Based on this architecture, two methodologies have been proposed to correct the noisy labels. A coupling classifier has also been proposed to resolve the conflicts in the dual-branch architecture's predictions. check details We have utilized a large dataset of 72 subjects (26 healthy and 46 MM cancer) containing a total of 74996 images (including 34555 training cell images and 40441 test cell images). This is so far the most extensive dataset on Multiple Myeloma cancer ever reported in the literature. An ablation study has also been carried out. The proposed architecture performs best with a balanced accuracy of 94.17% on binary cell classification of healthy versus cancer in the comparative performance with ten state-of-the-art architectures. Extensive experiments on two additional publicly available datasets of two different modalities have also been utilized for analyzing the label noise handling capability of the proposed methodology. The code will be available under https//github.com/shivgahlout/CAD-MM.
YouTube (YT) is not only a source of entertainment but also, a popular source of medical knowledge. Our goal was to evaluate the quality of videos concerning arteriovenous malformations (AVM) available on YT.
A YT search was conducted for the terms "Arteriovenous malformation", "AV malformations", "Intracranial AVM", "Cerebral AVM"," Brain AVM" and "Pial AVM." The first 70 videos for each search were evaluated and yielded 122 unique videos after the exclusion was applied. The videos were examined by two independent Raters using a validated quality criteria such as the Quality Criteria for Consumer Health Information (DISCERN), the Journal of the American Medical Association instrument (JAMA), and the Global Quality Score (GQS).
The mean DISCERN score was 30 out of 75 possible points, with an intraclass correlation coefficient for the absolute agreement of 0.98, indicating an excellent interrater reliability. Most videos were produced in the United States (51.6%) and were uploaded by educational channels. Videos had statistically higher DISCERN, JAMA, and GQS scores when they presented clear information, AVM symptoms, angioarchitecture, AVMs with concomitant aneurysms, risks of bleeding, Spetzler-Martin Grading, treatment information, treatment risks, treatment results, follow-up, diagrams, and a doctor as a speaker. Videos that featured animations observed higher popularity as indicated by the Video Power Index (VPI) and observed a higher DISCERN and GQS score. Videos with the overall highest VPI generated poor DISCERN scores.
YT does not provide high content quality medical information regarding AVMs and, in some cases, offer misleading information.

Symptomatic cysts of the septum pellucidum (CSP) are extremely rare in children and surgical indications are not well defined. A very careful clinical and neuroradiologic evaluation is necessary to consider a patient for surgical indication.
We present a surgical series of 7 pediatric patients. Clinical and radiological features of the patients, including clinical presentation, previous treatment, pre, and post-operative MRI, immediate postoperative, neuropsychiatric assessment, and outcomes were reviewed.
There were 5 males and 2 females (mean age 8yrs). Five patients presented a history of severe intermittent headaches, two of them were admitted with acute symptoms of raised intracranial pressure. One patient presented Epilepsy and ADHD and one patient had severe psychosis. Overall, psychiatric disorders were diagnosed in six patients, three patients had Intellectual Disability (ID). In all cases, the cyst presented a ballooning feature, with a mean volume of 18,36cm3 (range 10,62-28,5) and significant lateral bulging of both layers. All were operated on endoscopically without complications. After surgery, a very significant decrease in cyst volume was observed (mean volume 5,68cm3; range 3,18-10,1) with complete disappearance of the ballooning aspect. Headaches resolved in all patients. In two patients operated in emergency papilloedema and vision improved in the first week after surgery. No recurrence of the cysts was noted during follow-up in all patients.
CSP may be associated with behavioral or psychiatric problems also in children. Neuroendoscopic surgery is a safe and effective therapeutic modality to treat CSP presenting with symptoms and signs of intracranial hypertension with good clinical results.

These two entities clinically manifest with mild and subacute respiratory symptoms, often with a delayed diagnosis due to the atypical ARDS and silent hypoxemia presentation. Radiological features are often indistinguishable between the two. With the increase in antemortem lung biopsies and autopsies being performed, more histopathological findings of OP and its variant, acute fibrinous and organizing pneumonia (AFOP), are being diagnosed. These entities are known complications of viral infections as a delayed immunological process, explaining the favorable response to corticosteroids. Clinicians should be vigilant to diagnose this under-recognized entity of secondary OP in people with COVID-19 when clinical deterioration occurs, especially with compatible radiologic findings and recent cessation of corticosteroids. Despite the proven benefits of corticosteroids in treating COVID-19, treatment approaches can be more effective as OP often requires higher doses and a more prolonged therapy duration for remission and preventing relapses. The purpose of our narrative review is to compare the similarities between COVID-19 pneumonia and OP, emphasizing the clinical, radiological, and histopathological features based on the evidence available in the literature.
