The S-type variations for the X and Y components of the geomagnetic field obtained at the COI observatory can also be re-scaled and used to analyze geomagnetic field variations obtained at other European geomagnetic observatories at close latitudes. The S-type variations for the Z component of the geomagnetic field obtained at the COI observatory can be compared to similar variations observed at more continental regions to study the so-called "coastal effect" in the geomagnetic field variations. The dataset presented comprises (raw data) scans of the marked paper contact prints from a dedicated photogrammetric flight and a diagram showing the location of each of these photograms. The flight was commissioned specifically for the soil survey presented herein. The scanned paper prints are those used in the field to characterize the soil salinity of 27,500 ha within the Flumen irrigation district, in the semi-arid Central Ebro Basin, in Spain. On these prints, the soil surveyors marked the locations of the sampling sites. IRYDA, the extinct Spanish Ministry of Agriculture agency, in charge of designing and implementing new irrigation districts, commissioned the flight in 1975. These paper prints enabled us to resample the soils years later, to (i) determine the soil salinity evolution from 1975 to 1985 [1], and from 1975 to 1999 [2]; (ii) apply electromagnetic induction (EMI) [3] for the same purpose; (iii) use multivariate analysis to discriminate the salinity trends from 1975 to 1999 in the different soil units [4]; and (iv) for land evaluation [5]. The report and two volumes of annexes [6], [7], [8], prepared by the contractor INYPSA for IRYDA, contain data on the soluble salts and other soil components sampled in 1975 as well as soil descriptions and agronomical data. The aerial photographs presented herein allow the sites sampled in 1975 to be located. This is the first step in exploiting the legacy data to appraise [9] the effects on the salinity and other soil properties recorded in 1975. buy Thymidine The irrigation and the change from basin and border flooding to pressurized techniques, with the merging of many plots, govern these effects. In the wake of rising number of SARS-CoV-2 cases, the Government of India had placed mass-quarantine measures, termed as "lockdown" measures from end-March 2020. The subsequent phase-wise relaxation from July 2020 led to a surge in the number of cases. This necessitated an understanding of the true burden of SARS-CoV-2 in the community. Consequently, a sero-epidemiological survey was carried out in the central Indian city of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. This article details the processes of data acquisition, compilation, handling, and information derivation from the survey. Information on socio-demographic and serological variables were collected from 4,883 participants using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method. Appropriate weightage was calculated for each participant as sampling fraction derived from Primary Sampling Unit (PSU), Secondary Sampling Unit (SSU) and Tertiary Sampling Unit (TSU). The weightage was then applied to the data to adjust the findings at population level. The comprehensive and robust methodology employed here may act as a model for similar future endeavours. At the same time, the dataset can also be relevant for researchers in fields such as data science, epidemiology, virology and earth modelling.More than 750 wildcat wells have been drilled in the Norwegian North Sea since 1966. Some of these wells could pose a risk for the environment, climate, and future CO2 and hydrogen storage projects by being potential leakage pathways for subsurface gases (mainly CH4 and stored CO2 and hydrogen). To ensure well integrity, these wells were secured by building cement plugs at crucial positions in the well path before abandoning the well. However, first 2004 the NORSOK d-010 standard defined strict regulation for plugging and abandonment (P&A) of gas and oil wells along the Norwegian continental margin. Here we report data relevant for the quality of a P&A work done on old exploration wells (1979 to 2003) from the Troll gas and oil field in the Norwegian North Sea. The data was extracted from public available well completion reports and the webpage of the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate. The dataset was analysed regarding their availability, plausibility and evaluated towards the present P&A regulations for offshore Norway. Based on twelve single criteria a final P&A score for 31 exploration wells was established, which may be applied to other abandoned wells in the Norwegian North Sea for further analyses. The resulting scores vary from -1 to 23.67 whereby lowest scores indicate wells where monitoring would be recommended. A P&A work evaluation is especially relevant in the Troll area as Norwegian large-scale CO2 storage is planned close to this location. The dataset provides large-scale assessment data of school students' awareness (12 items), skills (11 items) and attitudes (09 items) regarding global citizenship in Vietnam. The questionnaire was built based on UNESCO's key learning outcomes for global citizenship education [1], criteria, scales and ideas for global citizens [2], [3], [4] and adapted to Vietnam's education context by experts and consultants. The survey sample was collected by cluster sampling method. Six provinces and cities, presenting for three main economic-social regions in Vietnam, were selected. In each city or province, we chose three districts in both advantage and disadvantage areas. In each district, one primary school, one lower secondary school and one upper secondary school joined the survey. The survey was conducted in May 2019 with responses from 2069 students, of whom 679 primary students (grade 4 and 5), 673 lower secondary students (grade 9) and 717 upper secondary students (grade 10 and 11). The data are presented with mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum and range of students' responses to their perception, attitudes and behaviors concerning various themes of global citizenship education. In future, the dataset can be used for cross-national comparative studies on global citizenship to inform policymakers, educators and conduct further investigations global citizenship.
