There is little known about the clinicians' experience of collaboration using the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) framework. This study aimed to give voice to the clinician experience.
A qualitative design utilised semi-structured interviews with ten psychologists who worked in a Suicide Assessment and Treatment Service (SATS) in Ireland which utilises the CAMS framework.
An Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach revealed several important findings. The superordinate themes included 'Finding Safety', 'Regulation of the Self', 'Connecting', and 'Systemic Challenges'.

Eosinopenia on hospital admission plays a key role as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker.The objectives of this study were to describe the anatomy, histology, and ultrastructure of the equine filum terminale (FT) and to describe the FT in hereditary equine regional dermal asthenia (HERDA), a model of human Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS). Those humans suffer from tethered cord syndrome (TCS) caused by an abnormally structured FT wherein its attachment at the base of the vertebral column leads to long-term stretch-induced injury to the spinal cord. The pathophysiology of TCS in EDS is poorly understood, and there is a need for an animal model of the condition. Histopathologic and ultrastructural examinations were performed on FT from HERDA (n = 4) and control horses (n = 5) and were compared to FT from human TCS patients with and without EDS. Adipose, fibrous tissue, and neuronal elements were assessed. CD3 and CD20 immunohistochemistry was performed to clarify cell types (HERDA n = 2; control n = 5). Collagen fibrils were assessed in cross-section for fibril diameter and shape, and in longitudinal section for fibril disorganization, swelling, and fragmentation. The equine and human FT were similar, with both containing fibrous tissue, ependyma, neuropil, and nerve twigs. Hypervascularity was observed in both HERDA horses and human EDS-TCS patients and was not observed in equine or human controls. Moderate to severe abnormalities in collagen fibril orientation and architecture were observed in all HERDA horses and were similar to those observed in human EDS-TCS patients.The Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) is a self-report measure designed to assess the two most widely studied strategies of Gross' model cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression. Even though there are two Spanish adaptations of the ERQ, region-specific linguistic factors and dialects must also be considered when adapting a test for another country in order to ensure equivalent evaluations across cultures. The present work developed an Argentinean adaptation of the ERQ. Additionally, the study evaluated its psychometric properties and associations with theoretically related constructs. Study 1 consist of the translation the ERQ into Argentinean Spanish and the analysis of its internal structure and reliability in a sample of 2957 participants. The results supported a two-factor structure with good data fit, adequate factor loadings, and good test-retest reliability and internal consistency. Expected age and gender differences in the use of reappraisal and suppression were also observed. Study 2 analyzed the external validity (concurrent and convergent) of the ERQ adaptation in a sample of 2160 participants. Theory-consistent associations were found with emotion regulation mechanisms, anxiety, depression, and personality traits. The aim of this study was to establish immunohistochemistry (IHC) protocols for TSHR, NIS, pendrin, and TPO in canine tissues and characterize their expression in organoids derived from canine follicular cell thyroid carcinoma (FTC) and in the respective primary tumors. This constitutes a fundamental step to establish organoids as a model to study the uptake of iodine in canine FTC. Commercially available antibodies directed against human proteins were selected. Antibody specificity was confirmed by western blot using lysates of the HTori-3 human thyroid cell line and healthy canine thyroid gland. IHC was validated using HTori-3 cells and a set of canine normal tissues including healthy thyroid gland.
