This study aims to reduce the possibility of human mistakes and accidents among airline cabin crew by identifying the cause of human errors by focusing on the importance of the causal relationship between human factors and human errors. According to statistical analysis, among the five human factors, physical fatigue, psychological stress, and the complacency of cabin crew had a positive impact on human errors. However, hurrying under time pressure and the distractions caused by external factors do not significantly affect human errors. Human errors have a negative impact on job crafting and mental health. This study analyzed the human factors influencing the cabin crew's errors and revealed the importance of complacency, which was not covered in previous studies. Finally, the research implications, limitations, and future studies were discussed.Caribbean women experience a cervical cancer incidence rate that is three times higher than that among their North American counterparts. In this study, we performed a needs assessment of the knowledge and awareness of HPV, HPV vaccination, and cervical cancer and receipt of cervical cancer screening among an indigenous Caribbean community. We purposively recruited individuals aged ≥18 from a community health care clinic (n = 58) to complete a 57-item structured interview including items on demographics, cancer history, knowledge and awareness of HPV, HPV vaccines, cervical cancer, and cervical cancer screening. Participants' mean age was 47.1 years (SD 14.4). Most were female (74.1%), were married/partnered (51.7%), had primary education (63.8%), and identified as Kalinago (72.4%). Whereas 79.5% had heard of cervical cancer, few had heard of HPV (19.6%) or the HPV vaccine (21.8%). Among those who knew someone with cancer, 90.9% had heard of the HPV vaccine, compared with only 9.1% of those who did not know anyone with cancer (p = 0.02). Access to HPV vaccination is an immediate, cost-effective cancer prevention priority for reducing the disproportionate burden of HPV-related cancers, particularly cervical cancer, in the Caribbean. We recommend culturally targeted education interventions to improve knowledge about HPV vaccination and the link between HPV and cervical cancer.Stress has been designated the "Health Epidemic of the 21st Century" by the World Health Organization and negatively affects the quality of individuals' lives by detracting most body systems. In today's world, different methods are used to track and measure various types of stress. Among these techniques, experience sampling is a unique method for studying everyday stress, which can affect employees' performance and even their health by threatening them emotionally and physically. The main advantage of experience sampling is that evaluating instantaneous experiences causes less memory bias than traditional retroactive measures. Further, it allows the exploration of temporal relationships in subjective experiences. The objective of this paper is to structure, analyze, and characterize the state of the art of available literature in the field of surveillance of work stress via the experience sampling method. We used the formal research methodology of systematic mapping to conduct a breadth-first review. We found 358 papers between 2010 and 2021 that are classified with respect to focus, research type, and contribution type. The resulting research landscape summarizes the opportunities and challenges of utilizing the experience sampling method on stress detection for practitioners and academics.Poor medication adherence compromises treatment efficacy and adversely affects patients' clinical outcomes. This study aims to assess (1) multiple medication adherence to the most common drug classes chronically prescribed to older people, (2) the factors associated, and (3) the clinical outcomes. This retrospective cohort study included 122,655 community-dwelling patients aged 65-94 years old, newly exposed to chronic polypharmacy, and recorded in the Lombardy Region (northern Italy) administrative database from 2016 to 2018. Multiple medication adherence was assessed for drugs for diabetes, antithrombotics, antihypertensives, statins, and bisphosphonates, by calculating the daily polypharmacy possession ratio (DPPR). One-year mortality, nursing home, emergency department (ED), and hospital admission rates were calculated for 2019. The most prescribed drugs were antihypertensives (89.0%). The mean (std.dev) DPPR was 82.9% (15.6). Being female (OR = 0.85, 95%CI 0.84-0.86), age ≥85 years (OR = 0.77, 95%CI 0.76-0.79), and multimorbidity (≥4 diseases, OR = 0.88, 95%CI 0.86-0.90) were associated with lower medication adherence. A higher DPPR was associated with clinical outcomes-in particular, improved survival (HR = 0.93 for 10/100-point increase, 95%CI 0.92-0.94) and lower incidence in nursing home admissions (SDHR = 0.95, 95%CI 0.93-0.97). Adherence to the most common chronic drugs co-prescribed to the older population was high. Better multiple medication adherence was associated with better clinical outcomes. The rapid development of software applications and the increasing use of the Internet have raised many questions about the impact of this technology on the lives of adolescents, especially on "digital natives." The advent of social networks (SNs) restructures their relationships in various ways, affecting both adolescents' development and mental health. The present study aims to investigate uses and dangers of SNs according to a sample of 296 (166 female and 130 male) Italian middle and high schools adolescents (age range 13-18) and build a model of how SNs can turn out to be dangerous. To achieve this, twenty-four audio-recorded focus groups of Italian male and female adolescents were investigated by a Grounded Theory approach, abstracting from the transcripts the main uses and dangers of SNs and proposing a final model for the interpretation of the whole set of categories. The results highlighted two main dangers of SNs (a) the desperate search for popularity, and (b) the exhibition of violent or offensive behavior facilitated by the sense of protection and anonymity derived from being hidden behind a virtual account. Finally, a psychological model of how SNs can turn out to be dangerous is presented. This study could be useful in developing prevention procedures against the risks of SNs (e.g., cyberbullying, internet addiction) without demonizing the use of social media as such.Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic inflammatory disease where pro-inflammatory cytokines, damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), and macrophages play a crucial role. However, the interactive role of these mediators, the exact cause precipitating OA and definitive treatment for OA are not known yet. Moreover, the interactive role of interleukin (IL)-33 and IL-37 with other factors in the pathogenesis of OA has not been discussed elaborately. Cilengitide In this study, we analyzed the expression of IL-33 and IL-37 in human OA knee and hip joint cartilage tissues. The effect of increased DAMPs, IL-33, and IL-37 on IL-6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, toll-like receptors (TLRs), and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) expression was delineated using human normal and osteoarthritic chondrocytes. The effect of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-37 on various mediators of inflammation in the presence of IL-33, rHMGB-1, and LPS was investigated to delineate the effects of IL-37. Further, the effects of blocking IL-33 downstream signaling and the effects of IL-33 and IL-37 on macrophage polarization were assessed along with examining the macrophage phenotypes in human OA cartilage tissues. The results of this study revealed increased expression of IL-33 in OA cartilage and that IL-33 increases IL-6, TNF-α, TLRs, and MMPs expression and favors phenotypic conversion towards the M1 phenotype, while IL-37 and blocking IL-33 receptor ST2 have opposite effects. Overall, the results suggest that blocking IL-33 and increasing IL-37 act synergistically to attenuate inflammation and might serve as potential therapeutics in OA.Stroke is one of the main causes of disability. Telerehabilitation could face the growing demand and a good strategy for post-stroke rehabilitation. The aim of this study is to examine the possible effects of therapeutic exercises performed by an App on trunk control, balance, and gait in stroke survivors. A preliminary 12-week randomized controlled trial was developed. Thirty chronic stroke survivors were randomly allocated into two groups. Both groups performed conventional physiotherapy, in addition to, the experimental group (EG) had access to a telerehabilitation App to guide home-based core-stability exercises (CSE). Trunk performance was measured with the Spanish-Trunk Impairment Scale (S-TIS 2.0) and Spanish-Function in Sitting Test. Balance and gait were measured with Spanish-Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke patient, Berg Balance Scale and an accelerometer system. In EG was observed an improvement of 2.76 points in S-TIS 2.0 (p = 0.001). Small differences were observed in balance and gait. Adherence to the use of the App was low. CSE guided by a telerehabilitation App, combined with conventional physiotherapy, seem to improve trunk function and sitting balance in chronic post-stroke. Active participation in the rehabilitation process should be increased among stroke survivors. Further confirmatory studies are necessary with a large sample size.Green development is an effective way to reconcile the main contradictions between resources, environment, and regional development. Green total factor productivity (GTFP) is an important index to measure green development; an undesirable output-oriented SBM-DEA model and GML model can be used to calculate GTFP. China's 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) are divided into three groups eastern, central, and western. The common frontier function and group frontier function are established, respectively, to deeply explore the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and center of gravity shift of inter-provincial green total factor productivity (GTFP) in China, and test the convergence under group frontier, to compare the convergence problems under different regions. This study aims to point out the differences in economic growth in different regions of China, foster regional coordination and orderly progress, promote China's green development process, and improve the high-quality economicnstitutional allocation of environmental resources, implementing regional differentiated environmental regulation policies, and increasing the value creation of factor resources, which is of great significance for realizing the high-quality economic development in which resources, environment, and economy are coordinated in China.

Psoriasis is a severe inflammatory disease associated with a higher comorbidity of depression, cognitive dysfunction and brain atrophy. The association between psoriasis, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) markers and cognitive impairment has rarely been investigated, and the existing results are conflicting.

This study included 89 subjects (53 patients with psoriasis and 36 healthy controls). The severity of psoriasis was evaluated using the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score; for depression, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) scale was used. Neuropsychological tests were also applied, including a Trail Making Test (TMT) as well as Digit Span, Stroop, Verbal Fluency and Rey Auditory Verbal Learning tests. MRI scans were performed using a 1.5 T scanner. Brain volumetry, white matter lesions, grey matter and white matter were evaluated. The extent of these changes was assessed on the Fazekas scale. The differences between groups were evaluated using a Student's

-test and a Mann-Whitney U test, and a Pearson correlation analysis was also performed.
