RESULTS There was no significant difference in hemoglobin values between two groups before and after operation at 1 day (P>0.05) . On the first day after surgery, peripheral diameter of shoulder joint in observation group [(32.9±0.3) cm ] was significantly lower than that in control group [(35.1±0.5) cm ], and the circumference difference of shoulder joint in observation group [(8.7±0.4) mm ] was also significantly lower than that in control group [(12.3±0.5) mm ], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) . CONCLUSION Subacromial and articular injection of tranexamic acid could significantly reduce early swelling of soft tissue after arthroscopic shoulder surgery, and it has better safety.OBJECTIVE To measure anatomical data of anterior and posterior root attachments of the medial and lateral menisci for reconstruction of root tears. METHODS Thirty cadaveric knee joints of human were chosen, including 16 males and 14 females, death age ranged from 35 to 68 years old with an average age of (55.6±7.8) years old. Structure of root attachments of the menisci was dissected and observed, then areas of the attachments and the distances from the centers of the attachments of each structure to specific landmarks were measured. These landmarks were medial tibial eminence apex, lateral tibial eminence apex, the anterior edge of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), lateral margin of cartilage of medial tibial plateau, medial margin of cartilage of lateral tibial plateau. RESULTS The attachment of posterior root of medial meniscus the central point was located on posterior about (11.73±3.10) mm and lateral about (2.77±0.86) mm to the medial tibial eminence apex; anterior about (2.76±0.76) mm to the anterior describes the area of the attachments of the anterior and posterior roots of the medial and lateral menisci as well as the relationship between central points and corresponding landmarks, which could provide some anatomical reference for clinical repair of roots injury of menisci.OBJECTIVE To explore clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation through a single lateral approach for Pilon fractures. METHODS From January 2016 to May 2017, 28 patients with Pilon fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through a single lateral approach. Among them, including 17 males and 11 females, aged from 25 to 59 years old with an average of (39.2±12.2) years old; 13 patients on the left side and 15 patients on the right side; according to Rüedi-Allgöwer classificaton, 7 patients were typeⅠ, 11 patients were typeⅡ, 10 patients were type Ⅲ. All patients were performed external fixation or calcaneal traction within 24 h of emergency, and open reduction and internal fixation was performed after swelling of soft tissue. Healing of incision and fracture, postoperative complications were observed, and AOFAS score at 1 year after operation was used to evaluate ankle joint function. RESULTS Twenty-eight patients were followed up from 12 to 25 months with an average of (16.n fracture with varus deformity or comminuted fracture on the medial side of tibial, it is difficult to place the main plate on the medial side of tibial. Instead, anteromedial incision or extensive anterior incision is more suitable.OBJECTIVE To compare effects of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields on bone quality in growing rats between 1 h and 1.5 h. METHODS Thirty male SPF SD rats aged 4 weeks selected, which with the average body weight (115.8± 1.5) g, were divided into three groups according to random number table, 10 rats in each group. Control groups put rats into electromagnetic field device with 1.5 h every day, the other two groups put rats in electromagnetic field for 1 h and 1.5 h with a 50 Hz 0.6 mT intensity pulsed. The body weight of rats was weighed every 2 weeks and detected bone mineral density. Rats were sacrificed after 6 weeks to measure bone mineral density and biomechanical value of the right femur and lumbar vertebrae. Serum osteocalcin (OC) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b (TRACP 5b) concentrations were determined by ELISA methods. After the magenta-picric acid staining, the micro tissue structure of the right tibia was observed, and the parameters of trabecular bone were analyzed by IPP 6.0 soetry analysis results showed that there was no statistical difference in trabecular thickness, number and resolution between 1 h group and control group, trabecular bone thickness and number in 1.5 h group were increased, and trabecular bone resolution was decreased; The thickness and number of trabecular bone in 1.5 h group were also significantly increased compared with 1 h group, and the degree of resolution was reduced, and had significant difference between two groups. CONCLUSION Intervention of 50 Hz 0.6 mT low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field for 1.5 h could effectively increase peak bone mineral density and bone microstructure in young rats, enhance biomechanical properties of bone, promote concentration of bone formation markers in rat blood. The results indicating that pulsed electromagnetic field could be used as a good way to prevent and treat osteoporosis.OBJECTIVE To explore clinical efficacy of hand power device and Shujinxi (, SJX) external granule in treating collateral ligament contracture of metacarpophalangeal joint. METHODS Fifty patients with collateral ligament contracture of metacarpophalangeal joint from June 2017 to January 2019 were divided into experimental and control group, 25 patients in each group. In experimental group, there were 17 males and 8 females aged from 19 to 63 years old with an average of (40.53±9.42) years old; 36 affected fingers; the courses of disease ranged from 23 to 82 days with an average of (52.37± 11.20) days; treated with hand power device and SJX external granule. In control group, there were 15 males and 10 females aged from 21 to 58 years old with an average of (42.11±8.36) years old; 32 affected fingers; the courses of diseases ranged from 18 to 71 days with an average of (48.24±12.50) days; treated with loose training of metacarpophalangeal joints. ABR 25757 Symptoms of pain of affected finger, flexion and extension function were observed between two groups, VAS score was used to evaluate relieve degree of pain, grip size was used to evaluate recovery of grip, total active motion was applied to assess recovery of metacarpophalangeal joints, the second operation and occurrence of complications between two groups were compared.
