The aim of this study is to understand individual motivation to speak up, which extends the application of voice behavior. Employing a cross-level moderation framework, this paper explored the relationship between employees' authoritarian leadership perceptions and their speaking-up behavior, as reported by supervisors, along with a moderating effect of group loyalty. Specifically, we propose a conceptual variable, "saying nothing but good news", which related to the choice of the selective disclosure of information to others. Utilizing data of 140 supervisors and 603 subordinates in the Taiwanese military, results of the hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) analysis revealed that authoritarian leadership was negatively related to prohibitive voice, but positively related to saying nothing but good news. Group loyalty moderated the relationship between authoritarian leadership and prohibitive voice when group loyalty is high. Data demonstrated that DCOIT altered cellular metabolism at a lower concentration than BIT. Both BIT and DCOIT increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation at the mitochondrial and cellular levels. However, the effect of DCOIT on glutathione (GSH) levels appeared to be greater than BIT. To characterise opinions about needing to undergo MRI within the population of current cochlear implant (CI) users.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of CI users is often associated with severe discomfort and magnet displacement.

A global online survey of 310 CI users was conducted between 22nd July and 13th September 2020.

Only 55% of respondents had been told whether their model of CI could undergo MRI. 31% of respondents considered MRI when deciding whether to receive a CI, and 28% when deciding which CI model to have. 64% reported concerns related to their CI if needing MRI compared to 29% reporting concerns unrelated to their CI. Willingness to undergo MRI reduced when considering magnet removal, splinting, bandaging, local anaesthesia, lasting discomfort, an inability to use their CI, or a reduction in image quality because of their CI. The single most influential factor was the possibility of damaging their CI (63%). 59% of respondents would consider minor surgery to upgrade their retaining magnet to one of a rotating design.

These findings highlight the heterogeneity of CI users' opinions about MRI.

DMF efficacy was evaluated up to 24 weeks by Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score. We also evaluated drug maintenance and safety.Our study population included 81 elderly psoriatic patients treated with DMF up to 24 weeks. The PASI score at the baseline (week 0) ranged from 3,7-24 (mean ± SD, 9,8 ± 4,1), which changed after DMF administration to 4,3 ± 3,2 at week 16 and 2,7 ± 3,2 at week 24. Among 81 elderly psoriatic patients 59 (72,8%) adverse events were reported during the observation period. The most common were gastrointestinal complaints (n = 24, 29,6%) and flushes (n = 10, 12,3%). Lymphocytopenia (n = 10, 12,35%) was frequently observed.In daily practice, DMF seems to be efficacy and well tolerated in elderly psoriatic patients. link2 DMF may be a first-line systemic treatment option to manage elderly psoriasis, provided that also the long-term safety data are closely monitored, in particular lymphocytopenia.

This study is aimed to find the most potent ligands from 703 analogs of remdesivir against RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) protein of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus . link3 RdRp is a major part of a multi-subunit transcription complex of the virus, which is essential for viral replication. In clinical trials, it has been found that remdesivir is effective to inhibit viral replication in Ebola and in primary human lung cell cultures; it effectively impedes replication of a broad-spectrum pre-pandemic bat coronaviruses and epidemic human coronaviruses. After virtual screening, 30 most potent ligands and remdesivir were modified with triphosphate. Quantum mechanics-based quantitative structure-activity relationship envisages the binding energy for ligands applying partial least square (PLS) regression. PLS regression remarkably predicts the binding energy of the effective ligands with an accuracy of 80% compared to the value attained from molecular docking. Two ligands (L458059550 and L28126719083), which have more interactions with the target protein than the other ligands including standard remdesivir triphosphate, were selected for further analysis.
