a review of articles concerning rafting published between 1970 and 2020 to identify patterns and potential areas of study that could contribute to directing future research. We observed in 53 publications an increase in rafting studies from the 1990s but fewer studies have been undertaken in the Southern Atlantic. The main fouling organisms were algae, barnacles, bryozoans, mollusks and polychaetes. The transport of those organisms over time and distances, and the volumes of material transported, have been very irregular, reflecting oceanic movements and detritus generating events acting at local, regional, or trans-oceanic scales. No standardized methodologies for collecting marine litter and identifying and quantifying their fouling were observed, but are suggested in this review, to allow more accurate future comparisons among different studies.How to quickly and accurately select sugarbeet seeds with reliable germination is very important to sugarbeet planting. In this study, the hyperspectral images of 3072 sugarbeet seeds of the same variety were collected, and were successively processed by binarization, morphology, contour extraction and so on. The average spectrum of the single seed image was obtained by image segmentation. Comprehensive analysis of the evaluation parameters of the five spectral preprocessing methods revealed that the second derivative (2D) processing was optimal. Successive projections algorithm (SPA) was used to extract 16 characteristic wavelengths. Support vector machine radial basis function (SVM-RBF), k-nearest neighbor (KNN) and random forest (RF) models were established at the full wavelength and characteristic wavelength respectively to predict the germination of sugarbeet seeds. By analyzing the prediction accuracy of the three models, it was found that the SVM-RBF model provided the highest prediction accuracy in the test set (the prediction accuracy of the full wavelength was 95.5%, and the prediction accuracy of the characteristic wavelength was 92.32%). The research results showed that the hyperspectral image processing technology could accurately predict the germination rate of sugarbeet seeds, and realize the rapid and non-destructive prediction of the germination status of sugarbeet seeds.In this study, we determined the interaction between TM4 and TM2/TM3 domain of Solute carrier family 11 member 1 (Slc11a1) by circular dichroism (CD) and fluorescence spectrum.
