The Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies 2 quality assessment tool will be used to assess the risk of bias in each study. Standard pairwise meta-analysis and NMA will be performed using STATA V.12.0, MetaDiSc 1.40, and R 3.4.1 software to compare the diagnostic efficacy of different imaging diagnostic methods. Sintilimab is a novel programmed cell death receptor-1 (PD-1) inhibitor approved in the treatment of classical Hodgkin's lymphoma and undergoing clinical trials for various malignancies. As a PD-1 inhibitor, sintilimab is known to cause autoimmune adverse events similar to other PD-1 inhibitors. Diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) is a rare but severe adverse event of this therapy.

We report a case of a 59-year-old man who developed DKA after 5 doses of sintilimab for small cell lung cancer. His fasting glycemia level was 14.07 mmol/L, urine ketone bodies were 4+, arterial blood pH was 7.271, bicarbonate was 12.3 mmol/L, and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) was 7.4%. Extended investigations revealed that fasting C-peptide was undetectable (<0.003 nmol/L).

These laboratory investigations supported the diagnosis of fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus, but no β-cell related antibodies were positive.

After remission of DKA, he was treated with insulin therapy to acquire a normalization of glycemia and the disappearance of symptoms.

Pain in the tendons or ligaments is extremely common, accounting for 30% of the causes of visiting general practitioners. Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is emerging as a new treatment for musculoskeletal pain. However, the effects of PDRN in patients with tendon or ligament pain are unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the impact of PDRN in patients with tendon or ligament pain through a meta-analysis.

Electronic literature search of PubMed, Embase, SCOPUS, and Cochrane Library databases of all articles on PDRN treatment for patients with tendon or ligament pain published in the English language from inception until January 31, 2020. The search identified 262 citations.

One randomized controlled trial and 3 retrospective observational studies were included. Pain due to tendon or ligament disorders showed significant improvement after PDRN injection (standardized mean difference [SMD] = -1.43, 95% confidence interval [CI] = -1.80 to -1.06, P < .00001). In the subanalysis of patients with rotator cuff tendinopathy, rotator cuff tendinopathy-induced pain significantly improved (SMD = -2.34, 95% CI = -3.61 to -1.07, P = .0003) after PDRN injection. However, there was no difference in shoulder pain and disability index score and strength of shoulder abduction in patients with rotator cuff tendinopathy (shoulder pain and disability index score, SMD = 1.16, 95% CI = -1.20 to 3.52, P = .34; strength of shoulder abduction, SMD = 0.42, 95% CI = -0.03 to 0.88, P = .07).

Patellofemoral pain (PFP) is highly prevalent in runners. Physical therapies were proved to be effective in the treatment of PFP. Gait retraining is an important method of physical therapy, but its effectiveness and safety for PFP remained controversial. Previous review suggests gait retraining in the treatment of PFP warrants consideration. However, recent publications of randomized controlled studies and case series studies indicated the positive effect of gait retraining in clinical and functional outcomes, which re-raise the focus of gait retraining. This paper will systematically review the available evidence, assessing the safety and effectiveness for the use of gait retraining for runners with PEP.

In rare circumstances, CRS may be refractory to tocilizumab and/or corticosteroids, a new treatment is needed for the management of CRS.

We present a case of a 20-year-old male patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia developed CRS after CD19/CD22 bispecific CAR-T treatment.

The patient was diagnosed with BCR-ABL(P210) positive B-ALL and developed CRS after CD19/CD22 bispecific CAR-T treatment.

Tocilizumab and methylprednisolone were administered, unfortunately the patient's symptoms of CRS were still not resolved. Another methylprednisolone and ruxolitinib were administered.

The persistent fever and hypotension of this patient achieved a rapid clinical remission within hours after ruxolitinib administration.

Ruxolitinib can be used as an alternative therapeutic approach for severe and refractory CRS without impairing CAR-T amplification and anti-tumor effect.
