The purpose of the study is aimed at being a narrative on the history of stem cells and the evolution of their use to date, as well as to clarify the bioethical position of the various religions today in comparison with the social ones regarding the research and use of embryonic and adult ones. Hence, their biological hypostasis regarding the concepts of "conception" and "fertilization" and their development and therapeutic use compared to those of the main theological doctrines.

Currently, a heterogeneous category of noncoding RNAs (ncRNA) that directly regulate the expression or function of protein-coding genes is shown to have an effect on the fate decision of stem cells. However, the detailed regulatory roles of ncRNAs in myogenic and cardiomyogenic differentiation of mouse C3H10T1/2 mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are far from clear.

In this study, 5-azacytidine- (5-AZA-) treated C3H10T1/2 cells were differentiated into myocyte-like and cardiomyocyte-like cells. Next, ncRNA associated with myogenic and cardiomyogenic differentiation was identified using high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data. Bioinformatics analysis was conducted to identify the differentially expressed ncRNAs and the related signaling pathways.

Mobile health (mHealth) applications gain popularity due to the increasing number of mobile phone usage and internet penetration, which might help some of Indonesia's medical issues. However, the uptake of mHealth applications is still low in Indonesia. This study is aimed at understanding the factors that drive individuals to adopt mHealth applications and their impact on the intention to recommend.

We applied a new model that combines three different theories with some other constructs an extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology, diffusion of innovation, and the internet customer trust model. The study used a cross-sectional study design with partial least squares causal modeling approach.

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant targeted therapy (TT) in patients with localised clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

A special randomised trial was planned and conducted by the Research Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Oncology in the National Cancer Institute of Ukraine for testing the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant TT in the treatment of clear-cell localised RCC, and the primary endpoint was tumour response evaluation after TT. The secondary endpoints included evaluation of dependence between the use of neoadjuvant TT and the probability of partial nephrectomy and the correlation between tumour size, stage, remaining functioning parenchyma volume, and response to systemic therapy.

Overall, 118 patients met the inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to receive combined treatment or surgery alone. The percentage of tumour regression ranged from 0% to 60%, and the median was (95% confidence interval) 20.5 ± 14.3 (16.8-24.3%). Most of the patients had a slightly positive response to TT (3%-29% decrease in tumour size);
