Retention was identified as the only statistically significant predictor of PSATm score. The results offer educators with additional insights that can facilitate improvements in mathematical content knowledge and promote higher graduation rates for struggling learners in high school mathematics.The relationship between exchange rate and trade balance has been spotlighted in the past several decades and thus examined by manifold research. The findings, however, lack of consensus despite the intensive efforts in investigating the role of exchange rate as an important determinant of trade balance in various countries. Although the existing papers are abundant, most of them neglect the role of vehicle currency. Besides, few articles are dedicated to Vietnam, and none has inspected the exchange rate-trade balance nexus between Vietnam and the EU. This study is the first to scrutinize how bilateral exchange rates, together with vehicle currency exchange rate, asymmetrically impact Vietnam's bilateral trade balance with respect to EU-27 countries and the UK. The NARDL estimation results strongly acknowledge the importance of USD as vehicle currency when more significant short-run and long-run coefficients are found. Accordingly, this article can provide some useful implications for policy-makers, especially when Vietnam was first labelled currency manipulator by the USA in December 2020. Particularly, USD/VND movement can affect not only Vietnam-USA but also Vietnam-EU and Vietnam-UK trade balance. In addition, VND appreciation against USD seems beneficial to Vietnam's bilateral trade with the EU plus the UK.

COVID-19 caused a paradigm shift for educators, and raised many questions about the future of technology in the delivery of educational content. Literature highlights numerous benefits of using e-learning solutions, yet many still consider 'online learning' as the cheap/'low-quality' alternative to traditional 'face-to-face' models. In this research we ask two questions that are critical to the effective development of future e-learning solutions Do students prefer face-to-face (traditional) learning methods or e-learning technology enabled solutions? Does perception of e-learning, and/or device preference, vary between individuals?

A three part, quantitative questionnaire was developed, based on previously used questionnaire items, which collected demographic data, student preference concerning learning, and individual variance - via use of the Cultural Value (CV) Scale dimension test. In all cases, nitrogen showed a higher removal as compared to phosphorous and sulfur.Fish production worldwide has increased over the years due to increased populations and interest from consumers. This has led to an increase in the waste produced by this industry, with viscera being particularly notable as one of the main sources of negative environmental impact. This study will determine the environmental impact created when obtaining dry chemical silage from the viscera of red tilapia (Oreochromis spp.), using ecological footprint methodology as an indicator of sustainability. This process allows approximately 30% of CO2 emissions to be mitigated compared to those generated when fresh viscera are dumped into shallow landfills, while implementing actions that improve the process such as biogas production from waste and solar drying of the final product can mitigate approximately 86% of its environmental impact, when compared to the disposal of fresh viscera. It was concluded that the production of dry chemical silage using alternative drying energy is environmentally sustainable.
