Hypertension is a clinical syndrome characterized by elevated systemic arterial blood pressure, which may be accompanied by functional or organic damage of heart, brain, kidney and other organs. The pathogenesis and development of hypertension are affected by genetic, environmental, epigenetic, intestinal microbiota and other factors. They are the result of multiple factors that promote the change of blood pressure level and vascular resistance. G protein coupled receptors(GPCRs) are the largest and most diverse superfamily of transmembrane receptors that transmit signals across cell membranes and mediate a large number of cellular responses required by human physiology. A variety of GPCRs are involved in the control of blood pressure and the maintenance of normal function of cardiovascular system. Hypertension contributes to the damages of heart, brain, kidney, intestine and other organs. Many GPCRs are expressed in various organs to regulate blood pressure. Although many GPCRs have been used as therapeutic targets for hypertension, their efficacy has not been fully studied. The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the role of GPCRs in blood pressure regulation and its distribution in target organs. The relationship between GPCRs related to intestinal microorganisms and blood pressure is emphasized. It is proposed that traditional Chinese medicine may be a new way to treat hypertension by regulating the related GPCRs via intestinal microbial metabolites.Ischemic stroke is the leading cause of death and disability in adults in China. Recent studies have shown that neutrophil extracellular traps play a crucial role in occurrence and development of ischemic stroke. This paper reviewed the literatures on NETs since the discovery of NETs more than a decade ago, and summarized the composition of NETs, the effects of NETs on stroke, the intervention targets of NETs, and the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on NETs. NETs are an important cause of brain injury after stroke. Platelets, peptidylarginine deiminase 4, reactive oxygen species and histones are the targets to regulate NET formation in stroke. There are few researches on traditional Chinese medicine targeting NETs for stroke. Studies on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine mainly target on neutrophils, which are the main components of NETs, and platelets, which induce the formation of NETs. The paper provided a comprehensive overview of current studies of NETs in ischemic stroke, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment and drug development of ischemic stroke.Standards for seeds and seedlings of Chinese materia medica are very important to the production, quality control and management of seeds and seedlings of Chinese materia medica. In this paper, the current standards including international standards, national standards, industry standards, local standards and group standards before 2020, involving relevant standards for seeds and seedlings of Chinese materia medica, were comprehensively and systematically summarized. Relevant standards for seeds and seedlings of Chinese materia medica were analyzed based on the standard issue year, the source and types of Chinese materia medica, and whether they are included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2015. It is suggested that the standards for seed and seedling of Chinese materia medica shall be systematic, professional and feasible, so as to ensure the sould and sustainable development of the seed and seedling industry of Chinese materia medica. In ancient times, there were two types of "Juhong" came from the tangerines(Citrus reticulata) and the pomelos(C. grandis and its cultivars), which corresponded to Juhong and Huajuhong recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia respectively. In different periods, Juhong basically came from the same species and the same medicinal parts, but there were also some differences. This article sorted out the ancient and modern literature, under the guidance of "Succession theory of Medicinal materials varieties" and "Change theory of Medicinal materials varieties"(XIE Zong-wan), and combined with field investigation, the evolution and reasons of the original plants and medicinal parts of Juhong were analyzed. In the Han Dynasty and before, the peel of tangerines and pomelos were both used as medicine. In the Southern and Northern Dynasties, the way tangerine peel was used was dried and aged, and then "soaked in hot water and scraped off the mesocarp", which had the essence of only ul mainstream medicinal part of Huajuhong. The results are helpful to clarify the historical evolution of species and medicinal parts of Juhong and Huajuhong. It is suggested that in the next edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, only C. grandis 'Tomentosa' should be included as the original plant of Huajuhong, and C. grandis should be deleted, and the young fruit should be added in the medicinal parts besides the exocarp of immature and nearly mature fruit. In recent years, the National Medical Products Administration has established a communication system for the process of drug R&D and registration. In this paper, the reform policies on establishing the communication system for drug evaluation in recent years were summarized, and the channels, processes, methods and types of communication were also collected. Tebipenem Pivoxil In addition, the communication status of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was summarized according to the whole process of R&D, including summary of clinical practice, Investigational New Drug Applications, period of clinical trials, New Drug Applications, and post-marketing researches. Meanwhile, the current problems such as ineffective, inefficient, repeated or even no communication were analyzed, and relevant suggestions were proposed accordingly in order to provide reference for better communication on R&D and registration of new drugs of TCM.To investigate the effects of Dahuang Zhechong Pills combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE) on tumor index and immune function of patients with primary liver cancer(blood stasis and collaterals blocking type), observe its application values in treatment of such patients, and provide effective treatment means for this disease. From June 2019 to December 2019, 79 patients with confirmed primary liver cancer(blood stasis and collaterals blocking type) treated in Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in this study, all of which were grouped with random number table method before inclusion in this study. 40 patients in the control group were treated with TACE, while 39 patients in the observation group were treated with Dahuang Zhechong Pills combined with TACE. The efficacy was compared between two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. The immune function indexes of serum CD4~+ cells, CD4~+/CD8~+, CD3~+ cells of the observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.
