The study draws on the WHO's framework for tracking progress towards UHC using the implementation of a mildly progressive pluralistic health financing model in Ghana and advocates a comprehensive discourse on the potential for LMICs to build resilient and responsive health systems to facilitate a gradual transition towards UHC.The difficulty in studying the relationship between stress and emotional regulation is due to the need to contemplate a dynamic perspective that analyzes the moderating role of stress. In fact, stress involves different phases or stages, and the neurocognitive processes involved in emotion regulation differ significantly between these phases. The period of anticipation of stressful events can be fundamental to understand the process of stress regulation; however, surprisingly few works have analyzed the differential activation of brain networks involved in cognitive regulation during the phases of stress and recovery. Taking this into consideration, within this study we propose to analyze in an integrated way the psychological and neurobiological processes during the phase of stress and recovery, with the aim of improving our understanding of the mechanisms that underlie successful and unsuccessful stress regulation. We consider that from the present review we contribute to achieve a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying successful and unsuccessful stress regulation would contribute to the improvement of prevention and treatment interventions for mental disorders.Wheat crop contributes to a major portion of the agriculture economy of Nepal. It is ranked as the third major cereal crop of the country even though, it faces terminal heat stress which speeds up the grain filling rate and shortens the filling period, causing reduction in grain weight, size, number and quality losses. We can minimize this loss through a genotypic selection of high-yielding lines by understanding the genotype-environment interaction. The objective of this research is to obtain a high yielding line with a stable performance across the environments. In order to do so, we conducted an experiment using eighteen elite wheat lines and two check varieties in alpha-lattice design with two replications in different environments viz. irrigated and terminal heat stress environment from November 2019 to April 2020. The analysis of variance revealed that genotype, environment and their interaction had a highly significant effect on the yield. Furthermore, the which-won-where model indicated specific adaptation of elite lines NL 1179, NL 1420, BL 4407, NL 1368 to the irrigated environment and Bhirkuti to the terminal heat-stressed environment. Similarly, the mean-versus-stability study indicated that elite lines BL 4407, NL 1368, BL 4919, NL 1350, and NL 1420 had above-average yield and higher stability whereas elite lines Gautam, NL 1412, NL 1376, NL 1387, NL 1404, and NL 1381 had below-average yield and lower stability. The ranking of elite lines biplot, PC1 explaining 73.6% and PC2 explaining 26.4% of the interaction effect, showed the rank of elite line, NL 1420 > NL 1368> NL 1350 > other lines, close to the ideal line. On the basis of the obtained results, we recommend NL 1420 with both the high yield and stability is suited across both the environments, while NL 1179 and Bhirkuti is adapted specifically for irrigated and terminal heat stress environment, respectively.This paper examines impacts of adoption of wheat chickpea double cropping on yield and farm income of smallholder rural farmers in Becho district, South West Shewa Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia. The study used cross-sectional data collected from 203 smallholder farm households selected randomly through two-stage stratified random sampling technique. Propensity score matching was employed to analyze the impacts of adoption on yield and farm income. The result showed that adoption of wheat-chickpea double cropping has significant impact on yield and farm income of the group of adopter households compared to the group of non-adopters. With regard to yield, adopters harvested average wheat yield of 2120 kg/ha, while the non-adopters harvested average wheat yield of 1420 kg/ha. In addition, the treated households earned average annual farm income of about 709.125 Euro per year from sale of both wheat and chickpea as adopters; while the non-adopters earned average farm income of 129 Euro from sale of wheat. These results imply that scaling out of wheat-chickpea double cropping contributes to food security and rural livelihood improvement through yield and farm income increment. Hence, encouraging farmers towards adoption of wheat-chickpea double cropping is essential for improving livelihoods of rural households by properly addressing factors such as access to improved seeds, training on double cropping, involvement in non-farm income activities, access to broad bed maker (BBM), ownership of tropical livestock unit (TLU) and access to fertilizer.There is lack of studies that describe the experience of studying a health promotion course using an interactive approach and students' perceptions about this method of teaching. The purpose of this study is to describe students' experiences and perceptions about health promotion course using an interactive learning approach. A descriptive qualitative design was used among 16 undergraduate university students at a governmental university. Four main themes emerged from the data analysis including (1) fruitfulness and satisfying experience of interactive learning, (2) interactive learning versus traditional learning, (3) barriers to interactive learning, and (4) suggestions to enhance interactive learning. Students reflected positive attitudes toward interactive learning. Interactive learning helped students to be engaged in learning process physically and cognitively. Students mentioned several advantages of learning health promotion course using interactive learning, including, enhancing understanding, sharing ideas and opinions, promoting self-esteem and self-confidence, keeping their minds active and attentive, and improving interpersonal communication. Updated and contemporary learning strategies and methods should be introduced for enhancing interactive learning courses.The effect of different doses of UV-C light (5.3, 8.3 and 11.4 kJ/m2) on native mycobiota and Botrytis cinerea incidence, micro and ultrastructure, biomechanical properties and weight loss of blueberry fruit cv. Using the method Density Functional Theory (DFT) level of the B3LYP (Becke three-parameter Lee-Yang-Parr) exchange correlation functional with 6-31G (d, p) and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT). According to the obtained results, optoelectronic properties and photovoltaic of the dyes, we can suggest that these designed molecules are better sensitizers as a candidate for the production of dye solar cells (DSSCs). This theoretical study paves the way for chemists to synthesize more efficient sensitizers for applications in dye solar cells.

The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed changes in radiotherapy (RT) departments worldwide. Medical physicists (MPs) are key healthcare professionals in maintaining safe and effective RT. This study reports on MPs experience during the first pandemic peak and explores the consequences on their work.

A 39-question survey on changes in departmental and clinical practice and on the impact for the future was sent to the global MP community. A total of 433 responses were analysed by professional role and by country clustered on the daily infection numbers.

The impact of COVID-19 was bigger in countries with high daily infection rate. The majority of MPs worked in alternation at home/on-site. Among practice changes, implementation and/or increased use of hypofractionation was the most common (47% of the respondents). Sixteen percent of respondents modified patient-specific quality assurance (QA), 21% reduced machine QA, and 25% moved machine QA to weekends/evenings. The perception of trust in leadership and team unity was reversed between management MPs (towards increased trust and unity) and clinical MPs (towards a decrease). Changes such as home-working and increased use of hypofractionation were welcomed. However, some MPs were concerned about pressure to keep negative changes (e.g. weekend work).

To prospectively assess toxicities of curative-intent intensity-modulated conformal radiotherapy (IMRT) in patients with extremity soft tissue sarcomas (ESTS).

Data from 59 consecutive patients with ESTS between 2014 and 2019 were both retrospectively and prospectively analysed. Toxicity data were collected both by confidential mailed survey (39% completed) and medical charts, and graded according to CTCAE v5.0. Normal tissues dosimetric data (healthy soft tissue segment, joint and bone) were included. The healthy soft tissue segment was created by adding 5cm on either side of the PTV on CT axial slices, the PTV and bone (and articulation if present) were then removed from the generated volume.

IMRT was delivered post-operatively for nearly half of patients (n=24, 41%), preoperatively for 18 (31%) and exclusively for 17 (28%; salvage 13% or immediately inoperable 15%). The median total dose delivered to the planned target volume (PTV) was 50.4Gy (36-68Gy) and 13 patients (22%) received a boost. With a median follow-up of 27months (6-94months), a total of 87 late effects were identified in 44/59 (75%) patients 89% G1-2, and 11% G3-4.
