In retrospective study was evaluated 239 injured patients with polytrauma, admitted in Emergency unit Department of anesthesiology and resuscitation. From overall number was 47 victims older than 65 years (29/61 %). 75 years was an average age in victims older than 65 years. Primary admission to Trauma Centre was in case of 42 (85 %) victims older than 65 years. Between causes of injury were most frequent traffic accidents and falls. Most freqre is tend to this strategy.As life expectancy increases in economically developed countries, there is an increasing need for medical care for the elderly. In surgical fields, this means that the number and spectrum of surgical interventions in elderly patients is increasing. Because of this special attention should be paid to the preoperative evaluation in these patients. Communication with the patient and relatives is crucial in order to decide on the extent of the surgical intervention and whether to treat these patients with curative or palliative intent. Here, the authors adopted the Ar-GCIB as a primary beam to detect proteins including human insulin, ubiquitin, and cytochrome C (molecular weights are 5808, 8564, and 12 327 Da, respectively). They have confirmed that the detection of the intact proteins was possible when the Ar-GCIB was used as a primary ion beam. In addition, they successfully identified each protein by analyzing the trypsin-digested peptides in myoglobin, cytochrome C, and bovine serum albumin. Recently, a series of one-, two-, and six-zinc-porphyrin arrays, noncovalently linked through benzene-based hubs, have been synthesized with the aim of mimicking the structure and function of the bacteriochlorophyll "special pair" in photosynthetic reaction centers. The excitonically coupled porphyrin subunits are expected to activate additional excited state relaxation channels with respect to the monomer. Here, we unveil the appearance of such supramolecular electronic interactions using ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy with sub-25 fs time resolution. Upon photoexcitation of the Soret band, we resolve energy trapping within ∼150 fs in a delocalized dark excitonic manifold. Moreover, excitonic interactions promote an additional fast internal conversion from the Q-band to the ground state with an efficiency of up to 60% in the hexamer. These relaxation pathways appear to be common loss channels that limit the lifetime of the exciton states in noncovalently bound molecular aggregates.
