The construction of the assembled transcriptome was conducted using the predesigned workflow Transflow and a total of 41,522 tentative transcripts (TTs) obtained. These C. aurantifolia TTs were functionally annotated using TAIR10 and UniProtKB databases. All raw reads were deposited in the NCBI SRA with accession numbers SRR10353556, SRR10353558, SRR10353560 and SRR10353562. Overall, this dataset adds new transcriptomic valuable tools for future breeding programs, will allow the design of novel diagnostic molecular markers, and will be an essential tool for studying the HLB disease. © 2020 The Author(s).The data presented herein are related to the simulations and correlations reported in the article entitled "Numerical analysis and correlations for radial and tangential leakage of gas in scroll compressors" [1]. The numerical simulations were carried out using the ANSYS FLUENT 12.1.4 CFD code, which is based on the finite volume method. Details of the numerical modeling setup and data collection are provided to allow reproducibility. The datasets include predicted values of radial and tangential leakage carried out using ANSYS FLUENT 12.1.4 CFD code for different gases, operating conditions and geometries expressed as dimensionless parameters. The scripts in C++ for the correlations of radial and tangential leakages developed based on the numerical predictions are also provided together with experimental and numerical data used to validate the correlations. © 2020 The Authors.Weaning is a critical period for the health of rabbits, with a high sensitivity to digestive diseases. Allowing early consumption of solid feed in the nest of the suckling rabbit could help to maintain its health around weaning. In general, previous studies have focused on feed intake of rabbits when they are able to leave the nest, i.e. around 16 days. Herein, we provide a unique dataset of the dynamics of the onset of feed intake in suckling rabbits from 8 days to weaning. We quantified the solid feed intake behaviour and determined the dietary preferences for pellets according to their physical properties using nine pellets differing in diameter or compression rate. Additionally to the data provided in Paës et al. This dataset is an example of a multi proxy approach that could add further insight for researchers in the selection of suitable proxies for paleoclimatic interpretations. © 2020 The Author(s).Chlamydiae are obligate intracellular bacteria globally widespread across humans, wildlife, and domesticated animals. Chlamydia psittaci is a primarily zoonotic pathogen with multiple hosts, which can be transmitted to humans, resulting in psittacosis or ornithosis. Since this pathogen is a well-recognized threat to human and animal health, it is critical to unravel in detail the genetic make-up of this microorganism. Though many genomes of C. psittaci have been studied to date, little is known about the variants of chlamydial organisms causing infection in Russian livestock. This research is the first de novo genome assembly of the C. psittaci strain Rostinovo-70 of zoonotic origin that was isolated in Russian Federation. The results were obtained by using standard protocols of sequencing with the Illumina HiSeq 2500 and Oxford Nanopore MinION technology that generated 3.88 GB and 3.08 GB of raw data, respectively. The data obtained are available in NCBI DataBase (GenBank accession numbers are CP041038.1 & CP041039.1). The Multi-Locus Sequence Typing (MLST) showed that the strain Rostinovo-70 together with C. psittaci GR9 and C. psittaci WS/RT/E30 belong to the sequence type (ST)28 that could be further separated into two different clades. Despite C. psittaci Rostinovo-70 and C. psittaci GR9 formed a single clade, the latter strain did not contain a cryptic plasmid characteristis to Rostinovo-70. Moreover, the genomes of two strains differed significantly in the cluster of 30 genes that in Rostinovo-70 were closer to Chlamydia abortus rather than C. psittaci. The alignment of the genomes of C. psittaci and C. abortus in this area revealed the exact boarders of homologous recombination that occurred between two Chlamydia species. These findings provide evidence for the first time of genetic exchange between closely related Chlamydia species. © 2020 The Authors.
