The aim Was the comparative hygienic evaluation of the pesticide behavior in the soil after application on cereals.
Material and methods Methods of full-scale in-field hygienic experiment, high-performance liquid (HPLC), gas-liquid (GLC), thin-layer chromatography, statistical, bibliography were used in the research.
Results Data on the detailed conditions and land parcels treated with studied pesticide formulation and its a.i. are highlighted in the article. The actual levels of the different classes a.i. content in soil and its dynamics were determined, based on which the dissipation rate constants (K) were calculated, as well as quantitative parameters of stability (τ50, τ95, τ99).
Conclusions Azoxystrobin, benzovindiflupyr, epoxiconazole, propiconazole, prochloraz, cyproconazole can be classified as of low hazardous substances, and trinexapac-ethyl, kresoxim-methyl, picoxystrobin, and tebuconazole are considered to be moderately hazardous. Among all pesticides studied, tebuconazole is the longest e most likely to disappear from the soil. Calculated values of half-lives of the studied substances in the agro-climatic conditions of Ukraine are slightly different from the results of in-field experiments that were conducted in other countries, namely azoxystrobin, epoxiconazole, propiconazole, and cyproconazole disappear from the soil more quickly; the kresoxim-methyl and pinoxaden disappear more slowly. Meanwhile, the persistence of benzovindiflupyr, picoxystrobin, prochloraz, trinexapac-ethyl, and tebuconazole does not differ from the persistence in soils of European countries.
The aim Was to evaluate the quality of DSME provided by primary care physicians to people with diabetes mellitus.
Materials and methods A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted among 120 primary care physicians. The quality of diabetes self-management training provided by physicians was assessed on a personal scale of 39 Likert questions obtained from the American Association of Diabetes Educators in seven areas of diabetes self-monitoring. selleck kinase inhibitor The Cronbach's reliability coefficient for each domain / subscale was ≥ 0.7. The data were analyzed using an independent selective t-test and one-way ANOVA.
Results More than half of the doctors provided "inadequate quality" of diabetes self-management in all areas. Doctors had the highest average score in the domain of "drug intake" (4.46 ± 0.61). Average scores in the "problem-solving domain" (3.52 ± 0.63) and " being active domain" (3.46 ± 0.75) were low. The quality of DSME provided by physicians was not related to any of the characteristics of the physician.
Conclusions The quality of doctors' communication on DSME in this study was suboptimal. Most adequately informed cases of diabetic behavior associated with self-management have been associated with reduced risk factors and an orientation towards disease. Thus, training of primary care physicians in diabetic self-management is recommended because of the key role that these doctors play in managing diabetes.

The aim To establish features of structural and functional changes in myocardium, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, in patients with different outcomes of chronic heart failure (CHF), caused by IHD and DM type II.
Materials and methods Examination of 100 patients who have CHF with IHF and DM type II was performed. Patients were divided in two groups, according to outcome group I (n = 66) - patients with favorable outcome, mean age 60,0 [55,8; 63,3] years, group II (n = 34) - unfavorable outcome of CHF, mean age 58,0 [55,0;60,3] years. We analysed complaints, cardiologycal anamnesis, cardiovascular risk factors, physical examination data. Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), carbohydrate and lipid panel were assessed to find out early specific signs of myocardial injury.
Results We find out statistically significant associations between TTE results, lipid panel and CHF progression in study population.
Conclusions Comparative analysis showed that degree of CHF in patients with IHD and DM type II that have preserved LV EF is associated with duration of DM and CHF, arterial hypertension (AH) level and degree of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism disturbances. Early TTE signs of unfavorable outcome are increase of transmitral deceleration time (Dt), increase of mean PA pressure (PA MP) even in range lower the 20mmHg.

The aim Assessment of a possibility of performing differential diagnostics of the post-beam radio necrosis (PBRN) and the local recurrence (LR) after the carried-out stereotaxic radio surgery (SRS) according to perfusion on the basis of non-contrast pulse arterial backs markings (PASL).
Materials and methods In our research, we consider results of the stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) which is carried out to 20 patients with the diagnosis the malignant glioma of a brain (MGB) in respect differential diagnostics of a local tumor recurrence and radionecrosis according to perfusion non-contrast MRT of a research on the basis of the sequence of PASL. The diagnosis of MGB before carrying out SRS was established to all 20 patients on the basis of a histologic research on data of a biopsy. From them the anaplastic astrocytoma (AnASTs, grade III) and at 14 - a glioblastoma was diagnosed for 6 patients (GBM, grade IV). Confirmations of the post-beam diagnosis it was carried out on the basis of a histologic research on results of a stereotactic biopsy or a surgical resection.
