As the priority drug for treating acute ischemic stroke (AIS), alteplase is a thrombolytic drug with strong fibrin specificity. It can obviously treat AIS with high safety. However, the validity of its time window is controversial. This study focus on the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase for treating AIS at different time windows.

Retrieval of English database (PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library) and Chinese database was conducted (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WAN FANG, VIP, China Biology Medicine disc) by computers. From the establishment of the database to October 2020, a retrospective study and case-control study on intravenous thrombolysis at different time windows for treating AIS were conducted. Two researchers independently conducted data extraction and quality evaluation of literature on the included studies, and RevMan5.3 was used for Meta-analysis on the included literature.

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase at different time windows for treating AIS by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score, modified Rankin Scale rating scale, spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage incidence rate, All-cause mortality, and so on.

This study will provide an evidence-based basis for the clinical efficacy of alteplase for treating AIS by thrombolytic therapy at different time windows.

Private information from individuals will not be published. This systematic review also does not involve endangering participant rights. Ethical approval was not required. The results may be published in a peer-reviewed journal or disseminated at relevant conferences.

In post-acute care hospital setting, the heart failure (HF) individuals with left ventricular assist device (LVAD) have about 30% of transfer to acute care hospitals which requires readmission. There is relative increase in cost and mortality due to the readmission.The goal of this study is to identify possible risk factors at Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) to decrease the rate of readmission to acute care hospitals.This study is retrospective study at the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU)Twenty one individuals with HF and LVAD were admitted to IRU. We determined 2 subgroups. One is the readmission group (Readmission) and the other is the control group (Control). Readmission (n = 6) is the individuals who were transferred to acute care hospital, and Control (n = 15) is the individuals who were discharged.To compare Readmission group with Control group and evaluate demographic, laboratory, and functional outcome parameters. Main Outcome Measures are Body Mass Index (BMI), International Normalized Rati and LVAD at IRU had high INR and low FIM which may be the cause for readmission and need more attentive care. This data can help identify the factors causing readmission and help reduce the rate of readmission. Further evaluation is necessary to determine the cause for readmission.

Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) is a rare malignant tumor that can occur in many areas of the body. The pathogenesis of LELC remains unknown, but Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has been shown to be strongly correlated with LELC at several anatomic sites, including the lungs and thymus. To the best of our knowledge, EBV-associated LELC has never been reported in both the posterior mediastinum and liver. Herein, we report the case of a 41-year-old female diagnosed with LELC in both the posterior mediastinum and liver and discuss whether it is beneficial to perform surgery on advanced LELC when resectable metastases are found.

The patient was a 41-year-old woman who had been suffering from intermittent pain in the upper right quadrant for 3 months without obvious cause and was admitted to our hospital with occasional nausea without vomiting.

Her cancer antigen 125 and cytokeratin 19 fragment levels were elevated, whereas alpha-fetoprotein and alanine aminotransferase were normal. The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy, safety and effectiveness of massage in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

We will search PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of controlled trials (central), ScienceNet, EMBASE, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases. The retrieval date was October 20, 2020. RevMan 5.3 software was used to evaluate the quality and risk of included studies. The efficacy, recurrence rate, and symptom score of breast hyperplasia were analyzed, and the results were observed and measured.

This study will be from the clinical efficiency, improvement rate, pain symptoms disappear rate, tumor size improvement rate and other aspects of the existing evidence for a high quality synthesis, as well as massage adverse events.

the conclusion of this review will provide the basis for judging whether massage is safe and effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

To compare the clinicopathologic features and long-term outcomes for women with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) vs DCIS with microinvasion (DCISM), to assess the impact of microinvasion on tumor size and determine relationships between the number of microinvasive lesions and clinicopathological factors.A total of 493 patients with DCIS or DCISM from our database were analyzed to assess differences in clinicopathologic features and outcomes between the 2 cohorts.The median follow-up was 3.9 years, 229 patients had DCIS and 264 had DCISM, and the mean age was 46.8 years for the entire group. A total of 208 patients underwent axillary operation in the DCIS cohort vs 246 in the DCISM cohort, and the number of lymph node metastasis cases was 0 vs 13 for the 2 groups. For the lymph node-positive cases, the proportion of patients with no less than 3 microinvasive legions was 61.5% (8/13), while in the lymph node-negative group, the proportion of patients was 31.1% (78/251) (P < .05). For the DCIS and DCISM grouesions should be considered.

Fluoropyrimidine combined with oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy have become the first-line treatment for advanced colorectal cancer (CRC). Chinese herbal injections (CHIs), as an important part of TCM, have been widely applied as adjunctive treatments to chemotherapy in patients with advanced CRC. However, the efficacy of this combination therapy has not been evaluated comprehensively.

We will conduct this systematic review and meta-analysis in accordance with the Preferred Reported Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. 7 databases will be searched for related randomized controlled trials (RCTs) from their inception to August 31, 2020 PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals (VIP), SinoMED and Wanfang Database. Two researchers will perform study selection, data extraction, and assessment of risk of bias independently. The primary outcomes are the disease control rate (DCR) and the objective response rate (ORR), the secondary outcomes are progression-free survival (PFS), survival rate, quality of life (QoL) and adverse effects. Cochrane Review Manager (RevMan 5.3) software will be used to analyze the outcomes.

This systematic review will evaluate the efficacy of CHIs and fluoropyrimidine and oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy for advanced CRC so as to provide valuable evidence to the application of CHIs in advanced CRC.

Osteoporosis is usually one of the less perceived complications of chronic illness among children. Previous studies have shown that vitamin D supplementation may be valuable to bone density, especially among children with a deficiency of vitamin D. Yet, the results often remain inconsistent. Therefore, the present study investigates the clinical therapeutic effects of vitamin D supplementation to enhance children with bone mineral density.

We will search the randomised controlled experiment literature of vitamin D supplementation for bone mineral density, focusing on children, in 3 distinct English databases (EMBASE, MEDLINE via PubMed, and Cochrane Library) and 2 specific Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and WanFang databases). Additionally, we intend to explore the Clinical Trials.gov, reference lists of identified publication and the grey literature. We will carry out all statistical analyses using RevMan 5.3 software.
