The expression levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), dentin matrix protein 1 (DMP1), and dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) are significantly increased in the MSN@Gel group so as to better repair damaged dentin. In order to inhibit the proliferation of bacteria in the dental pulp, metronidazole (MTR) is loaded into MSN. The study found that MSN could effectively prolong the half-life of MTR by 1.75 times, and the viability of HDPSCs could be better maintained in the MSN-MTR@Gel group so as to better promote its proliferation to repair pulpitis. However, with the increase of the MTR concentration, its proliferation effect on HDPSCs decreased gradually, and the proliferation effect is the best in 10 μmol/L. Therefore, the MSN-MTR@Gel scaffold is expected to become an effective method for pulpitis therapy in the future.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common gynecological endocrine disorder in women of gestational age and the most common cause of female infertility. This study aimed to investigate the effect of letrozole and metformin combined with targeted nursing on ovarian function, LH, and FSH in infertile patients with PCOS.

A total of 72 infertile patients with PCOS were divided into the control group and combined group. The control group was given metformin tablets combined with targeted nursing therapy. The combined group was treated with letrozole on the basis of the control group. Ovarian function, LH, and FSH were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.

After treatment, the total effective rate (94.44%) of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.56%). After treatment, the levels of HbA1c, FINS, HOMA-IR, TG, and TC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the HDL-C level was higher than that before treatment. To study the clinical value of Xiaozheng decoction combined with bladder perfusion treating bladder cancer after the operation and its effect on serum miR-143 and miR-92a.

The patients in the control group were treated with gemcitabine bladder instillation, and patients in the study group were treated with the combination of gemcitabine bladder instillation + Xiaozheng decoction. This article mainly explores the role of CT imaging diagnosis in common acute abdominal diseases in general surgery. In this paper, the use of computer-aided CT scan imaging technology in pulmonary nodules was firstly investigated, and the image segmentation algorithms based on CT images were given, including the spatial domain fuzzy C-mean clustering separation algorithm and the spatial domain fuzzy clustering level set semiautomatic separation algorithm, then the treatment of acute abdomen under the concept of ERAS was explored, and the treatment of ERAS under CT images of the acute abdomen was analyzed and studied. The empirical research results show that the ERAS's concept is guided by the undergoing national nutritional support with the traditional perioperative management. Compared to 12.9% of complications in traditional CPM groups, the recall rate of complications after ERAS group was only 6.01%, the improvement was obvious and the results were statistically significant (P less then 0.05).
