The conclusion of our systematic review will provide more appropriate evidence-based decisions to assist clinicians during the decision-making process when dealing with UC.
Since December 2019, there have been many cases of viral pneumonia of unknown causes in Wuhan City, Hubei Province. During the period of novel coronavirus, according to the observation of limited autopsy and biopsy pathological results, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis appeared in some pathological changes of lung. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic progressive interstitial pneumonia with unknown etiology and pathological changes limited to the lung. At present, there is still a lack of reevaluation of systematic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment IPF. Therefore, a systematic re-evaluation of the systematic evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis may help to understand the effective treatment scheme of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis and provide more reliable evidence for the first-line clinicians to treat novel coronavirus.
We will search 3 foreign electronic databases (Cochrane Library, Embase, Pe Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) approach. The Primary outcomes include Clinical total effective rate, curative effect of TCM symptoms, pulmonary function and blood gas analysis.
The results of this study will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
We expect to obtain reliable evidence from systematic analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in an available and useful document.

Premature ejaculation (PE) is the most common type of sexual disorder among men which comprises a great of problems. Varicocele is defined as the dilation of the pampiniform venous plexus draining the testicle. At present, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors antidepressants, topical anesthetics, tramadol, phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors are the common alternative strategy to improve PE. However, these therapeutic measures have several shortcomings and side effects. Recently, the correlation between varicocele and PE has attracted the attention of some researchers. A few studies consider microsurgical varicocelectomy can be a new remedy for PE. But it is still absent enough a great deal of convincing evidence. The study will assess the effectiveness and safety of the microsurgical varicocelectomy treatment in PE patients.
Electronic databases including English databases (PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, Web of Science, Cochrane Library) and Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China sue journal and offer the urologists and andrologists help to make clinical decisions.
Formal ethical approval is not required in this protocol. see more We will collect and analyze data based on published studies, and since there are no patients involved in this study, individual privacy will not be under concerns. The results of this review will be disseminated to peer-reviewed journals or submit to related conferences.

The high expression of long noncoding RNA ZEB1 anti-sense1 (ZEB1-AS1) has been reported in several types of cancer. However, most studies investigating this phenomenon were either case reports or used small patient samples. The objective of this meta-analysis was to clarify the potential clinical values of ZEB1-AS1 in various cancers.
The PubMed-MEDLINE, Web of Science, and EMBASE databases were searched, using systematic search terms, to find relevant research reports on this subject. The combined hazards ratios (HRs) and corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were calculated to explore the association between ZEB1-AS1 expression and overall survival (OS). The combined odd ratios (ORs) were calculated to evaluate the association between ZEB1-AS1 expression and pathological parameters. Data analysis was conducted in R software version 3.4.2. and Stata version 12.0 (College Station, TX Stata Corp LP).
Ten studies including 963 cancer patients were selected as suitable for this study. The pooled hazards ratio (HR) indicated that high ZEB1-AS1 expression was strongly associated with poor OS (pooled HR = 2.26, 95% CI 1.80-2.85, P < .0001) in the Chinese cancer patients. Also, a high expression of ZEB1-AS1 was related to metastasis (pooled HR = 3.38, 95% CI 1.91-6.00, P < .0001), and advanced tumor stage (pooled HR = 0.48, 95% CI 0.29-0.81, P = .005). The up-regulation of ZEB1-AS1 was not significantly associated with histological differentiation (P = .39), sex (P = .001), and age (P = .372) of cancer patients.
The high expression of ZEB1-AS1 significantly predicted poor OS, poor metastasis, and high tumor stage in cancer patients, demonstrating that high ZEB1-AS1 expression may serve as a biomarker of poor prognosis in the Chinese cancer patients.

Published trials reported that high-energy extracorporeal shock wave therapy (HEEPSWT) can effectively treat early stage femoral head osteonecrosis (ESFHO). However, their results are still inconsistent. Thus, this study will systematically and comprehensively explore the effectiveness and safety of HEEPSWT for ESFHO.
We will retrieve the electronic databases of Cochrane Library, EMBASE, PubMed, Web of Science, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, VIP database, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure from inception to the present. All randomized controlled trials that focusing on the effectiveness and safety of HEEPSWT for ESFHO will be considered. Two researchers will undertake literature selection, information collection, and risk of bias evaluation separately. If disagreements occur, we will invite a third researcher for consultation and a final decision will be made. Cochrane risk of bias tool, and Grades of Recommendation, Assessment, Development and Evaluation will be utilized to assess the risk of bias and quality of evidence, respectively.
