ratio was associated with an increased risk of postmenopausal breast cancer. No clear association between leptin and premenopausal and risks for postmenopausal breast cancer was found in the study.

Postmenopausal women with decreased levels of sOB-R and adiponectin, and increased FLI and L/A, and premenopausal women with decreased levels of sOB-R and adiponectin were found to be at high risks for breast cancer.

Postmenopausal women with decreased levels of sOB-R and adiponectin, and increased FLI and L/A, and premenopausal women with decreased levels of sOB-R and adiponectin were found to be at high risks for breast cancer.

To investigate the significance of stemness-related genes in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer.

Key modules and genes were identified with weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA). The signal pathways of high expression of key genes were analyzed by gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and single cell sequencing data. The chemosensitivity of ovarian cancer to chemotherapy drugs was estimated with pRRophetic. Flow cytometry was used to examine the expression of CD44

CD117

in SKOV3 cells and cancer stem cells. The expression of key genes in ovarian cancer stem cells was confirmed by qRT-PCR. The core genes were identified by GeneMANIA analysis.

According to the WGCNA results, 15 key genes were identified at the transcription level, all being highly expressed in many kinds of tumors. They were involved in the cell cycle, DNA repair, E2 target and G2M checkpoint pathway, and had significant correlation with chemosensitivity. The proportion of CD44

CD117

cells in SKOV3 cells and ovarian cancer stem cells were (1.20±0.34)% and (37.17±1.80)% respectively, with statistically significant difference (

<0.05). qRT-PCR confirmed that seven key genes (

Seven hub genes, especially

1, were identified by constructing gene co-expression network, which may become potential biomarkers of ovarian cancer gene.

To synthesize three kinds of metal complexes of aloe-emodin and compare the antioxidant activities of the ligands and the complexes.

Three kinds of aloe emodin metal complex, the aloe-emodin-iron (Ⅱ), the aloe-emodin-copper (Ⅱ) and the aloe-emodin-magnesium (Ⅱ) complexes, were synthesized by dissolving and stirring in anhydrous ethanol solvent, and their structures were characterized. The Fe

-H

O

-methylene blue method, the diphenyl bitter hydrazine radical method (DPPH method) and other assays were used to determine the clearance effect of ligands and complexes on superoxide radicals (O

•), hydroxyl radicals (•OH) and phenyl bitter hydrazine radical (DPPH•).

Three kinds of aloe emodin metal complex, the aloe-emodin-iron (Ⅱ), the aloe-emodin-copper (Ⅱ) and the aloe-emodin-magnesium (Ⅱ) complexes, were successfully synthesized. Sunitinib According to the results of structural characterization, we speculated that the aloe-emodin metal complexes were formed at the site between the two molecules of aloe-emodin and one molecule of metal ions (Fe

, Mg

, Cu

) via the 9

carbonyl and 8

hydroxyl groups of the aloe-emodin molecules. Both the complex and the ligand have clearance effects on three kinds of free radicals, and the complex showed stronger effects than its ligand (

<0.05).

Coordination of aloe-emodin with metal ions, such as Fe

, Cu

, and Mg

, could enhance the antioxidant activity of the ligand itself.

Coordination of aloe-emodin with metal ions, such as Fe 2+, Cu 2+, and Mg 2+, could enhance the antioxidant activity of the ligand itself.

To explore the influence for combination of Dingkun Dan with estradiol valerateon in treating rats with thin endometrium with Kidney-Yang deficiency based on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

The estrous period 40 rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the model group, the Dingkun Dan group, the estradiol valerateon group and the combination group, with 8 rats in each group. In addition to the normal control group, the rat model of thin endometrium with Kidney-Yang deficiency was established in other groups. The control group used free diet, the model group was given distilled water, the estradiol valerateon group was treated with progynova by gavage at 0.3 mg/(kg·d) , Dingkun Dan group was treated with Dingkun Dan by gavage at 2.26 g/(kg·d), and the combined group was given Dingkun Dan at 2.26 g/(kg·d) on the basis of progynova at 0.3 mg/(kg·d). After 3 estrous cycles, the rats were killed and harvested. HE staining was used to observe histopathologic changes in endometrium. The expressoup, the level of β-catenin in Dingkun Dan group was higher, and MMP-9 was lower (

<0.05 or

<0.01). The levels of β-catenin and MMP-9 in the combination group were significantly decreased (

<0.01). Compared with the combination group, the levels of β-catenin was increased significantly, while decreased signicantly in Dingkun Dan group (

<0.01 or

<0.05).

Dingkun Dan combined with estradiol valerateon can increase the thicken of the endometrium by up-regulation of VEGF, while down-regulate of β-catenin, E-cadherin and MMP-9 in rats with Shen-Yang deficiency and thin endometrium.

To investigate the effects of morin-regulated NLRP3/Caspase-1 pathway on experimental autoimmune thyroiditis in rats.

The rats were randomly assigned to 6 groups control group, experimental autoimmune thyroiditis group (EAT), low-, medium- and high-dose morin groups (post-modeling gavage of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg morin hydrate per day for 6 weeks) and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides group (LGT group, post-modeling gavage of 6.25 mg/kg tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidesper day for 6 weeks). Except for the control group, the rat model of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis was established by subcutaneous injection of 0.1 mL incomplete Freund's adjuvant containing porcine thyroglobulin. The levels of serum thyroglobulin (TgAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), triiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodothyronine (T4) in serum were detected by radioimmunoassay. The mRNA levels of interleukin-17 (

-17), interleukin-4 (

-4) and interferon γ (

-

) were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
