Since the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic, different public health measures have been implemented to prevent and control the further spread of the disease. However, barriers that influence the effective implementation of public health measures were not explore in Ethiopia especially in study Area. Therefore, this study tried to fill this gap by exploring the barriers to effective implementation of public health measures for prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Gamo Zone of southern Ethiopia.
The study employed a qualitative study with a phenomenology approach among purposely selected 30 individuals in the community and selected institutions. Key informant interview was used to collect the data. The data were transcribed verbatim and translated into the English language. The transcribed data were read several times to clearly understand the content for further analysis. The analysis of the data was conducted based on the modified Tanahashi framework.
The study identified different bs should be implemented by the concerned bodies to mitigate individual and societal level barriers. In addition, the government with relevant stakeholders should give due attention to equip and protect the frontline professionals by availing the necessary logistic and provision of continuous capacity-building activities.

The first step to improve the safety of patients in hospitals is to evaluate safety culture. Therefore, the patient safety culture in doctors, nurses and midwives should be reviewed regularly. The aim of the study was to determine the current state of patient safety culture among physicians, nurses and midwives at the Estiqlal Hospital in Kabul to promote an effective safety culture.
This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from January to March 2020 among doctors, nurses, and midwives at the Esteqlal Specialized Hospital in Kabul. In that study, the data were collected through a survey of hospital. Among the 267 employees invited to participate, 267 (100%) completed the surveys. Descriptive statistics have been used to adjust frequency distribution tables and inferential statistics to identify differences in variable relationships. The independent sample T-test and one-way 'ANOVA ' were used to check variations between groups, and SPSS version 25 was used for data analysis.

A qualitative case study was conducted in the Ethiopian primary health care system in 2019. We have conducted about eight key informant interviews with policymakers, service managers, and service providers. The interviews were tape-recorded, transcribed, translated, and analyzed manually using the World Health Organization building blocks framework.
The Health Ministry of Ethiopia has recently included mental health services into the health extension package but not yet implemented as part of integrated services. The identified barriers were low political commitment, shortage of resources, non-functional referral system, lack of interest from private health service organizations, attitudinal problems from both the society and service providers, and lack of consistent reporting system of the mental health problems. this website However, the well-designed primary health care system, trained health extension workers, changing political commitment and attitude of the community could facilitate the mental health service implementation.

Health management information system is a building block for the health system. Even if using health facility data at all levels is critical, it is poorly practiced in developing countries. There is limited evidence about the utilization of routine health information from the health management information system in the study area. This study aimed to assess the utilization of routine health information from health management information system and associated factors among health professionals at health centers in Oromia special zone, Amhara region, Ethiopia.
A facility-based cross-sectional study was conducted from February to March 2019. A total of 369 health professionals who were the focal person for each service delivery point were taken from the selected health centers. The data analysis was done using STATA version 14. A multilevel mixed-effect logistic regression model was carried out to identify factors associated with utilization of routine health information from the health management information system.
