Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations used.

For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item like an armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for one of the same type and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space until the next Success is rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a full description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. upgrade item will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones are also available to players who sign daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain an advantage in battle without putting a strain on their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the effectiveness of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It is accomplished by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is attained.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used, as well as an initial level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, a preview shows what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will no longer be available for it. Likewise, once upgrade item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to boost certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the type of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and provides an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor), the level of the item, the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
