TVP has not been reported previously in broiler chickens in Brazil, to our knowledge.Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are noncoding RNAs longer than 200 nt that have almost no function for encoding proteins. As an important regulatory molecule of the human genome, lncRNAs play a regulatory role in the human body. LncRNAs have a variety of functions, such as signaling, guiding, baiting or scaffolding of functional proteins, and are closely related to tumor development. Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. It has a high incidence, a low early diagnosis rate, and a poor prognosis, and it seriously threatens human health. Abnormal expression of lncRNAs can affect the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Therefore, lncRNAs are expected to become important biomarkers and new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. LncRNAs have a significant potential to guide the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer. This article reviews lncRNAs and the mechanisms that have been discovered in recent years related to gastrointestinal tumors.

As recent efforts to improve culturally competent clinical care (CCCC) have largely overlooked older LGB adults, we conducted a scoping review of position statements, empirical, and non-empirical research and suggest action steps.

We followed PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews Guidelines and searched for articles 1/1/11-3/14/19 (n = 1210) and other resources (n = 52), deduplicating, dually screening abstracts (n = 1,156), reviewing full-text (n = 107), and conducted a content analysis to identify distinct and cross-cutting domains (n = 44).

Most research was based on simple pre/post-training differences in provider knowledge. A majority of sources were non-empirical. We identified three distinct domains (education & staffing, physical environment, and inclusive language & communication) and three cross-cutting domains (subgroup differences, research, and policy).

ACE2 and its co-expressed proteins are SARS-CoV-2 receptors, which have been linked to SARS-CoV-2 infection and considered as the key target of SARS-CoV-2 in entering target cells. Here, network pharmacology was used to investigate the mechanism by which CGA affected COVID-19. A total of 70 potential targets related to the treatment of COVID-19 were obtained, among which NFE2L2, PPARG, ESR1, ACE, IL6, and HMOX1 might be the main potential targets. Finally, CGA and potential target proteins were scored by molecular docking, and the prediction results of network pharmacology were preliminarily verified. Moreover, CGA had potential anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity via integrating three common receptors in clinical practice compared with clinical trial drugs registered for the treatment of COVID-19, as shown by molecular docking. The mechanism of CGA against COVID-19 was initially investigated using network pharmacology, followed by molecular docking.

After the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, many employees transitioned from in-office work to telework to slow down the spread of the virus. Building on the Job Demands-Resources model, we examined day-level relationships between job demands, home demands and emotional exhaustion during telework. Moreover, we tested if leisure crafting (i.e., the proactive pursuit and enactment of leisure activities targeted at goal setting, socializing, growth and development) is negatively related to emotional exhaustion. We expected that proactive personality would be positively related to leisure crafting. Finally, emotional exhaustion was predicted to relate negatively to job performance.

We tested our assumptions using a daily diary study on seven consecutive days with 178 employees (964 observations in total).

Multilevel path analysis supports the assumptions that daily job demands as well as daily home demands during telework are positively related to emotional exhaustion. As predicted, we found leisure crafting to be negatively related to emotional exhaustion, and proactive personality to be positively related to leisure crafting. Finally, emotional exhaustion was negatively related to job performance.

Overall, our study supports a health-promoting role of leisure crafting above the unfavorable relationships between job demands and home demands with emotional exhaustion.
