nov., is provided for the Nearctic Chrysotus parvulus Van Duzee. Lectotypes are designated for Achradocera apicalis (Aldrich) and Asyndetus fratellus Aldrich. The fauna of Montserrat is summarized and compared with that of Dominica. Collecting methods are compared and threats to the dolichopodid fauna of Montserrat discussed.A new species of crane fly (Diptera, Limoniidae), Elephantomyia (Elephantomyia) hallasana Podenas & Podeniene, sp. nov., from Jeju Island, South Korea is described. Adult and larval characters are illustrated. Elephantomyia (E.) hallasanasp. nov. is the only species of the genus Elephantomyia Osten Sacken, 1860 recorded from Jeju Island, South Korea. Habitat, elevation range, and seasonality data are presented. Distributional notes on E. subterminalis Alexander, 1954 in the Far East of Russia (Khabarovskiy and Primorskiy regions) are discussed. An identification key for all Eastern Palaearctic species of subgenus E. (Elephantomyia) is presented.Quasitagalis afonsoigen. et sp. nov. of Saicinae (Hemiptera, Reduviidae) is described based on a male and three female specimens collected in a cave in the State of Tocantins, Brazil. Additionally, some characteristics from two nymphs of different instars of the same species are also recorded. An updated key to the New World genera of Saicinae is provided. The place of relatives of our patients is the deepest change in intensive care units in 20 years. Working on collegial discussions and recognizing the voices of patients and their loved ones in care projects have become a mandatory part of our daily work. This change is also related to the attention and time given to ethical decisions in the daily life of resuscitation. We need to recognize the need for trust in the health care system as well as with medical providers so that the therapeutic relationship can be achieved peacefully. We must therefore organize ourselves to improve reception of the families, place of the team members, regular formal meetings of information with relatives or the representative of our patient. Post-traumatic stress is not only a prerogative of our patients, it is also described in accompanying people. If trust is acquired few conflicts are challenging, only interfamily conflicts force medical team to defend its opinion. The realization that a specific care project after intensive care is more likely to succeed when it is done with the support of the entourage makes possible to understand the importance to take care to the stress of the relatives.

Anemia is disproportionately borne among children in the African regions including Ethiopia. In Ethiopia, there is limited information on the prevalence and factors associated with anemia among children aged 6-23 months. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify individual- and community-level factors associated with anemia among children 6-23 months of age.

The data were obtained from the 2016 Ethiopia Demographic and Health Survey, conducted from January to June 2016. Eloxatin A sample of 2554 children aged 6-23 months was included. Data were analyzed using STATA version 14. A multilevel ordinal logistic regression model was fitted and an adjusted odds ratio with a 95% confidence interval was obtained.

The prevalence of anemia among children 6-23 months of age was 72.3%; 27.5% mild, 41% moderate, and 3.8% severe anemia. child age 18-23 months (AOR 0.76; 95%CI 0.61-0.93), female sex (AOR 0.84; 95%CI 0.72-0.98), maternal anemia (AOR 1.53; 95%CI 1.28-1.82), exclusive breastfeeding (AOR 0.73; 95%CI 0.54-0.9sive breastfeeding, addressing maternal anemia, child fever, giving special attention for underweight children, and targeting regions identified to have a high risk of anemia should be strengthened to reduce childhood anemia. The purpose of this review was to evaluate and examine the current best evidence for the effectiveness of action observation therapy on upper limb function rehabilitation in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. A comprehensive search of literature published between September 2010 and May 2020 was conducted using the following electronic databases PubMed, Google Scholar, the Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro), EMBASE, Cochrane library, and Scopus. Only randomized controlled trials evaluating the effect of action observation therapy on upper limb motor function in children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were included. PEDro scale was used to assess the risk of bias of included trials. This study was reported according to the guideline of the PRISMA statement. The overall methodological quality of the studies was done using the PEDro scale and GRADE approach. The primary outcome measures of this review were the Melbourne Assessment Scale, Assisting Hand Assessment scale to evaluate physical function and structures. Furthermore, the ABILHAND-Kids test, and Box and Block Test primary outcome measures were used to determine the subjects' activities and participation. Nine randomized controlled trials involving 234 participants were analyzed. The overall quality of evidence was rated from moderate to high. This review suggests action observation therapy was found to be a promising intervention for upper limb rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy.

Diarrheal disease is the second leading causes of death among under-five children. Most of the death due to diarrhea is reporting in developing countries. To prevent this highly prevalent problem, identifying the contributing factors across different settings is necessary. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the determinants of acute diarrhea among under-five children in the Northeast part of Ethiopia.

An institution-based unmatched case-control study was conducted among 306 under-five children from March to April 2019. A systematic random sampling technique was employed to select study participants. Data were collected by face to face interviews using a pretested structured questionnaire. Data were entered using Epi-info 7 and analyzed with SPSS version 20.0. We applied logistic regression analysis. Those variables with p-value <0.05 were significant determinants of acute diarrhea.

Improper child's stool disposal [AOR=4.12; 95% CI (1.25,13.5)], absence of home-based water treatment [AOR=2.85; 95% CI (1.
