As we expand our acumen of the intricacies of hematological malignancies at a genetic and cellular level, we have paved the way in advancing novel targeted therapeutic avenues such as chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies (CAR T). Engineering cells to target a specific antigen has led to dramatic remission rates in cases of relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia as well as multiple myeloma thus far with trials in place to further advance targeted therapies in other hematological malignancies. Most currently available CAR T therapies target CD19 antigen. Studies are underway exploring novel CAR T products aimed at other tumor-specific antigens with potential to improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicities. Early studies have confirmed safety and efficacy of CD22 and BCMA targeted CAR T therapies. Moreover, various other targets including CD20, CD30, CD123, kappa, and lambda light chains among others are under clinical investigation as potential avenues of targeted therapy. This review highlights the shift in the treatment paradigm in pursuing diverse antigen targets while addressing the challenges in terms of the efficacy and toxicity of current CAR T-cell therapies.In a series of recently published studies purportedly on the "additive-area heuristic," Yousif & Keil (2019, 2020) argue for a systematic distortion in the perception of the cumulative area of an item array and further claim that previous findings of numerical cognition and magnitude perception in general are "at risk" (Yousif & Keil, 2021). This commentary describes serious stimulus design flaws present in all of Yousif and colleagues experiments that prevent from making such conclusions. Specifically, item arrays used in those studies demonstrate a skewed correlational structure between selected magnitude dimensions and exhibit unbalanced ranges across different magnitude dimensions of interest. Because the perception of magnitude dimensions interferes one another and because our perceptual system is sensitive to the statistical regularities of the sensory input, such a biased design makes it difficult, if not impossible, to interpret the choice behavior of an observer making magnitude judgments. By re-introducing the mathematical framework for a systematic construction of dot array stimuli (DeWind et al., 2015) and by re-analyzing the data from another recent study on area perception (Tomlinson et al., 2020), this paper explains-and introduces a MATLAB code for-an optimal method for designing and constructing dot arrays for magnitude perception studies.A novel adaptive sliding mode observer-based control strategy is put forward for a type of uncertain singular systems subject to unknown state delay, input nonlinearity and uncertain perturbation in this article. Firstly, the unmeasured state is reconstructed by a particular observer without any inputs, from which a novel linear switching surface is provided. Subsequently, performance analysis of the resultant system on the switching surface is ensured under a new admissibility criterion. An associated adaptive control signal is synthesized to ensure that the established switching surface can be attained in finite moment. Health sciences students usually report high rates of mental health problems. The COVID-19 pandemic context may have serious psychological impacts in this at-risk population. We aimed to assess the self-reported mental health status, health-related quality of life and coping strategies of health sciences students during the early stage of the pandemic.
An online 128-item questionnaire sent to 17,673 health sciences students from the Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 in April 2020 assessed a) sociodemographic characteristics, b) conditions of lockdown, c) depressive (Beck Depression Inventory- Short Form, BDI-SF), anxiety (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory-A, STAI-A) and traumatic symptoms (Impact of Event Scale -Revised, IES-R), d) health-related quality of life (SF12) and e) coping strategies (Brief Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced, Brief COPE).
The participation rate was 9.9% (n=1,765). A total of 19.5% of participants reported an IES-R>33, 11.6% depressive symptoms, 58.1% anxiety symptoms, anthe pandemic partly explain the observed prevalence.
Cannabis use disorder is the most commonly reported illegal substance use disorder and demand for treatment is growing worldwide.
Our aim was to compare the two last Cochrane systematic reviews of the literature concerning psychotherapeutic and psychosocial interventions for cannabis use disorder to determine what new evidence emerged and how craving was considered as a treatment mediator.
We extracted raw data from both reviews regarding their titles, objectives, methods and results. This information was analyzed by face validity to distinguish apparent differences from real differences. It enabled us to describe similarities and differences between reviews. We also screened both reviews looking for craving or related words.
The objective and methods of both reviews were mostly similar. Although the second review covered a wider range of psychotherapies, including drug counseling and mindfulness-based meditation as an intervention group and minimal treatment as a control group. The methods and results of the last two Cochrane reviews on psychosocial interventions for cannabis use disorder were mostly similar. Consistent with other reviews on the same subject and reviews of psychotherapies for other substance use disorders, the 2016 review confirmed evidence already available in the 2006 review. Auditory-verbal hallucinatory experiences (AVH) represent a prevalence of 12% in the general pediatric population. They are most often considered as a transient and benign developmental phenomenon, associated with mood and anxiety disorders. The persistence of AVHs for several years and into adolescence would represent a poor prognosis of progression into a psychiatric disorder, and more particularly psychotic disorder. The alteration of social and emotional cognitive markers are described as prodromal of this unfavorable progression which should be considered within the continuum between subclinical and clinical signs of the "psychosis phenotype". The objective of this study was to assess these markers in children and adolescents with AVH and their correlation with the presence and persistence of hallucinations.
Multicenter prospective case-control study, longitudinal over 6months. Patients were included based on the presence of HAV on clinical examination. Forty subjects aged 8 to 16years from a clinicactrum disorder. The persistence of AVH was not significantly correlated with the marker of social cognition, but it was significantly correlated with the presence of negative emotions (sadness, fear, hostility and anger) and inversely correlated with emotions of joy.
In this study, AVH experiences in the pediatric population are not linked to markers of social cognition, but negative emotions appear as early markers of AVH persistence. CLINICALTRIALS.

Depression as well as a treatment by antidepressant are factors that may interfere with sexuality. Due to this complex relationship between depression, antidepressant and sexuality, it is difficult to incontestably establish the exclusive accountability of a treatment or of a psychiatric disorder on sexual dysfunctions. The main purpose of the SADD (for Sexuality, Anti-Depressant and Depression) study is to evaluate sexual dysfunctions in depressed men treated with antidepressant or not.
Participants of this transversal, observational study were men aged over 18 years old, suffering from unipolar major depressive disorder and treated by a psychiatrist, with or without antidepressant. Assessment of sexual functioning through three times euthymia (before depression), untreated depression and treated depression if applicable was performed based on the ASEX scale.
Seventy patients were included. Eight percent of euthymic patients presented a sexual dysfunction (average score on the ASEX=12.4) whereas 56% of untreated patients presented a sexual dysfunction (average total score on the ASEX=17.7) and 62% (34/55) of patients treated with antidepressant (average total score on ASEX=18.5) (P<0.001). Sexual functioning of men receiving treatment is not significantly different to that among men not receiving any antidepressant, even if patients treated with antidepressant reported that they had a better mood than those untreated.
Our results reveal a high prevalence of sexual dysfunction within the framework of major depressive disorder and its treatment and underlines the complex relationship between major depressive disorder, antidepressant and sexuality.

Using a national large-scale evaluation of three preschool social-emotional interventions, this study investigated how strongly teachers' commitment predicted implementation fidelity and whether commitment was a meaningful predictor of fidelity as compared to other individual factors (i.e., teacher stress at baseline) and contextual factors (i.e., collegial supports, classroom behavioral problems, and classroom quality at baseline). We surveyed 230 preschool teachers in their first year of implementing the interventions; data sources include surveys from teachers and 52 intervention coaches as well as classroom observational data. We found that teachers' baseline commitment consistently predicted implementation fidelity across time and that commitment predicted unique variation in fidelity after accounting for other individual and contextual factors.
