At the last study follow-up, all the patients rated their general satisfaction as either very satisfied (87.5%) or satisfied (12.5%). CONCLUSION The study implants have shown to be highly effective with reliable peri-implant tissue stability over the 5 to 7 years of observation for both single tooth restorations and fixed partial dentures while used in standard conditions in daily dental practice. The results obtained are comparable with those obtained in controlled clinical trials.BACKGROUND Fetal cardiac activity could be observed between 6th and 7th gestational weeks, early performance of fetal echocardiography could be implemented to screen for fetal heart disease. The effectiveness of early first trimester fetal echocardiography has not been adequately investigated, especially with modern sonographic technological advances. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the capability to visualize fetal cardiac structures within the first trimester as early as 10th gestational weeks and to elucidate the value of using color Doppler in visualization of cardiac structures within early gestation. check details A prospective clinical trial conducted on 150 study subjects, 44 of them were twin gestations. Cases were fully assessed by fetal echocardiographic examination from 10th gestational week to 13 gestational weeks in a sequential manner weekly. The research study was conducted at cardiology department fetal unit in one of the tertiary hospitals. RESULTS Four chamber view was mostly visualized from 12 gestational weeks, whereas cardiac axis was fully visualized in all cases from 12 gestational weeks; on the other hand, IVC assessment by 2D was satisfactorily visualized in 78.26% of cases and by color Doppler in 82.61% of cases at 13 gestational weeks, pulmonary veins were visualized in 21.74% of cases by 2D and 43.5% of cases by color Doppler at 13 gestational weeks, and interestingly, ventricular inflows were satisfactorily visualized in almost all cases from 10th gestational weeks. CONCLUSIONS First trimester fetal echo is an outstanding enhancement in management pathways of cases susceptible to have fetal cardiac abnormalities permitting early detection of structural cardiac anomalies triggering a cascade of scanning for extra cardiac anomalies to aid in evaluation and assessment of the best management course for those affected cases.Several studies have demonstrated that exosomes have a very broad prospect in the field of cancer therapy. This study aims to identify the general characteristics, cooperation of authors, countries and explore the hot topics of the top 100 cited articles on tumor-related exosomes. We searched the Web of Science Core Collection on June 28, 2019, to collect related publications. Microsoft Excel 2016 and VOSviewer 1.6.9 were applied to analyze the publication year, citations, authors, countries, institutions, journals, and keywords. The top 100 articles were published between 1998 and 2017 with citations ranging from 181 to 2275. Cancer Research (n = 9) had the highest number of publications. Nature Cell Biology, Nature, and Nature Medicine are considered to be the core journals of tumor-related exosomes because they are among top 10 from different analytical perspectives. The USA (n = 49) and Harvard University (n = 9) were the most productive country and institution, respectively. There were active collaborations between countries. Kalluri R (n = 6) contributed the largest number of articles, and Taylor DD was the most co-cited author. Théry C and Al-Nedawi K are probably the two important experts as they are both the top 10 authors and top 10 co-cited authors. Three clusters were obtained after clustering analysis of the keywords. The main hot topics were the proteomic analysis and mechanism of vesicle activation and the role of exosomes in the diagnosis and progression of tumors. Further research should expand and develop new topics such as the role of exosomes in the treatment of cancers.PURPOSE The aim of the study was to examine the effects of a time-matched endurance versus concurrent training on circulating sex hormone levels and body composition in postmenopausal women. METHODS Thirty-five sedentary and obese postmenopausal women were recruited and randomly divided into endurance training (EN, n = 10), concurrent training (CON, n = 13), or control group (C, n = 12). Participants took part in a 12-week supervised intervention, training 3 days/week and 60 min/session. Before and after the intervention, body composition was assessed, and blood samples were obtained to evaluate estradiol, testosterone, DHEA-S, and SHBG. RESULT In response to training, a reduction in total fat mass was found (5.3%; P or less then 2 kg), a statistically significant increase in circulating SHBG (21%) and decrease in DHEA-S (- 13%) were found. CONCLUSION The type of exercise and exercise-induced fat mass loss seem to modify the sex hormone profile in postmenopausal women that is an established risk factor of breast cancer. Thus, this study provides additional evidences to the intricated interaction among sex hormones, adipose tissue, and muscle mass in postmenopausal women. An accurate and sensitive dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method based on binary solvents was used to enrich prothiofos, oxadiargyl, and gamma-cyhalothrin for quantification by GC-MS. The combination of two extraction solvents (binary mixture) resulted in higher extraction efficiencies compared to the single solvent extraction systems. Parameters of the binary extraction method where optimized to enhance the extraction output of the analytes. The limits of detection calculated for the analytes ranged between 0.59 and 1.6 ng/mL. Linear calibration plots of the analytes covered wide concentration ranges with R2 values greater than 0.9996 and percent relative standard deviation lower than 10%. Spiked recovery experiments were performed well and wastewater at two different concentrations and satisfactory results (89-104%) were obtained. The binary solvent microextraction method was combined with QuEChERS to quantify the analytes in pineapple matrix, using matrix matching method to enhance the accuracy of the method to almost 100%.
