This study aimed to analyse the demands, motivations and challenges experienced by former nurses who returned to their profession due to the Sars-CoV-2 pandemic. The objectives of this analysis were to understand how nurses construct professional identities under crisis conditions and to derive recommendation for a successful - temporary or permanent - return to the nursing profession.

15 expert interviews with nursing professionals were conducted and analysed using the discrepancy model according to Heinzer et al. [11] and structuring qualitative content analysis [13].

The results showed that nurses who decided to return to the nursing profession or were considering doing so experienced a sense of conflict between considerations on a continuum ranging from a sense of duty, collegial helpfulness, caring and self-care.

In order to ease the process of returning to the nursing profession, clear communication regarding possible re-entry points is needed. Additionally, barriers to re-entry need to be minimized and professional recognition as well as control over working conditions need to be improved.

The aim of the study was to investigate the use of teletherapy during the corona pandemic by three non-medical therapy professionals in the health sector.

As part of a questionnaire-based online survey, 282 participants from the field of ergotherapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy were asked about usage behavior, challenges, potentials, and general conditions of teletherapy.

Especially ergo and speech therapists used teletherapy during the corona pandemic. From their point of view, teletherapy also had a potential to be used as an alternative form of therapy, regardless of the coronavirus pandemic, adding that there was a great need for further assistance and training in the field of teletherapy.

To implement this form of therapy on a long-term basis, in addition to technical requirements and training opportunities, accounting formalities need to be clarified.

The aim of this study was the development and evaluation of a short (9-item) version of the body experience questionnaire (FBeK-9).

Based upon a representative survey from 1996, a 15-item version of the FBeK was constructed which was then evaluated in another representative sample (n=2510) as well as three clinical groups, namely patients with depressive disorders (n=106), patients with eating disorders (N=107), and patients suffering from pain (N=90). Depressive and anxiety symptoms and pain disability (PHQ-9, PHQ-4, PDI) were also assessed. Item selection and the determination of the factor structure were performed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and led to the development of the FBeK-9. Sunitinib The final three subscales were tested for invariance related to sex, age and disorder. In addition, convergent validity was assessed and norms were provided.

Models of confirmatory factor analyses revealed acceptable fit indices ((CFI) =0.982,(ω ) =0.020) in all samples. The subscales "uncertainty/impaired sensation","attractiveness/self-confidence" and "accentuation of the body/sensitivity" indicated acceptable reliability (ω=0.707) and correlated with depressive and anxiety symptoms and pain in an expected manner. We also could show differences between the normative sample and the clinical groups. Measurement invariance was shown for age and sex.

It can be concluded that the 9-item version of the body experience questionnaire also provides a reliable, valid and economically efficient measure that can be used in studies of body experience in non-clinical and clinical samples. In the future, more validity studies should be performed.

Persons suffering from mental illness have an increased risk of a severe or fatal course following an infection with SARS-CoV-2. Thus, the question arises to what extent interactions between the newly approved vaccines and psychotropic drugs may be expected. Data on the tolerability and efficacy of vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 under treatment with psychotropic drugs are not available to date - however, potential interactions can be derived from previous investigations on vaccines against other pathogens, such as a reduced immune response with lower clinical efficacy and an increase in drug plasma levels due to the indirect vaccine-mediated inhibition of metabolizing enzymes. On the other hand, depressed patients treated with antidepressant medication show a better immune response.Epidemiological studies show that low birth weight is associated with mortality from cardiovascular disease in adulthood, indicating that chronic diseases could be influenced by hormonal or metabolic insults encountered in utero. This concept, now known as the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease hypothesis, postulates that the intrauterine environment may alter the structure and function of the organs of the fetus as well as the expression of genes that impart an increased vulnerability to chronic diseases later in life. Lifestyle interventions initiated during the prenatal period are crucial as there is the potential to attenuate progression towards chronic diseases. However, how lifestyle interventions such as physical activity directly affect human offspring metabolism and the potential mechanisms involved in regulating metabolic balance at the cellular level are not known. The purpose of this review is to highlight the effects of exercise during pregnancy on offspring metabolic health and emphasize gaps in the current human literature and suggestions for future research. This study explores the influence of corona-specific training and playing conditions - especially empty stadiums - on match performance, contact behavior, and home advantage in the Bundesliga (BL) and Bundesliga 2 (BL2). We analyzed the 2017/18, 2018/19, and 2019/20 seasons and compared matches in rounds 26-34 before shutdown with "ghost" matches after restart. Results show increased running activity for high intensity distance (+ 6.1%) and total distance covered (+ 4.3%). In BL2 in particular there were also changes in tactical aspects of the game (time in last third -6.3%, pressure on pass receiver -8.6%, success of attacking duels -7.9%, share of long passes completed + 15.6%, outplayed opponents per pass -14.7%). Contact time to other players ( less then  2 m distance) was 1535 mins per match. After restart, contact was reduced, especially when the ball was not in the last third (-11.2%). Away wins increased by +44.2% in BL and the home-away difference in yellow cards changed in favor of the away team (+31.2%) in BL2. We conclude that empty stadiums have reduced home advantage and decreased referee bias when awarding yellow cards. Player behavior might have been affected by tactical demands and/or conscious or unconscious self-protection.

The study aimed to determine the association of surgical necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) and its timing, with the development and timing of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).

This was a secondary data analysis of 7,483 preterm infants from the Postnatal Growth and Retinopathy of Prematurity Study. Associations between infants with surgical NEC, early-onset surgical NEC (8-28 days), and late-onset surgical NEC (over 28 days) with ROP were evaluated by using multivariable logistic regression models, controlling for birth weight, gestational age, small for gestational age status, chronic lung disease, intraventricular hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, patent ductus arteriosus, and periventricular leukomalacia.

 Three hundred fifty-six (4.8%) infants had surgical NEC, with 56% having early surgical NEC. Infants with surgical NEC had a higher risk of any ROP and severe ROP (adjusted odds ratio [OR] 2.7; 95% CI 1.9-3.7) and 2.5 (95% CI 1.9-3.3), respectively;

< 0.001) compared with infants without surgical NE is associated with a higher ROP risk compared with later onset surgical NEC..Analgesic drug therapy in kidney patients needs special expertise. Patients with kidney disease frequently have pain and they have chronic pain more than others. Some analgesic drugs have a nephrotoxic potential and co-analgesics such as anticonvulsive, antidepressive and antipsychotic drugs need a dose adjustment to kindey function. When treating kidney patients with morphine, the accumulation kinetics of the M6 glucuronide must be observed. Otherwise, the risk increases for respiratory depression.

Diagnosis of a polysymptomatic, rare parasitosis requires collaboration of internal specialists, tropical disease specialists, parasitologists and dermatologists.

The course of disease is shown in a 66-year-old woman who regularly travels to Cameroon and presented with remarkable hypereosinophilia and pruritus with urticarial swellings.

Using interdisciplinary diagnostics based on travel history, symptoms and laboratory results an occult amicrofilaraemic

infection with immunological hyperreaction to the parasite antigen, reactive hypereosinophilia and high antibody titers was diagnosed.

Anthelmintic therapy was inducted with ivermectin and diethylcarbamazine. Treatment with ivermectin alone resulted in a prompt regression of symptoms and decrease of eosinophil levels and antibody titers.

 Parasitic diseases like

infections are extremely rare in Europe but should be considered as differential diagnosis at an early stage when patients present with appropriate travel history and clinical findings. There is a lack of standardized therapy and follow-up recommendations. A precise recording of all new diagnoses with therapy progress/response should be established in an international registry.

Collaborative data from the European biologics registries show no evidence for an overall increased risk of malignancy with TNF inhibitors. Venous thromboembolism occurs less frequently under TNF inhibitors than under conventional synthetic DMARDs. Regarding interleukin-6 inhibitors, the incidence of lower intestinal tract perforations is increased with tocilizumab and presents with atypical symptoms. There is no evidence of increased facial paresis with tocilizumab. Janus kinase inhibitors increase the risk for the occurrence of herpes zoster. New data on biosimilars suggest that they can be used with a comparable safety profile to originator drugs.
