bryantae sp. n.We describe a new species of polyclad flatworm, Pericelis flavomarginata sp. nov., from the intertidal and subtidal zones along localities on the Pacific coast of Japan. Pericelis flavomarginata sp. nov. is characterized by i) the dorsal surface of the body fringed by a lemon-yellow line except for the tip of tentacles, with a narrow brown midline running from the anterior edge of the body to the posterior end of the pharynx, ii) the pair of marginal tentacles with the tips extending and tapering, and iii) the presence of a common gonopore. Our molecular phylogenetic analysis revealed that selected Pericelis species were divided into two clades, each of which may be agreed with a characteristic dorsal color pattern. Additionally, we report an observation on the feeding behavior of P. flavomarginata sp. nov. on the polychaete Iphione muricata (Savigny in Lamarck, 1818).A new species of Limnonectes from Phu Yen Province, South-central Vietnam is described based on morphological and molecular differences. Morphologically, the new species is distinguishable from its congeners on the basis of a combination of the following diagnostic characters SVL 49.8-77.9 mm in males, 40.8-61.8 mm in females; males with moderately enlarged head (HL/SVL 0.47, HW/SVL 0.48); head slightly broader than long (HL/HW 0.97 in males, 0.95 in females); vomerine teeth present; external vocal sacs absent; rostral length short (RL/SVL 0.15); tympanum invisible; dorsal surface of head, body and flanks with ridges and tubercles; dorsal surface of tibia and foot distinctly tuberculate, covered with moderately dense, small, low tubercles; supratympanic fold present; dorsolateral fold absent; Finger I with nuptial pad, composed of minute spines on dorsal surface and medial edge in males; toes webbed to distal of terminal phalanx, webbing formula I0-0II0-0III0-0IV0--0V0; in life, dorsum yellowish brown with dark brown markings; ventral surface white with brown markings. In phylogenetic analyses, the new species from Vietnam and Limnonectes fastigatus as well as L. kiziriani form a clade, which is sister to L. fragilis from China, although the nodal support values for the set of relationships are insignificant from all analyses. An undescribed entoniscid isopod was found to parasitize Monomia haani, a common portunid crab in Khanh Hoa province of Vietnam. The new species is the eighth in the genus Cancrion, the second species of Cancrion found parasitizing hosts in the family Portunidae, and the first member of the family Entoniscidae to be described from southeast Asia. The cryptoniscius larva of a species of Cancrion is described for the first time. The new entoniscid infests hosts with a prevalence of 10.1% and intensity of 1 or 2 females per host. A new family, genus and species of cryptoniscoid hyperparasite with novel female and cryptoniscus body morphology is also described; this is the first record of a hyperparasite found infesting an entoniscid isopod. The purported cryptoniscus larva of Tiarinion texopallium Shields Ward, 1998 is shown to be that of a hyperparasitic cryptoniscoid isopod closely allied to the new Vietnamese hyperparasite and is described as a new species belonging to the new family and genus.Eleven species of the genus Dusungwua Kemal, Kizildağ Koçak 2020 in China are reviewed with emendation of the generic charaters. Among them, six new species, Dusungwua antennalveata Ren Li, sp. nov., D. basinigra Ren Li, sp. nov., D. fascecornuta Ren Li, sp. nov., D. paripalpa Ren Li, sp. nov., D. similiquadrangula Ren Li, sp. nov. and D. strictivinculum Ren Li, sp. nov. are described as new to science. Also, the following taxonomic changes are proposed Eurhodope pseudodichromella Yamanaka, 1980 syn. Namodenoson mw nov. is synonymized with D. dichromella (Ragonot, 1893), Trachycera nipponella Yamanaka, 2000 syn. nov., Trachycera vicinella Yamanaka, 2000 syn. nov. and Trachycera yakushimensis Yamanaka, 2000 syn. nov. are synonymized with D. paradichromella (Yamanaka, 1980). The female of D. quadrangula (Du, Sung Wu, 2005) is described for the first time. Photos of adults as well as male and female genitalia are provided, along with a key to the Chinese species and a distibution map to show the localities of these species.Tintinnids are loricated ciliates found in coastal and oceanic waters that play a key role in the transference of energy to highest trophic levels. The purpose of this article is intended to integrate the available information about the taxonomy and distribution of Colombian tintinnids. An annotated distributional checklist based on published data is presented. One hundred and seven valid species of tintinnids, belonging to 12 families and 33 genera were listed. The genera Tintinnopsis and Eutinntinnus presented the highest number of species. Eighty-three species were recorded in the Caribbean basin and 51 in the Pacific, with a higher number in coastal waters. We present faunistic and taxonomic data for the genus Zamarada (Geometridae, Ennominae, Cassymini) in Ethiopia. With this contribution, the number of Zamarada species in Ethiopia increases from 16 to 23. One species Zamarada erugatoides sp. n. is described as new. Zamarada iobathra Prout, 1932 and Zamarada polyctemon Prout, 1932 are downgraded from species rank to subspecies of Zamarada euryscaphes Prout, 1915 (stat. n.). The female of Zamarada eurygnathus Fletcher, 1974 and Zamarada chrysothyra Hampson, 1909 and the male of Zamarada secutaria (Guenée, 1858) are described for the first time.Gimmel et al. (2019) recently treated the two fossil taxa of the beetle family Cyclaxyridae (Cucujoidea), a family that is today represented only by two species in New Zealand (Gimmel et al. 2009). Gimmel et al. (2019) synonymized two species from European amber described within the family Phalacridae (Cucujoidea), Stilbus bedovoyi Lyubarsky Perkovsky, 2011 and Neolitochropus hoffeinsorum Lyubarsky Perkovsky, 2016, with Neolitochropus bedovoyi (Lyubarsky Perkovsky, 2011) becoming the valid combination. They treated a total of 13 specimens of this species from across Rovno, Bitterfeld, and Baltic amber deposits, implying a widespread and abundant species in Eocene Europe whose life history, like extant forms, was likely tied to sooty molds (Gimmel et al. 2019).
