This review will highlight recent studies that describe how adrenergic receptor-mediated metabolic pathways may be able to restore cardiac energetics to non-failing levels that may offer promising therapeutic strategies.The long-term mechanical properties of viscoelastic polymers are among their most important aspects. In the present research, a machine learning approach was proposed for creep properties' prediction of polyurethane elastomer considering the effect of creep time, creep temperature, creep stress and the hardness of the material. In recent years, increased demand for bacterial EPSs has been observed in pharmaceutical, food, and other industries. The application of the EPSs largely depends upon their thermal stability, as any industrial application is mainly reliant on slow thermal degradation. Keeping this in context, EPS producing GT enzymes from three different bacterial sources based on growth temperature (mesophile, thermophile, and hyperthermophile) are considered for in silico analysis of the structural-functional relationship. From the present study, it was observed that the structural integrity of GT increases significantly from mesophile to thermophile to hyperthermophile. In contrast, the structural plasticity runs in an opposite direction towards mesophile. This interesting temperature-dependent structural property has directed the GT-UDP-glucose interactions in a way that thermophile has finally demonstrated better binding affinity (-5.57 to -10.70) with an increased number of hydrogen bonds (355) and stabilizing amino acids (Phe, Ala, Glu, Tyr, and Ser). The results from this study may direct utilization of thermophile-origin GT as best for industrial-level bacterial polysaccharide production.Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is characterized by an important occlusive vascular remodeling with the production of new endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, myofibroblasts, and fibroblasts. Identifying the cellular processes leading to vascular proliferation and dysfunction is a major goal in order to decipher the mechanisms leading to PAH development. In addition to in situ proliferation of vascular cells, studies from the past 20 years have unveiled the role of circulating and resident vascular in pulmonary vascular remodeling. This review aims at summarizing the current knowledge on the different progenitor and stem cells that have been shown to participate in pulmonary vascular lesions and on the pathways regulating their recruitment during PAH. Finally, this review also addresses the therapeutic potential of circulating endothelial progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem cells.Brodie's abscess is a rare form of sub-acute osteomyelitis that implies the collection of pus inside bone tissue. The present paper presents an extremely rare case of Brodie's abscess located in the distal femur in a young male patient who refused medical care for three years and presented directly with spontaneous fistula and septic complications. Laboratory tests also suggested chronic septic alterations. Complex imaging investigations including X-ray (RX), computer tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI) confirmed the diagnosis with characteristic aspects, such as the penumbra sign on the T1 weighted MRI image. Management included aggressive debridement, defect reconstruction, and long-term specific antibiotics according to culture harvested intra-operatively. Evolution was positive with inflammatory blood tests returning to physiological values within four weeks and patient full recovery within six months, without any physical deficits. The novelty aspect found in this case presentation is represented by the long-term natural evolution of this pathology, and the fact that even in these conditions, the Brodie's abscess did not evolve into a 'malignant' septic condition, but remained rather benign until the spontaneous fistula prompted the patient to seek medical care.To explore the cooperative evolutionary mechanism among top management support, employees' technical ability, and informatization performance in the process of the "integration of informatization and industrialization (IOII)" in manufacturing enterprises, this study established a three-dimensional dynamic model of informatization development, obtained the model parameters by the expert scoring method of case companies, and analyzed the time series of the dynamic model. After adjusting those parameters of the evolutionary process that do not meet the expectations of the enterprise, combined with management practice, the dynamic system is finally stable at the expected value. For a special state in the evolutionary process, the maximum Lyapunov exponent is used to identify the chaotic characteristics of the system, and a linear controller is designed to manage and control the chaotic system so that it evolves toward the expected value. The recommendation system (RS) with information technology development is the solution, it is an intelligent system. Various types of data can be collected on items of interest to users and presented as recommendations. RS also play a very important role in e-commerce. The purpose of recommending a product is to designate the most appropriate designation for a specific product. The major challenge when recommending products is insufficient information about the products and the categories to which they belong. In this paper, we transform the product data using two methods of document representation bag-of-words (BOW) and the neural network-based document combination known as vector-based (Doc2Vec). We propose three-criteria recommendation systems (product, package and health) for each document representation method to foster online grocery shopping, which depends on product characteristics such as composition, packaging, nutrition table, allergen, and so forth.
