Molecular diversity between K. pneumoniae isolates was determined using Rep-PCR markers technique. Thirty eight bands were resulted from the rep-PCR primers. Out of them, 31 bands were polymorphic with a polymorphism average of 81.6%. Total loci detected for each primer varied from 11 to 15 loci, and the loci size ranging from 200 to 2000 bp. These data may present novel epidemiological information regarding the clonal nature of K. pneumoniae separated from Taif governorate hospitals, Saudi Arabia. © 2020 The Author. The datasets in this article are supplementary to the corresponding research article [1, 2]. The planar morphology and topography of TiC thin films coated on commercially pure Titanium (CpTi) grown by RF magnetron sputtering were investigated using Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and Atomic force microscope (AFM). The mechanical properties such as Hardness and Young Modulus of the thin film coating was studied using Nanohardness. ABT-199 cell line Furthermore, grazing incidence X-ray diffractometer (GIXRD) and Raman spectroscopy were used to analyse the structural and composition of the TiC thin film coating. © 2020 The Authors.Data on total weight and standard length of freshwater bream and perch, two of the most abundant fish species in the Volga River basin, were collected monthly from April 2016 to May 2017. Fish were caught using gill-nets with 50 and 80 mm mesh sizes. Linear regression analysis of log-transformed values was performed. Regression slope and intercept were used to obtain length-weight relationships and mean condition factors. The data can be used for calculation of the relative weights of given species and further efforts to develop a mathematical model for the Volga River ecosystem. © 2020 The Authors. In this work, data on a temperature-dependent thermic and electrical properties in a novel blend polymer electrolyte membranes based on poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and chitosan (CS) doped with H3PO4 at different concentrations were prepared by solution casting method. Their phase behavior and ionic conductivity were studied by DSC, TGA and IS. These membranes exhibit good proton conductivity of the order of 10-2 Scm-1 at 200 °C and the understanding of the H3PO4 at different concentrations effect in the polymer electrolyte membranes is crucial for possible applications in fuel cells. The data have not been reported nor discussed in the research paper to be submitting. © 2020 The Author(s).These data describe the use of virgin oil from coconuts (Cocos nucifera) and bioethanol from the sap of sugar palms (Arenga pinnata) as raw materials for biodiesel synthesis. Virgin coconut oil (VCO) was produced using mechanical techniques and was fermented without heating, while bioethanol was obtained from the distillation/redistillation of sugar palm sap (SPS), which was fermented spontaneously. Biodiesel was obtained by refluxing VCO and SPS bioethanol with a potassium hydroxide (KOH) transesterification catalyst for 3 hours. The results of the reaction were tested by determining the physical and chemical properties as well as by identifying the main components of biodiesel by spectroscopy. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) chromatogram data and spectrum identification results show that ethanol from the distillation/redistillation of spontaneously fermented SPS can be used as a reagent in biodiesel synthesis. © 2020 The Authors.Ingestion of toxic alcohols other than ethanol (ethylene glycol, methanol, isopropanol, and propylene glycol) can cause life-threatening complications including altered level of consciousness, respiratory depression, and organ damage from metabolites. Many hospitals lack the ability to specifically analyze these compounds using gas chromatography, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, or by enzymatic assays for ethylene glycol. Consequently, the presence of these compounds in blood is often ascertained indirectly by laboratory testing for acid-base status, osmolal gap, and anion gap. In the related research article, we analyzed 260 samples originating from 158 unique patients that had osmolal gap and specific testing for toxic alcohols performed on serum/plasma at an academic medical center central clinical laboratory. The data in this article provide the patient demographic, osmolal gap (and associated laboratory tests needed for this calculation), ethanol concentration by enzymatic assay, specific testing for toxic alcohols (ethylene glycol, isopropanol, methanol, propylene glycol) and acetone, anion gap, clinical history, antidotal treatment, and estimated timing of ingestion. The analyzed data is provided in the supplementary tables included in this article. Bias plots of osmolal gap estimations are included in a figure. The dataset reported is related to the research article entitled "Correlation of Osmolal Gap with Measured Concentrations of Acetone, Ethylene Glycol, Isopropanol, Methanol, and Propylene Glycol in Patients at an Academic Medical Center" [1]. © 2020 The Author(s).The conceptual site model (CSM) has been designed for Inactive/abandoned mines in the SW part of Cuddapah basin, which gives an overview of Inactive/abandoned mine characterization in terms of physical impacts such as vertical openings, dangerous impoundments, location of steep slopes, waste processing facilities, steep portal abandoned barite mine and assessment of groundwater analytical data. To evaluate the groundwater quality and its suitability for domestic, drinking purposes, 44 groundwater samples were collected from the southwestern part of the Cuddapah basin, were examined for major cations and anions. The suitability of groundwater for drinking purposes is assessed by comparing with the World Health Organization (W.H.O) and Indian standards (IS). © 2020 Published by Elsevier Inc.This article presents raw data obtained from a prospectively collected database of children with duodenal atresia at tertiary pediatric surgery hospital. For all potential participants, pertinent demographic, clinical and operative data was obtained from the database. Potential participants were then contacted and invited to complete a Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL™) 4.0 core score and gastrointestinal module questionnaires. Participant's response to each item in the questionnaires is provided, as well as their calculated health related quality of life scores. Data has the potential to be reused in future studies examining quality of life in duodenal atresia, paediatric gastrointestinal conditions, surgical neonatal conditions and children with trisomy 21. Further analysis and discussion is contained in related research article titled "Quality of life outcomes in children born with duodenal atresia" [1]. © 2020 The Authors.
