Roasting

coffee bean 1kg is light roast that is pleasant to taste. It softens and transforms into an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee which can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Then let it sit for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
