Relative to untreated control, the soil amendments consistently suppressed M. incognita population densities in tomato roots and the reproductive potential (RP) of the nematode. When compared to fenamiphos, a commercial systemic chemical nematicide, the soil amendments performed comparable or better in suppressing nematode populations in the root systems in 2008 and 2009, but fenamiphos performed better than all soil amendments in 2011. The RP of M. incognita was comparable for both soil amendment- and fenamiphos-treated plants. No consistent trend in the effect of the soil amendments on plant root and shoot bioweight was observed, except when plants were treated with T. elegans-based soil amendments and both root and shoot bioweight were consistently higher compared with untreated control plants. In this paper, the methods and theories of placebo acupuncture were collected in recent 10 years at home and abroad. The analysis was conducted in the aspects of the premise of placebo acupuncture design, the common methods and their advantages and disadvantages, the application of various placebo acupuncture methods and the controversy on placebo acupuncture. It is required to further improve the design of placebo acupuncture control, explore the key questions of it and specify the criteria of its method so as to lay the foundation for the establishment of scientific and rational placebo acupuncture control in acupuncture research.OBJECTIVE To analyze the rule of acupoint selection for cancer pain based on data mining. METHODS The published literature regarding acupuncture for cancer pain in the recent 10 years was searched in PubMed, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database. The acupoint selection was summarized and analyzed by TCMISS V2.5. RESULTS Totally 68 literature was collected and 73 acupoint prescriptions were included, involving 117 acupoints. These acupoints were mainly in bladder meridian, stomach meridian, liver meridian and spleen meridian. Among them, 40 acupoints used more than 4 times were identified, and the top three acupoints were Zusanli (ST 36, 65 times), Neiguan (PC 6, 55 times) and Taichong (LR 3, 50 times). A total of 68 acupoint combinations used more than 19 times were identified, and the top three acupoint combinations were Zusanli (ST 36)-Neiguan (PC 6), Taichong (LR 3)-Zusanli (ST 36) and Zusanli (ST 36)-Sanyinjiao (SP 6). There were 103 acupoint combinations with strong association; based on the entropy clustering algorithm, 20 new acupoint combinations and 10 new acupoint prescriptions were obtained. CONCLUSION The main meridians for cancer pain are bladder meridian, stomach meridian, liver meridian and spleen meridian, with Zusanli (ST 36), Neiguan (PC 6), Taichong (LR 3), Hegu (LI 4), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and ashi points as core acupoints, and regulating spleen-stomach and treating qi-blood are the main principles.In order to guarantee and improve the quality of acupuncture service, the developments of the control of acupuncture service quality in the World Health Organization (WHO) and various countries were summarized. A number of normative documents that could improve acupuncture service security and effectiveness have been developed in WHO and many countries, in which, acupuncture training, safety manipulation and the guidelines for clinical practice of disease have been included. There are great differences in the qualification authentication and management of acupuncture practitioners among different countries. In China and South Korea, the official government departments are in charge of the management, but, in most of the countries, the qualification attestation examination of acupuncture is conduced mainly by the national/local industry organizations authorized by the state and operated by the commissioned experts. The medical service quality evaluation system is complicated. Because of the specific characteristics of acupuncture discipline itself, it is necessary to develop the service quality assessment system and the standard which is especially adaptable in acupuncture discipline.The relevant articles in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and different physicians' clinical experience regarding acupuncture for post-stroke aphasia were summarized. The etiology, pathogenesis and acupuncture treatment principles for post-stroke aphasia were explored from the perspectives of "treatment based on kidney" "kidney-qi internal exhaustion" of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu and "kidney meridian as core with equal importance to multiple meridians" of syndrome differentiation of meridians, which is aimed to provide reference for clinical treatment.
