Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor, or ring. This swaps the current item for another of the same type, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original item's level, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This allows you to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and the icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players must first locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to strain their wallets. Furthermore players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. item upgrading will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ depending on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade Tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of that item and the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
